  1. I actually thought Mikey handled himself with Juelia quite well. It seemed sincere, he didn't want to hurt her but didn't want to lead her on. he was kind to her and told her once he was sure so that she would not get any further invested. But Juelia... Of course, she runs of crying, holding her barely there bathing suit against her ass so it didn't pop out of it. She cries and plays victim, no matter the circumstance. Mikey was not a bad guy here, not at all. Yet earlier, he sent him away for another guy but then called him back when she got dumped. He was much kinder to her than she was to him initially. And did she really think Mikey was "the one"? She comes off like she is entitled to anything she wants because of her past. I think her past is sad and I'm sorry she went through what she did, but it isn't an excuse to get whatever you want or cry for on a reality dating show. There are so many ways to find someone, She keeps saying she wants to find a daddy for her child. I don't think BIP is the goldmine to find a father for your child or even a husband. There are much better options out there. I hope she finds her right man. I hope she looks beyond the Bachelor industry for him though..
  2. Ugh, I felt for Carly during the breakup, but now I'm just sick of her. I honestly think that Kirk was sincerely apologizing to her and trying to say his intentions at the time and knowing that he didn't handle it well. But she didn't give him a chance to explain. I can understand at the time of the breakup, but time has passed now and on live TV no less. He gave her space but tried tonight and when she shot down every word from his mouth, he got tongue-tied and couldn't explain. I think he gave up knowing it was futile. I can understand heartache and holding a grudge, because I have been there... But I can also understand trying to do your best to resolve an impossible situation and not making the best decisions. I think that's where Kirk was at. I tend to feel more for him for this reason, and just past opinions of Carly in the "Bachelor" industry make me more team-Kirk.. She has seemed a bit smug at times during BIP because she had someone and others didn't. Like she thought she was a little above them. I also recall her being a bit of a harpy mean-girl during her Bachelor season. Who was it she hated and trashed constantly? Britt? Or someone else? Or more than one? She's got that high school mean-girl personality that she never grew out of. And gets cocky when she has a guy and meaner when she doesn't. At least that's what she gives off on camera. I hope she can find what makes her happy in life and moves beyond her bitterness from the split. I hope Kirk finds happiness too and that this hasn't ruined his life too much. I am happy for Jade and Tanner
  3. My biggest question is...what was the song they played at the every end of the episode while showing clips of Tanner and Jade's relationship? It had lyrics that included "my love is like an open door..." and "I'll be the One..." It was very pretty. Thanks. Go figure with the Nick and Samantha pairing. He couldn't say enough about her looks and how he was leaving with some beautiful thing. He clearly doesn't care if she talks or thinks. I'm not sure she does either of those things either...
  4. I have never seen a group of more miserable men on the Bachelorette. They always look upset and doomed whenever they are together with Kaitlyn, or after Kaitlyn make yet another announcement, or if they are on group dates with Kaitlyn. They just look and seem miserable. Maybe they should have gone with Britt. I think she wouldn't have been as joyless as Kaitlyn is. For someone who demands so much honestly a,d calls people out in front of each other in the name of honesty, and wants people to put it all out there to her...well she sure seems eager to keep her secret about sleeping with Nick under wraps. I don't really like her, I wouldn't trust her, and I think she says and does a lot of things to mess with these guys' minds. Some of them can't afford to have their minds me scrambled anymore than they already are. Shawn is quite good-looking in my opinion, but I'm beginning to understand why his good-looking self is still single and going on a show like this. He seems pretty clingy and insecure and in need of constant validation. This guy has underlying issues. I bet he was an awkward child or an ugly-duckling as a kid and despite looking good now, hasn't escaped his earlier issues with insecurity. There I go, psycho-analyzing him... I must say, the "Men Tell All" episode is bound to be epic. Between guys leaving, guys telling her that she is shallow (Ian), and guys she has already slept with, there is bound t be drama. Not to mention guys who put it all out on the table for her and got rejected in return despite this. The MTA episode is going to be more interesting than the rest of this has been, for sure!
