  1. The Other Guys with Will Ferrell and Mark Wahlberg is a go to movie for me.
  2. Fr 8/14: (...) Orlando Brown, Anneliese van der Pol Its the That's So Raven reunion that absolutely no one was asking for.
  3. Hailee Steinfeld, the girl from True Grit and Pitch Perfect II, released her first single. It is called "Love Myself" and it is an interesting take on self-empowerment. I guess her team just said fuck all that double entendre mess lets just go for it. It'll be interesting to see if this gets radio play. Also it is quite jarring hearing this barely legal child sing about masturbation. When I get chills at night I feel it deep inside without you, yeah Know how to satisfy Keeping that tempo right without you, yeah Pictures in my mind on replay I'm gonna touch the pain away I know how to scream my own name Scream my name
  4. I got the same feeling when I saw that interview as well. I was a little taken aback by her "I'm not gay" stance.
  5. He was Naya Rivera's fiance until they split and she got married to someone else on the day they set for their wedding.
  6. This feels like the time when it was trending on Twitter to post a picture of your voter's ballot. Its seems like common sense isn't to common.
  7. Big Sean?!! Unless he is going to dish about his exes, Naya and Ariana, what exactly is he going to talk about?
  8. and very vocal about it as well. Her giving parameters regarding who is worthy of being a voice for LGBT community is rich when she refuses to label herself as a member, she is just a colorless American human that loves other humans to have her tell it. Shut up, Raven!!
  9. I feel the same about Joy's new album it was nice and she sounds beautiful but without John Paul to break out the monotony of her harmonizing it got kind of boring. They were in the video but it was Bad Blood cameo style so easy to miss if you weren't paying attention.
  10. I'm currently listening to Joy Williams new cd on Spotify (sorry Taylor) and I will forever be grateful to Taylor Swift because she introduced me to The Civil Wars music with her duet with them on Safe and Sound. I was flipping the music station channels and caught the video and was transfixed. I played that song over and over for a good while. Was so sad to see that they disbanded shortly after though.
  11. I have been googling Hunger Games Marathon every week so I can get my tickets to the local theater screening of it. I've scheduled time off from work back in March in preparation for the release. Can't wait til November!!!
  12. I really enjoyed that song and Taylor Lautner does seem like a really sweet guy.
  13. I don't know if this will ring any bells for anyone but Camilla Belle, who is an actress that starred in Push, 10,000 BC and is rumoured to be the actress Taylor referenced years back in a song about being known more for what she does on a mattress jumped into the fray. Camilla started dating Joe Jonas shortly after he and Taylor broke up maybe there was some cheating involved but Taylor supposedly wrote that lyric about her. I believe she has since apologized about it but Camilla has remained silent regarding the whole thing and has just now "spoken out" by retweeting Katy Perry recent post throwing shots at Taylor for her Bad Blood song.
  14. I've only seen this done with Marvel when they announce their upcoming lineup of comic book movies.
  15. I have an Iphone and an Ipod but I prefer to use the Ipod for music and podcasts, I download podcasts and Spotify playlists while at home then listen while I'm at work. I'm waiting with bated breath for the next generation Ipod to come out. My last Ipod's battery conked out on me so I went to the apple store to have them change the battery and they sold me a used Ipod for $80. I was very happy about that.
  16. Its like Inception all over again.
  17. I don't think its a particularly new concept of people liking the bad guys or villians in movies or comic books. If these guys are put up against an even bigger evil then its just choosing to side with the lesser of two evils. I find the premise interesting and can't wait to watch it. As far as who to root for, maybe when I watch the movie I will find someone to latch onto, evil or not.
  18. I was very disappointed in the trailer because I was beside myself when I found out they were doing another movie together but this looks painfully unfunny. Also, O'Russell is really making the same movie over and over again. This is the movie about the woman who invented the Swiffer mop or something, right?
  19. Is this show being put on Hulu? I see we are at episode 4 but only episode 1 was on Hulu last I checked.
  20. I need this POP! like yesterday!!
  21. Ugh! This movie looks so good I don't know where to put my emotions.
  22. Which is why when she pulls out that "media picks on me for having songs about boyfriends because SEXISM" card I roll my eyes. Adele has sold 50 billion records with her album of sad breakup songs, and the media for the most part doesn't say anything about it. Taylor's preteen antics was what made her a bit of a laughingstock. I do think she has matured a little and even if the girl mafia is just another persona she is putting on to sell records I would take that a million times over than her revolving door of Starbucks lovers.
  23. I really like Taylor's latest album but I do see her as a very calculating woman. Her horde of brainwashed fangirls are going to be her downfall more than likely. She has made herself way too accessible to fans and that may blow up in her face.
  24. I did go to an IMAX movie at my AMC theater and the seats had not been changed. I overheard two different sets of people discussing that it was in IMAX's contract with the theater to not have the seats changed. Has anyone heard about this?
  25. For the longest my family had always gone to the Cinemark Tinseltown in our neighborhood because the AMC was a little rundown. I went to AMC a couple months ago after they made the upgrades and was raving to my mother about it practically begging her to give it a try. She finally went and she says she may never go back to Tinseltown again.
