Listen, Aemond's slick mouth started the fight, but threatening to bash Lucerys' head in with a rock got him losing his eye. Did y'all think Jacerys was going to let his uncle kill his little brother? Seriously? Having Helaena foretell Aemond's injury last week dulled the horror of it for me. (Remember that these people aren't real. It's just a show.) I'm still surprised that Alicent asked for Lucerys Velaryon's eye when Jacerys was the one who slashed Aemond. In front of Corlys, no less. The fact that Viserys and company allowed her to lie that Jacerys had intended to ambush and kill Aemond was a bit much for me. And I feel a little sorry for Aegon. He got kicked, slapped, and yelled at for things he didn't even do! Looks like everyone abuses the would-be Heir...

I hope Jen gets to Hulk Smash those intelligencia assholes. That was a fucked up thing to do, even at the ill named Female Lawyer of the Year awards. First of all, women lawyers aren't any different from male lawyers. UGH. Then to say that Jen stole Bruce's powers as Hulk and sex shame her? I'm enraged on her behalf! Even though we got Matt Murdock/Daredevil, this is still Jen's show! That wasn't a walk of shame. Matt seemed pretty proud of himself, walking barefoot in the street. Heh. Jen didn't deserve the Monster edit for this entirely justified fit of rage. I need Mallory and the firm to stand behind her for the eventual bullshit lawsuits that are coming.

At this point in the series, Rhaenyra has not taken anyone's life or conspired to maim anyone's children. Her only crime is being a spoiled Princess. She doesn't deserve all of the shyt thrown her way and she even got sliced! After seeing that Viserys wouldn't do anything to Alicent even after that, Rhaenyra should burn shyt down. #TeamBlacks And Rhaenyra has never claimed that she intends to harm Aegon, Helaena, or Aemond once she became Queen.

No, Granddaddy Hand Otto came upon Aegon drunk on the steps, kicking him to bed. Nobody thought to check on Aemond, wandering about the castle.

In the ten years we didn't see, Rhaenyra and Laena most likely kept their close relationship through the birth of their first 2 children. They were both pregnant at the beginning of the time jump episode; Laena told the Essos prince that their family was traveling. Rhaenyra gives birth to Joffrey and Laena dies trying to give birth to her third child. It's not too strange for the Targaryen and Velaryon cousins to spend enough time together to be tight with each other as opposed to Aegon, Helaena, and Aemond.

Team Rhaenyra here as well. #Blacks You know that grandchildren trump actual children. Viserys, by all accounts, is as hand on as he could be as a grandfather. (Pun intended)

Joffrey has a dragon egg that his brothers picked out for him. It hasn't hatched yet.

As ridiculous as Ser Criston has been to Rhaenyra's children, I am glad that he didn't follow the order to take Lucerys' eye. At least he recognized that was going too far. Getting away with killing Laenor's boyfriend was one thing; he was not crazy enough to attack Corlys' grandson on his turf! Aemond, no matter how he got to this point, is going to be a problem. He had no qualms about throwing Aegon under the horse carriage when Viserys hemmed him up. I thought for sure he was going to point the finger at Alicent.

Yes! I was cackling at Vaemond's shady eulogy. He doesn't stand to inherit Driftmark, so I guess he can say and do what he wants within reason. Huh. So Otto is Hand again. Boo. I was rooting for Viserys to get some bass in his voice. Too bad it was too little, too late. At least Corlys was kind to Lucerys, knowing full well that wasn't his grandson by blood. Rhaenys only had feelings for her granddaughters, excluding Jacerys from the embrace of comfort seeing that he was comforting his cousin. (I also think shortening their Targaryen names makes them stand out even more! Stop that!) Am I to assume they left Baby Joffrey at Dragonstone? Might have been an excellent idea; Alicent might have tried to kill the baby! Aemond, smug as he is, was only to blame for running his mouth. Helaena did say he would lose an eye to gain a dragon, after all. At least he defended her from Aegon. I did chuckle watching Otto snatch him up from the stairs. They will not make a proper King out of that one. I felt for Rhaena, but why didn't she try to "claim" Vhagar? It might have been even easier for her, smelling similar to Laena. They was going to let Vhagar lay on the beach mourning Laena for how long? Alicent finally overstepped her bounds. Viserys is just too far gone to give a proper damn about it. Daemon was standing there thinking, "For once, the drama isn't about me!" Here's the thing; All 4 of them were in on this ruse. Rhaenyra wasn't plotting on Laenor's death in front of a crowd of people. She was in a private conversation with her uncle. (We were listening over their shoulders.) I was confused when Daemon killed that random Driftmark guy. That wasn't a guard; guards would be missed. He gave Qarl the plan and the money to live well away from Westeros. There was enough time to shave Laenor's head, switch clothing with the dead man, and dump his body in the fire while the squire ran off to get help. I was prepared to call Qarl all kinds of bytches until we see Laenor jump into the boat. So that was good story showing without outright telling.

