I'm wondering what SA's look is going to be when Arrow resumes.

Maybe the twist will be that that whole kill Connor thing was a misunderstanding and JJ is a grey character, not evil. I mean at this point Slade and Deathstroke aren't the enemy. And Connor joined his brother's gang in the past which you'd like to think he wouldn't have done if that org was just all bad.

I thought about 701 but went with 722 for an epic ending that overshadowed the rest of the episode.

I'm having trouble choosing here. I want part of several episodes but not so much whole episodes

Ugh. Every year is ALWAY the biggest crossover they've ever done. Oh hey, I was behind on Supergirl so I might have skimmed over talk about it but that was the Anti Monitor that showed up on Supergirl, wasn't it?

Lol. I don't think as badly of Rory as you but yeah I agree that she and Felicity are not much alike at all. Felicity I'd compare a bit more to Lorelai in her tenacity and determination to shape the life she wanted no matter what those around her wanted to do. Rory is just far too introverted and heavily influenced by others for me too see them as alike. Felicity, like Lorelai, found she had steel in her spine when she most needed it. Rory crumbled too often but she was very young still in the first run of the show so I was willing to let her grow up more before i judged her too badly. Love the typos. Who is Michael Ramsey? And I'm pretty sure it was EBR they were quoting not Felicity.

Same if she had to direct David Ramsey. To be fair, maybe she'd be good at directing in general. She likes to create a big backstory and that kind of stuff might help some actors know their motivations. But I'd worry she'd create the WRONG backstory lol

After S7 it feels more than ever that Quentin was killed to give Dinah more.

I'm interested in what happens to Mia and William and Connor but I don't think they are going to get any kind of a spin off from Arrow (well, at least not ANOTHER one). i can't actually even imagine any Arrow character ending up on Legends. They've kind of written the newbs in a way that they can't have some secret life and while I can imagine William on the Waverider, Mia needs him too much to be allowed to go.

That's too bad. I would love for PB to have found a good new show.

I've only started the pilot episode but OH it's so nice hearing his English accent on the show. Sexy! Edited to add that you can tell at times he was struggling to not slip back into the American accent, lol.

The legends approached Barry and the rest for a commercial and to drum up interest in their magic creatures are magical show. There would have been no reason for Barry to worry about them altering the future because they were in his present. They were just trying to altering people's minds going forward and to Barry, he'd know nothing about the anti meta stuff (but pro-meta seems his wheelhouse so you'd think if he DID know, he'd be in favor of helping) . So nope, 😄 I'm not giving him any pass for trying to avoid time travel stuff. Zari being from the future is not even something Barry would have known about. And personally I thought Barry was pretty over the erased daughter by the end of his finale so not giving him a pass on that either. I mean, he was fine to go into work immediately after it happened and pretty chill about it when he was hanging with Iris after that so he should be fine to help keep people from selling their souls for a lousy app a whole week later. Oliver had a reason he couldn't be there in public (he was in hiding to protect his family) and Kara is in another universe and would have still been in the middle of her crazy stuff when they called (she'd just got done dying and not being dead) so I'm still much more forgiving of them. (Also, can Barry ever be hazed enough? I'm on side nope. lol) I don't think the show or the crew thought about what would happen to the Legends' memory of Zari. Zari staying where she was protected her but yeah, I hadn't even thought of how they wouldn't remember her or might expect someone else in her place. Or maybe they might have gotten around that by saying since they retain their memories of other historical stuff that gets changed, as long as Zari was still preserved with her memories, they would keep theirs as well. But honestly, Im more inclined to think the writers didn't think about that at all

This is a good point. Frankly, I think it did a disservice to Sara not letting her have a reaction to her father's death on her show. That said, her visit to Arrow this season was great and left me wanting more. And mourning for what we will never get more of. I hope they let the Legends be a much bigger part of the crossover. I need something to make me care more since i feel so much dread about what is likely to happen to Oliver.

FYI, here is a site that does transcripts of Arrow episodes. The site doesn't have all episodes but it has complete early seasons at least and then more a a scattering after that.

I don't recall what Maseo and Waller were doing but I don't think Flashback Felicity was updating files. She just went into the office to drop a file or something off. We don't know why she was working late specifically.

It clings to the mythous of a season one Oliver when he was not letting himself really feel things most of the time. But SA's/Oliver's happy heart eyes outshine anyone's and when he goes for sad it's just devastating. GG and MB are wonderful at their jobs. But for me, I've always felt that SA with his acting choices, reaches higher highs and lower lows. And he doesn't get the credit he should.