  5. The part that had me a bit confused. The family in foreclosure, was the sister in that photo the same girl that Paul is shacking up with? I kept thinking that it was, but there has been no mention here, so maybe they just looked similar. I'm still on the fence with this season, but I'm willing to give it a fair chance. I do like Vince Vaughn a lot. Not a big Kelly Riley fan, though. I'll still give it a fair shake.
  6. Have only been watching this show sporadically, but had to comment on a few observations I made today. Not a fan of Serena and from what I can tell, Xander is a total psycho (is this Justin and Angelica's child, btw?), but Eric is worse, he just grates. The part when he told Serena that he orders her to tell him the truth pushed me over. Excuse me, Orders? I would tell any man to F-off who ordered me to do something. But then again, we then see a flash back of Xander grabbing her and pushing her on a bed. Is this woman a punching bag for the men in this town? I don't care for her character, but I care less for how them men are treating her. Eric storms around like a petulant little child about to have a tantrum. He pouts, he yells and he stomps off. This was a priest? This is Sami's twin? I somehow think Jenson Ackles would have played him a little less tantrum-y if he were still in the role. Greg Vaughan is cute but his childish acting mannerisms along with his Mr Rogers sweaters and Richie Cunningham hair are all too much. Don't even get me started on Will. I just want to smack him whenever he is on. Is Sonny still there? How do he and Xander get along? Why is Clyde still a viable character on this show? Didn't he rape/molest Jordan when she was a minor? Was that just swept under a rug like it's OK or something? How is he still here??!! Eew, Abby. Yes Chad is hot and I would want to be all over him, but the "good girl" schtick with Abby has to be done after this. First, she got a free pass for being with EJ despite his engagement to Sami, but now she is cheating on her boyfriend and she just keeps going at it with Chad despite this. If she ends up being the "innocent victim" again and everyone bends over backwards for her like they did with EJ, I'll scream. Jennifer Horton raised some real winners. Why do I feel like Nicole is constantly jumping through hoops for Daniel. Why does anybody for him? She is a journalist, right? Doesn't she have to keep things confidential? Why does he feel she needs to tell him everything when sometimes maybe she cant. That it may not be safe or legal even for her to spill the beans. It would be like her demanding to know about his patients' private medical files. He'd never do the same for her but always asks her to. Not much else I can think of for now, just that I want Theresa and Brady to end up together. I find those two to be a smokin' pair together. Melanie was boring with him, Theresa makes him more interesting than he is otherwise. They are quite pretty together too. I'd just like to see Theresa win occasionally, That's my gal!
  7. So very sad, I just read this. I had seen an interview with the actor during last season of AHS. He seemed like a lovely person. He was still so young. Rest in peace, Ben Woolf.
  8. I didn't watch today's episode (I still can't bring myself to tune in regularly), but I did enjoy yesterday's fallout very much. But all of this would have been so much better had they not actually killed off AJ. Why, oh why, didn't RC just have AJ be in a "permanent" coma at a clinic somewhere getting longterm care?? That way he wouldn't be a dead Quartermaine, he'd still be in a bad way so the fallout with Sonny could still matter, their "precious Sonny" wouldn't be an acutal murderer of AJ (though close), and someday the character could come back whether it be a recast or a miracle occured and SK returned. No matter what, the character should never have died. To bring AJ back from the dead only to kill him off a year later has to be the stupidest idea ever. Clearly it was RC's way to stick it to Sean Kanan, which just makes me even angrier. Still hoping AJ somehow returns someday and is a total badass for all the hell he was put through. I hope Michael embraces his inner-Q and becomes part of that family again, never to return to the jerks who raised him and messed him up ten-fold. Maybe someday AJ and Michael will reunite and run the town together (wishful thinking)...
