  1. I couldn't believe the hired car was going to take June for a two hour ride to wherever she chose to go.
  2. I got tired of many on the jury with their over the top reactions to things. Tori with her mouth hanging open and the exaggerated gasps of surprise from others. They came across as a bunch of junior high kids looking for attention. I wouldn't be surprised if production eggs this on but it needs to stop. The jury is supposed to watch and listen like flies on the wall and not wrestle for the spotlight.
  3. That would be Cookie Dough Cafe. According to one of my old Facebook posts, I bought a jar seven years ago. I remember it being tasty but a few bites went a long way. I wouldn't eat a whole jar at once. According to their website, they still sell it at several places near me.
  4. I hate that with a passion! It always makes them look like a spoiled junior high school girl.
  5. She reminded me of Casey Anthony with the partying.
  6. I did, too. I wasn't surprised he was gay but I wonder if his Italian Catholic family was. It looked like all his siblings were boys. His mother should be nominated for sainthood. Since the realtor was an ex, I'm sure he was used to him.
  7. I just got this book out of the library but I'm waiting to start it until after the last episode. https://www.amazon.com/Bone-Deep-Untangling-Twisted-Tragic/dp/0806541970/ref=sr_1_2_sspa?crid=3EG7KUVJ908RU&keywords=bone+deep+pam+hupp&qid=1649194875&sprefix=bone+deep%2Caps%2C175&sr=8-2-spons&psc=1&spLa=ZW5jcnlwdGVkUXVhbGlmaWVyPUExNjRKRDdMWUNYMkRQJmVuY3J5cHRlZElkPUEwNDMxMTQ4MUoySFVPUlBBQVQ4RCZlbmNyeXB0ZWRBZElkPUEwNDQyNjQ4M1AxSEU5TkQ3RkRCSSZ3aWRnZXROYW1lPXNwX2F0ZiZhY3Rpb249Y2xpY2tSZWRpcmVjdCZkb05vdExvZ0NsaWNrPXRydWU=
  8. Ah yes, and the person that gives the review sits back in their chair and beams at you like they're Santa Claus. To yourself you think,"Great! Now I can buy an extra burrito when I go to Taco Bell."
  9. I just finished There Were Complaints by Sharon Gless. It turned out to be one of my favorites that I've read this year. She has a good sense of humor and seems fun. I don't remember watching Cagney & Lacey back in the day but would like to see it now. Melissa Gilbert has another book coming out in May. I was surprised that her little brother pretty much cut ties with the family. Maybe he needs to write a book. Alison Arngrim's (Nellie Olsen) book was good, too. Although the part about her brother makes your skin crawl. Wow, Melissa Sue Anderson will be 60 this year!
  10. Another eye roller was somebody yelling,"We love you, Jackson!" Please, you've known each other for less than a week. I've worked with some of my coworkers for over four years and with some of them we haven't even made it to Friend level.
  11. He is Peter Hermann and is the husband of Mariska Hargitay of Law & Order SVU fame.
  12. I loved that Ryan and Dusty got to the finish line and their first comment was to ask who had won so that they could congratulate them.
  13. It seemed odd to me that they were at the Lanford cemetery, where Roseanne is supposedly buried, but neither Jackie nor Becky says anything about taking a few seconds to stop at her grave.
  14. She has four living - her oldest child committed suicide in his early 20s. I can't even begin to imagine what that does to a parent and a family. Every time I see her in something, I mentally give her a hug.
  15. and before the 10-yr mark of Robyn's legal marriage so that she won't get a cent of Kootie's Social Security when he dies. Meri will as long as she does not remarry. Actually, both Meri and Robyn would be eligible for his Social Security benefits today if he died. The SS website says: "What are the marriage requirements to receive Social Security spouse’s benefits? Generally, you must be married for one year before you can get spouse’s benefits. However, if you are the parent of your spouse’s child, the one-year rule does not apply. A divorced spouse must have been married 10 years to get spouse’s benefits."
  16. The kids' father gave them up because he knew he wasn't equipped to handle their special needs after they were shot. Someone posted a comment on the 20/20 Facebook page about Diane. This person said her family lived around the corner from the hospital where Diane took the kids that night. This woman's mom was driving down the street that night and was stopped at a red light. She glanced at the car in the next lane and the woman driver was singing and dancing in her seat to such an extent that the first woman thought this person must be drunk or on drugs. The light changed and they drove side by side for a few blocks and then the singing woman sped off into the hospital parking lot towards the emergency room. The other woman didn't think any more about it until she saw the news the next day and recognized Diane as the woman in the other car. That gave me chills!
  17. Ann said Diane was the one who told her to keep the secret and I don't know why Ann felt any loyalty to her.
  18. It's a big no-no on Disney property. https://www.insider.com/disney-world-disneyland-family-spread-ashes-2018-10
  19. I just finished Valerie Bertinelli's Enough Already. Let me sum it up for you: She has always been obsessed with her weight, she likes to eat/cook, she is learning to love and forgive herself, her son, Wolfie, is amazing and she was once married to Eddie Van Halen (although, if you didn't know better, you'd get the idea from this book that she was his widow and not his ex-wife). Repeat all that for 200+ pages. I have always liked Valerie because she seems like a fun person but I couldn't believe she got paid to write this.
  20. Becky 2.0 in the original series was even worse. She was the one that made me cringe.
  21. Our daughter knew she had to tone down her language when our 12-year-old granddaughter came home from school and said that some boy had called her a fat turtle. Her 3-year-old sister jumped to her feet and declared,"I'll beat that boy's ass!"
  22. I'm in the middle of Yours Cruelly, Elvira: Memoirs of the Mistress of the Dark by Cassandra "Elvira" Peterson. It's pretty good and has held my interest but has one story about Tom Jones that will have me taking his songs off my playlist.
  23. Scott Bakula's tribute to Dean: https://deadline.com/2021/11/dean-stockwell-scott-bakula-tribute-1234870757/
