If Jeremy were an animal, he'd be a rabbit. It's the big honking front teeth. The celebrity that I have never found appealing, even before we found out who he is on the inside, is Tom Cruise. His giant nostrils totally turn me off. Ken Olin (thirtysomething) is the same way. And Austin notDuggar (Joy's lovemuffin) , for that matter.

I could not agree more about Jennifer Esposito's loud, annoying, pseudoscience bullshit. Yvette Nicole Brown would not be the worst choice for a fourth host, on the other hand (based solely on personality--I actually think they need someone with more cooking gravitas). Pnina Tornai was kind of a waste of time on today's show but I feel that way about her as a designer, as well.

My favorite key lime pie recipe is from a San Francisco pastry chef and uses Pepperidge Farm Bordeaux cookies in lieu of the traditional graham crackers. Soooo good. Topic? I watched a bit of the Trumpie clown's episode today where she made lasagna with cottage cheese instead of ricotta (I try not to give her ratings but my DVR is being stubborn about changing channels sometimes and I was stuck). I grew up eating it that way because ricotta was not readily available in the Midwest (and probably more expensive) which led me to thinking for decades that I did not like lasagna. Turns out I just don't like crappy lasagna.

Thank you! That was driving me nuts. Agree with everyone that Laurie's built-in was too big for the space. I liked the idea to use the doors on it on the kitchen pass-through and mount the TV on the wall. That stupid unit the HO was so in love with could have gone in the alcove where the bench was, maybe. And add me to the list of those shaking their canes at the absurd amount of kid crap these HOs insisted on keeping immediately at hand. Where will the kids play? How about somewhere else in the house? If they're such snowflakes they have to be allowed to race through the common areas at will, they surely have their own space(s).

That horrid commercial where Anne sings the first part of the song from Flashdance makes me want to punch my TV. And at the same time, I know that's not really fair to my TV. It isn't its fault that Anne is one of the most annoying fame-whore cooks who ever cooked.