  9. I haven't watched or tuned in to GH for months now, but had to stop a watch today when I flipped past Michael pulling a gun to Sonny because he knows about AJ. Finally! I loved the anger and hatred he showed Sonny. He's done with him. There is no love or forgiveness for this one. I especially love that all of his anger and hatred and revenge came from his love for AJ. His father, the one he had for a short time but loved dearly in that time. Very few ever showed much or any regard for AJ, but Michael has. He was willing to shoot Sonny because of what happened to AJ. He is full of so much pain and rage for what happened to AJ. And it was because he truly loved him. For that, I will always like Michael. I still hate what they did to AJ and SK, but I like that Michael didn't forget him. I don't see how Sonny can come back from this one. I'm sure they will try to blame Ava for everything, but the endgame is that Sonny pulled the trigger and put him where he is as a result. The only way to change that is...if AJ is somehow alive out there. If there was ever a time to bring back that character, it is now. Jason is back, their "precious Sonny" can avoid life in prison (though I still wish that for him), Michael would rejoin the Q's in full. I know SK is not available, but I'll even begrudgingly accept a recast (Just not BW, they need someone who resembles CD). I still want my AJ. I want SK's version, but I can't have nice things where GH is concerned apparently... I do hope that Michael turns his back on all things Corinthos and embraces the Quartermaines. They are such a skeleton crew in that family now that they really need him. And WTF with Larry Ashton being back?? And the guy playing him reminds me too much of Tony Geary. I guess Tracy has a "type", huh... The rest...meh. I like Billy Miller, I'm sure he could breathe some life back into the Jason character, but I still don't care enough about GH to start watching again. I just tuned in to see if Michael would shoot Sonny. I'm kind of glad he didn't. I'd rather see Michael go on to better things, and hate Sonny while Sonny rots behind bars for what he did to AJ. Oh AJ...
  10. Wow, I actually really like this new series. Disturbing as hell, yes. But it is very interesting and moves along at a good pace. I think I also like the detail of the two main detectives: one appears to be something of a stalker himself and the other is clearly a victim of being stalked herself. I can already tell that the creepy college student is going to pose a problem in future episodes. I always enjoy Dylan McDermott, so it's good to see him in another series. New series are a hit-or-miss each season, very few surviving. I think this one has potential to be a hit.
  11. Honestly, I may be in the minority, but I still liked Frankie right up to the end. That being said, I was glad he didn't get booed when he left. However, his reign in the house was ready to come to an end. I didn't figure him a chance to win for a while now, so it was just as well. I'm sure he and Zach will get to hang out for the next week. I miss Zankie, times like these are when i wish we saw more of the sequester house. Sure Frankie can be a bit OTT, but with the remaining four, I'm thinking it could be dull in the Big Brother house itself. We still have the pretty that is Cody to look at. Same can be said for Caleb to some degree. I'm hoping for a Derrick win I think, just because he has played a great game with very little blood on his hands. I think he could beat any one of the remaining three. If any of the remaining three had brains, they would be smartest to eliminate derrick if they want to win for this very reason. I think Cody stands the best chance next. I think anyone could win against Victoria if they brought her to F2 just because she never really won anything. Caleb competes well enough, but he's just been so all over the place that I'm not sure where he stands with the jury at this point. I think either Cody or Derrick could win against either of the other two. Cody/Derrick might be a closer call, but some people seem annoyed by Cody and not Derrick at this point. So I see Derrick with the advantage here as well.
