Agreed. There was zero need to lose Antonio and Al except for the fact that they seem to prefer a Greys Anatomy bed hopping/shipping atmosphere to what the show was originally.

Maya and Jack were about the only couple I enjoyed. I’m disappointed that they broke them up.

As someone doing ivf the whole storyline on this show is a fucking embarrassment.

She too me has turned out the worst. She used to be a total bad girl but with a bit of a heart somewhere. Now she’s just a stuck up arsehole with zero sense of self awareness. And such a moan. At least Sally’s snobbery is played for laughs. Leanne is just awful.

I honestly think this couldn't be further from the truth. I get that it's how a bunch of cynical fans see it, which isn't surprising after all these years, I appreciate you like the show and feel differently but Unless one of us is Shonda, Ellen or a show member undercover We don’t have any hard facts and can only speculate. You’ve done a wonderful job illustrating how the show looks after the actors and I do believe that that’s true. My point is that they don’t care about the storyline/ending/characters at this point which I still believe. Outside of maybe Merediths ending of course. One character out of X amount.

For a million an episode I think she might have still signed. I don’t say that to sound like a smart ass I just think it’s become really obvious that the show is just a cash cow and they stopped caring about the storyline/characters/ending a long time ago.

Agreed. Justin was a huge part of the history of the show and the fans loved Alex. The network and show wouldn’t just let him walk to do another part. It has to have been bigger then that.

I think it’s something more personal. If it were just about other roles they wouldn’t have let him out of his contract.

He hasn’t had storylines in years. I’d be surprised that it now bothered him. I’d say he either wanted more money or maybe an exec producer credit. Having said that though to leave right in the middle of filming with no notice or exit suggests to me that it could be health issues and his statement about diversifying his career is more to not draw further attention to himself (failed of course). Either that or he did something seriously bad that got him fired? But I think they’d have said that and it would be out by now..

Meh. I do think they’re good but I think Ricky Is brilliant.

That’s more to do with her own career goals then it is any beef with the cast or crew. Chyler Leigh appears to be the only other cast member bar Oh who left by choice and without a cloud of mystery around it. The rest it seems to have all gone to shit for. Every single character got a better send off than this. Even Hahn. Something must have gone down.

No word from any cast mates yet. I wonder if they’ve a gag order like they did for Dempsey. I Went on twitter to check Camilla Luddingtons page as she’s always interacting with the fans esp in regards to Jolex but only noticed now that she hasn’t tweeted anything about them in months so wonder if they did in fact know this was happening. Maybe he wanted out of his contract early and that’s the bad blood and hasty exit.

Of all the multiple disappointments that have come as part of investing in this show, this is the worst. Such a total waste.
