  1. I remembered Chef when I first heard that Bruce was making a pork sandwich for a food truck challenge and thought, "Why not a great Cuban?" It might have turned out better than the mess he presented!
  2. Agreed. And it stinks even more when some teams have working equipment and others don't. If TPTB want to throw in a twist with non-working equipment, then all teams should have that disadvantage, not just one or two. Bad form, show. ?
  3. Interesting, well written article by a journalist who ran in the Armstrong-Jones' social circle. The Real-Life Story of Princess Margaret and Tony, Wild Swingers of Netflix’s ‘The Crown’
  4. For 'Young Sheldon' Star Zoe Perry, Playing a Version of Her Mom Wasn't Easy Interesting article. Although I knew that Zoe was the daughter of Laurie Metcalf, I didn't realize that Jeff Perry was her father!
  5. Relationshep (the dumbass show--heehee) has its own forum if you'd like to join the discussion. http://forums.previously.tv/forum/3459-relationshep/
  6. Similarly, I hope they retain Greg Wise as Lord Mountbatten. Also older and not difficult to age. Very good casting there.
  7. I just read an article and was coming here to post the link. http://m.mysanantonio.com/entertainment/article/Top-Chef-cuts-John-Besh-from-episode-after-12427451.php#photo-10198485 The episode will air in January. It can't have been an easy edit to cut out a well known guest judge. Good call by Brave on this.
  8. I recently saw Rob Reiner's film, LBJ and was quite impressed with Jeffrey Donovan's turn as JFK. I also thought Greg Kinnear did a good job as JFK in the television mini-series, The Kennedys a few years back. Michael C. Hall was surprisingly awful here; IMO the first poor casting choice in this otherwise perfectly cast series.
  9. Michael and Tommy owe Martin a big, fat apology! I was so glad when Elizabeth put Michael in his place.
  10. Margaret's gold necklace worn at the dinner party was absolutely stunning. I'm not normally a big jewelry person but I couldn't take my eyes off it!
  11. I hadn't been bowled over by Matt Smith's performance prior to this episode, but I thought he was excellent here in an episode where the focus was on him. I loved the use of Elizabeth's note left in his briefcase. The first time Philip reads the note, I believe he sees it annoyingly as a warning, a guideline she's setting for his behavior, "Don't forget you have a family." Then, after the interview with the journalist where she opens old wounds of the broken family of his youth and the ensuing homesickness it awakens, he looks at the note differently. "Don't forget you have a family;" a place where you are loved, missed and where you belong. Nicely done, show.
  12. Interesting article from The Hollywood Reporter on the casting of the show's younger actors. https://www.hollywoodreporter.com/live-feed/is-us-casting-director-finding-younger-big-three-1063730?facebook_20171205
  13. Dustin Waters of the Charleston City Paper who writes the hilarious reviews of Southern Charm is also reviewing Relationshep. https://m.charlestoncitypaper.com/HolyCinema/archives/2017/12/05/confessions-of-a-southern-charm-newbie-relationshep-edition
  14. Charleston ladies' man Shep Rose looks for love in new Bravo series, 'Relationshep' ? I guess we'll see how this plays out tonight.
  15. "Who's been hit." Jed relates his fears about Zoey to her, scaring her
  16. Leo tells Jed he'll lead an army. Jed stays on the phone with the doomed sailor. "Who's been hit?" (IMO, the aftermath is much more memorable than the shooting itself.)
  17. Bartlet embarrasses Hoynes Jed decides not to stay the execution CJ does The Jackal
  18. Loved the beach scene with Linda and Amenadiel.
  19. Do people really call Brady, "Tom Terrific?" While not a football fan, I answered correctly just by the wording of the question but to me there's only one "Tom Terrific." He played another sport and his name's Seaver.
  20. TWW cast and crew reunited for a book party for Lawrence O'Donnell's new book.
  21. One per season would be great and probably even necessary for S1-S4 but personally, I'd be hard pressed to find more than a handful in total for S5-S7.
  22. Most memorable scenes? For example: Jed gives Charlie the Paul Revere knife. Jed rails at God in Latin at the National Cathedral. Of course, that could end up being the game with the highest number of nominees ever!
  23. Jeopardy! was pre-empted in our market last night by the pre-game for Football Night in America. ? I see that Buzzy is sitting at zero after the first half. Could someone please recap the scores for Austin and Alan? Thamks.
  24. I'm voting for the re-election campaign for the win. But I couldn't argue with either of these story lines as being the best.