  12. It was a good finale, actually and excellent one. After the True Blood finale a couple weeks earlier, I think I needed a good payoff like this one. I wonder if when it was filmed, the people in charge didn't know if it would be picked up for another season and wanted to give it a clean close-out kind of finale "just in case"? I feel like a lot of things were wrapped up neat enough in case it didn't get renewed, but enough stuff is open-ended to continue if it did. I don't know where they can take a second season without it being hokey though. My feelings are that the departed people are those who in that moment someone close to them wanted them to be gone. They were people that they just wanted to go away in that moment either because they annoyed them, were inconvenient, made them feel bad about themselves in that moment, etc. They wished them away and they went away. Maybe Wayne had something to do with it. He perhaps granted a "wish" to someone to rid them of whomever they wanted gone in that moment and "poof" all these people went away. Maybe he was a fraud, maybe he wasn't. We don't really know the wish that he granted for Kevin, but we kind of guess what it is. Kevin never knew Wayne though, did he? Did he know of him? I can't recall. But while Kevin is known to the viewers, Kevin was technically just a random stranger to Wayne. It appeared he didn't know him at the time. Though it is kind of coincidental how well Kevin's son knew Wayne. But I'm guessing Kevin didn't know that either. UGH, the GRs were horrible to do what they did. Usually on shows like these, groups that piss people off are shown on some level as being "right" or "good" or the "voice of reason". I see none of this with the GRs. They were just a bunch of annoying a-holes. To do what they did to the people in the town did nothing but create a disaster--for themselves and for everyone else involved. How cruel. They really are cruel. Kevin went into the house and rescued Jill, but everyone else in there were just kind of left to go down with the building. Normally you'd think the firefighters would be trying to rescue people if they could, but the GRs probably ticked off so many people at that point that they weren't going to try to risk it. That's what I'm guessing. The baby was cute. I was happy to see the dog come around at the end and want to be in the family too. This show managed to pull me in and I'll look forward to the next season.
  13. I'm happy for Jeff and Jordan. Wow, five years together. Hard to believe it's been that long since their first season. I really liked her dog too. Congrats to them. I would love if the button put a huge, literal "reset" on the entire thing and on Thursday the eliminated houseguests get brought back into the house/competition and the current "final five" houseguests all get eliminated at once. Can you even imagine?! Frankie's head would explode for sure and Derrick wouldn't know what to do. While in gameplay standards, it might not be very "fair", it would be the ultimate shake-up and nobody in BB history would forget it. I like this season (and the majority of the houseguests), but I do think it needs a shake-up of some sort.
  14. Yep me too. What a waste, getting rid of AJ only to eventually bring back Jason. This show never changes for long and that's why I stopped watching. I like BM from his other works, but even he isn't enough to bring me back to GH. Bring back SK, and maybe we'll talk. I still refuse to believe that AJ is truly dead. The WSB/Victor Cassadine have him locked up somewhere in training to kick some mobster ass someday...
  15. Haha, perfect description if there ever was one! Haha, also. I kept noticing his pecs bob whenever he got angry. I guess another way of...emoting? I'm guessing that EM waxes the hell out of his body and that's why he is so smooth looking. Kind of weird, I must admit. But I do find EM/Brady to be one of the hottest things on this show. I hate that they ruined Brady and Theresa. I think they could have been good for a long time. Now I don't know what they will do with either of them. I don't think the show does either... It's like her facial features are too big for her face and head. They are all bunched in there. She's not unnatractive, but not attractive in a conventional sense either. It's like she needs to grow into her face or something, like maybe someday she could be really pretty. That's how I see it. She still has like this child thing going on with the face, with an adult body. Confusing...
  16. I confess, that all I kept looking at in the beginning scenes was the huge bulge in Kevin's sweatpants during the jogging scenes. It's like the more I tried not to look, the more I did look. Jennifer Aniston is one lucky woman... Good episode. Puts a lot into perspective as to where these character were in their lives before the disappearance. I feel like I have to re-watch it to really grasp it all.