Well, discarded uterine lining isn't the cleanest blood sample to acquire, as a woman and especially from a woman. What most of us are stuck on is that a blood sample cannot be acquired by conventional means with conventional equipment when Jen is She-Hulk. We saw the regular needle bend up like crumpled tissue. So, we then see the needle point be replaced by a heavier looking metal meant to pierce She-Hulk's skin. I was expecting that needle to be used in some capacity. Of course, someone smarter realized that maybe it was better to get the blood sample from Jen AS Jen. Then you can just drug her and have at it. I just rewatched the 3 dates until she wakes up on Friday. Jen did not rub her neck when she woke up. There appeared to be a scratch on her right shoulder as she turned her head and noticed that Josh was gone. I just wonder how he got her blood?

I tell you, Baby and Peppa was hotter than fish grease after their girl group performance. Thankfully they decided not to go into the Angry Black Queen box. Peppa chose her group based on aesthetics instead of actual talent. Didn't Starlet say she had never performed before? Sure she is stunning, but RuPaul expects queens to be more well rounded, not just giving out lewks. Starlet looked like a deer in headlights when she forgot the choreography and she was smack in the middle! Sminty girl, it's bad enough to forget to lip sync the words in the midst of a performance, especially if it is lyrics you wrote! Jonbers cold have saved herself if she didn't bomb the runway lewk. her face card was revoked! I knew Starlet wasn't going to last long. We were spared the judges going, "Stop relying on your lewks!"

I had skipped the previous 3 episodes; having a Drag Race hangover with the amount of shows going on at the same damn time! First of all, I need DRPH to stop making me cry every damn episode I watch. Mama Pao is still the fiercest host after Rupaul. This bitch is stunning every week and I can't stan her more! Episode 8: Twinning! Mama Pao opens the Library with special guest judge Patrick Starr! Those reads were hella dry. Eva Le Queen wins the mini challenge. The Maxi Challenge is the Family Makeover Challenge! Seeing the family members and loved ones of the queens started the waterworks for me. Xilhouete's partner Gel is gorgeous. If they don't win this challenge, it's a travesty. The judges are crying now. Dammit, where are my tissues? This is too much for me. Xilhouete and Xhadow wins the challenge, as they should have. Gel should have an invitation to Season 2, if he wishes. I called Minty Fresh and Brigiding to lip sync based on the judges' critiques. I was right. Eva, PPN, and Marina were declared safe. I guess Minty has finally woke up! Brigiding sashays away. It was time for her to exit the competition. She and her cousin Tigiding was a delight and she will be a fierce RuGirl!

I knew Josh was up to no good. Did he actually get her blood? He must have drugged Jen in order to stick her with that hardcore needle that they didn't show us in this episode... Or was the dates the setup to gain her personal information? Blonsky and his Retreat group are awesome. His parole officer was so freaked out despite having Jen there to back him up. I'll bet that he wouldn't have bothered to go check on Blonsky if the inhibitor hadn't malfunctioned.

Rhaenys and Corlys will be on Rhaenyra's side because of Laenor. We will see if they accept the children.

I think Laena knew her baby was dead and that she wouldn't be able to deliver it to save her own life. There was a lot of blood. All I want to know is how did she get past all those attendants AND Daemon to get to her dragon?

I need a show focusing on the Velaryons. Apparently Corlys did nothing about Joffrey Lonmouth's death... Rhaena Targaryen has a dragon egg. Wouldn't Laena have known how to hatch it? I'm going to assume that Baela has a dragon and that is why Daemon dotes on her and ignores Rhaena. Aegon, Jacerys, and Lucerys can bond with dragons. Has Helaena bonded with one? Alicent has apparently picked up Viserys' distaste of dragons, yelling at Aemond about his "obsession". How can you blame the child when being a dragon rider is a family thing? Agreed. That "let me look at the freshly born baby" stunt soured me on Alicent considerably. The Queen couldn't go into Rhaenyra's wing and look upon the baby herself? Bitch. Having had babies, I could imagine the response I would have given to that request. Of course, having Laenor AND Viserys asking Rhaenyra if childbirth was painful and Laenor thanking the gods that he wasn't a woman was a bit much. "Yes, childbirth is painful, Father. But much less painful than having the babe cut out of my womb."