  17. It was "about a year ahead" then moments later on Thanksgiving they flashed "about three years after", so it ended up being about four years by then. I guess Bridget and Jason got busy and had three kids in four years. At least he finally settled down. I was out for a while so I only caught the last half hour, so I have to go back and watch the rest. I'm not sure how I feel about the ending. Seemed like "key people" had already been erased from the surface of the show a few weeks back (Tara, Alcide) and should have been there more than others who were. I'm glad certain happy endings happened, but with the Bill thing, I kept waiting for a "twist". I almost think it would have been more interesting to have the episode stop where Sookie walked out of the cemetery all covered in blood and into the night. The Sarah Newlin stuff was pretty disturbing, I must say. I guess she just sort of moved on and got pregnant/married some random dude with a beard. Oh man, I wish it had been Alcide. It would have been more interesting to have him just leave a few episodes back and that they later reconciled and married. Apparently all of her supernatural boyfriends were out of the picture and she settled down with what is apparently a "normal" guy. Who knows for sure. I would love to see the alternate endings of the finale. I'm guessing they might show up in the DVD release of the final season when it comes out. Anyway, it was probably it's time, but I will still miss this show terribly. Farewell, True Blood.
  18. OK, gotta say, I reeaaally wanted Zach back in that house. But since it didn't happen, I'm glad it was Nicole. At least there is another woman added to the mix and I hope she goes after Christine. I was cringing at the thought of Jocasta getting back in. I'm sure she is a nice person and all, but she would have been so dull and pointless for a return. I will miss Zach and Zankie. Loved Zach's way of leaving though and he came off as charming in his exit interview. I will miss him. I was hoping he would come back and work with Donny. Good for Julie for getting dunked in the Ice Bucket Challenge on Live TV too. Lets see how many BB contestants accept her challenge now!
  19. That whole part of the storyline reminds me a lot of the movie American Beauty. Jill and Aimee remind me of the characters Jane and Angela (right down to the J & A names for them). Especially Aimee. She reminds me a bit of Mena Suvari back then and the character Angela's lusty, sex-implied crush thing on Jane's father Lester (played by Kevin Spacey). Every time they have scenes in the home like that, it reminds me of that movie big-time. Just a curiosity thing, are Kevin's tattoos really Justin T's or put on for the show? I like them, I'm just curious.
  20. They seriously are. I can't stand them. I'm not sure if we are supposed to see them as some sort of martyr or "symbol of what is right" because I don't. They are smug, obnoxious, and they make no sense. I think i despise Laurie the most. The turned her back on her children for one thing. For another, I hate her glassy-eyed, mouth agape smirk. I just ant to smake her silly every time she pulls some of her shenannigans. Ugh, Jill. You are really leaving your dad to go back to her?? The part that made no sense to me especially was Jill's obsession with Nora having a gun. OK, a little weird that she carried one around in her purse, but no so weird considering that her whole family disappeared from her. Sure, she probably was afraid being alone and not knowing what happened. But then she saw she didn't carry it anymore. Feasible, she feels safer. She's dating a cop for heaven's sake. So what was up with her checking the house for a gun?? Odds were that if she didn't carry one on her, that she still owned it. Plenty of people keep a gun in their home. I didn't understand why it was so necessary for Jill to search her home to see if she had one and look all upset when she found one. After what happened with all the people who vanished, I'm guessing a lot of home-owners got themselves guns. Especially with the creepy GR's breaking in and stealing clothes and photos. There is a lot of stuff that makes no sense and a lot I don't care about. However, I do want to know what's going on with Kevin. He's about the only one I'm still invested in. I like Nora alright too.
  21. Actually, I still like him too. He can be a bit much at time, but I still find him to be a nice guy and entertaining. And "Zankie" rocks my world... :) I could see Derrick winning, because he really does play a sly game and manke most of the big decisions, while others blindly execute them for him and he looks completely innocent. Everyone seems to trust him and rely on him, when he is masterminding pretty much everything. He truly is a "puppet master" this season. Good gaming. Caleb is another strong player. Not too bright, but willing to go out on the line and make a bold move to secure his game for another week. Can't fault him there. And he's hot. Cody, stick close by, does enough to be considered "involved" and not a "floater", but keeps his mouth shut when needed. He's nice, he's athletic, and I'm sure his looks have kept him safe with the females mostly. And darn, he's so gorgeous, I wouldn't mind seeing him go far just so I can see him on the show! so, likely F2 could be Derrick/Caleb my personal choice F2 would be Cody/Donny but I don't actively hate anyone there, so I won't be upset any which way.