Ugh. I was hoping Laena would be a player in the coming drama. So I am presumed to think that she was exiled from Driftmark because of marrying Daemon? She wanted to go home to have that baby. Kudos to Daemon for not deciding to cut Laena up like meat to have the baby. Did they rush the birth, or did her baby die in the labor? Laena went out like a G, though. I guess she knew she would not survive the birth? Poor Vhaegar was hella reluctant to let her go. I feel for her daughters... We have Rhaenyra having midwives instead of maesters at her childbirths. Awesome! Here are the healthy dark haired babies! Could the eldest son be Ser Criston Cole's and the other two be Harwin Strong's? Alicent was a bitch to demand to see that baby mere minutes after his birth. Did she do that after every birth? Did she think that Rhaenyra would just allow her baby to be taken away like that? I found it a nice touch that she waited for the afterbirth and tracked blood all over the Red Keep. Childbirth is quite messy, folks! Laenor was far better than me; I wouldn't have let the Queen's slick remark slide like that. I would have been in Viserys' ear with that one. Honestly, Rhaenyra and Laenor should have left the Red Keep after they married. Viserys must have gotten rid of that old maester to have lived 10 more years. Yes, I expected that arm to be gone. These children are the new chess pieces. Aegon, having no interest in ruling; Aemon, who does not have a dragon of his own; and Helaena, who seems a bit strange. Add in Laena's daughters with Daemon, and things will be quite lively.

My current faves are Baby, Starlet, Danny Beard, and Black Peppa. She had me at "Eff Salt, cause Peppa's here!"

I know she was drunk at the reception; but why was Jen's bridesmaid dress so big? It only looked good when Jen hulked out. Bridezilla was probably thinking that it would be cool to have She-Hulk at the wedding until she saw how popular and awesome She-Hulk was in person.

I'm thinking that Bridezilla was full of it. She was banking on Jen being She-Hulk at the wedding, otherwise Jen's ugly bridesmaid dress wouldn't have been so big. She punked Jen only to be cool with She-Hulk at the reception. I expected Luke's dress to conform to Jen's body as well. I wonder how many outfits did she get from Luke? See, Jen needs to get some self-esteem quick, because there is no way anyone would get to insult me to my face if I was a superhero attorney. When Bridezilla told me not to be She-Hulk, I would have laughed. Jen should not have ironed anybody's shirts or walked down the aisle with a rat sized dog. I was going, "Ah Hell NAW!" Then there is Titania to top off the disrespect. To be honest, that fight was pretty tame. I expected more property damage. Josh, please don't be evil. Nikki is a great paralegal and a great friend. I know Mallory got her and Nikki's commission and window repair fees up front. Probably made him give each of his ex spouses their restitution right then and dared him to jump out the window again. That Intelligencia website? Damn. She-Hulk isn't even real and I felt bad for the Death threats. So incels want to kill She-Hulk just for being a woman. Yuck. The worst part about that is there are real life examples of this...

I, too am sick of CBS treating TAR so poorly. I would rather have Phil than Jeff any day! I'm not rooting against any teams yet. Rich seems like a nice enough guy, but Dom is going to self-destruct. I was surprised that they weren't eliminated! They cut away from them hitting the mat with the other teams so fast. I was sure she was going to cuss Rich during the tasks. As I watched all the teams drive by Aasta & Nina, I was chuckling and hoping that the time they took to get detailed directions wouldn't bite them later... I was wincing watching the teams who were so bad at Saw. Too much yanking and wrestling with the saw instead of finding a rhythm to quickly cut that piece off.

A lot of reactors and reviewers are seeing what Corlys did as disrepectful to the King. Folks are forgetting the familial connection through Rhaenys and that Viserys was desperate to solve the problem of his Heir acting the fool with her uncle. No, it wasn't necessary for the King to go to Driftmark; it was necessary for Viserys to smooth things over with the highest positioned House in Westeros that he has insulted twice now. As I rewatched the episode, I would bet that Viserys didn't send word to Driftmark that he was coming there. How would you have received your King if he shows up at your House unannounced? Rhaenys would have greeted Viserys at the front door if she knew he was coming well before someone sighted the ship coming through. That Viserys didn't allow Rhaenyra to fly to Driftmark on her dragon lends more weight to him showing up to Driftmark without prior notice to yes, beg for Corlys' forgiveness.

In regards to Alicent's dress colors; she is supposed to wear House Targaryen colors at formal events (Red and Black) as befitting the wife of the Dragon. She has worn blue dresses on her less formal occasions and around the Keep. The green is the color of her former family house before marriage, House Hightower. Showing up at a formal event in her daddy's colors and not her husband's? Sends a clear message that she is about to act up.

That was bugging me, too! He stood out in the group of Velaryons in the worst way. I really want to know what Corlys and Rhaenys thought of what happened... Seriously. Ser Criston wasn't the sole Kingsguard at the feast; there was at least 2 of them next to him and 3 more came in when the spectacle started. So they just stood there and watched him kill a noble with the future King Consort's party? Especially after punching the future King Consort in the face? Why didn't Corlys immediately demand Criston's head for the insult to Laenor? I just needed to see what happened just before the wedding.