  22. I'm beginning to think that the show might actually want all the floaters/non-group people out so that it will play out with the alliance people all turning on each other and fighting to the finish. I always enjoy this show, but I've always believed that a lot of BB's reality isn't all that real... I'm also beginning to think that BB will hold off on a returning houseguest until they see if Frankie gets eliminated. I'm calling it now: if he gets the boot you can bet in the next week or soon after he will be back in the house. I still actually like Frankie, but I can still se how he is favored. He's the "Marcia Brady" of the BB house this year.
  23. Well interesting episode. Not too upset over the eliminations. Jocasta really didn't provide much to the show. She seems like a nice person, but was just sort of "there" the entire season, and things didn't look like they would change with that. Zach is kind of a dick, but at least he provides some sort of entertainment. I'm still fascinated with "Zankie" anyway, so it isn't over with that just yet. Hayden, well meh I guess. I didn't dislike the guy by any means, but sometimes he got annoying with Nicole. He handled himself well upn elimination and I wouldn't be surprised if he came back into the house eventually. I think you'd see him play harder then too which would be a cool thing to see him do. There hasn't been a guy eliminated in a while anyway, so one really had to go. I'm glad Donny came through that nomination with POV. I do like the guy, he played that POV comp super hard too. He looked like he was feeling it afterward too. Glad he's still safe there! Nicole is pretty upset right now. I think she really needs to win HOH to stay safe, because otherwise I fear she will be put up and probably evicted. People I wouldn't mind seeing leave next: Derrick and Christine. Christine is just too all over the place. Derrick really is the "puppet master" this season. I will give credit that it keeps him pretty strong in the game and part of me wanted to see a fellow New Englander go far...but he's getting to be a bit much at times now. I still don't mind Frankie, I just wish he dialed it back a bit...or that the show maybe dialed back the Frankie-centric airtime he seems to get all the time. Zach is annoying, but I like him with Frankie still. Victoria I don't dislike, but wouldn't mind if she were gone either. However, we need what's left of the females to stick around and maybe band together (never gonna happen with these three). People I want to stick around: Cody. He's in the groups but not a "puppet master" or a big mouth. He plays the game but stays nice. Kind of a dark horse in this game to maybe go far and win because he keeps things pretty even. And he's just so darn gorgeous. Caleb could stick around for the eye-candy factor too, but I don't think I want him going too far. Donny is so sweet, he can stick around too. My pick for F2: Cody and Donny.
  24. Wow, that just happened. My head is spinning with confusion over which alliances are real and what the hell they are all called. It kind of feels like everyone is playing one another this season and I'm not sure where loyalties lie. SMH... Zach would be annoying as hell to live with and he seems to be losing his mind, but at least he is entertaining on some level. Jocasta, not so much. She really doesn't bring much to she show. She's just sort of...there. She hardly even gets airtime. And her DR sessions are obnoxious. I'm sure she is probably very nice and easy to live with there, but I wish she was more interesting to watch. Sigh... Caleb and Victoria were painful to watch together. Or maybe they should get married, I can't decide. I actually feel sorry for Victoria a lot of the time. She seems so oblivious to how much they all insult her. Caleb continues to creep over Amber with his comic book comment. He is good looking though. Haha, almost forgot that gem of a comment! I don't know... All I do know is that I could stare at Cody for an hour every episode and not notice anyone or anything else. He is gorgeous. Zak Efron should be flattered. I want to see these two side by side. Sigh... I fear "Zankie" will be coming to a close after tomorrow. I'm guessing Zach is toast. Frankie may not be far behind him either, especially with a double eviciton. Those are always the most unpredictable evictions, so we might actually see something new happen tomorrow, Guess we'll find out...
