  1. Since they have decided to talk about Garrison this episode, I hope they discuss his love, and rescue, of cats and maybe show us the area dedicated to him in the shelter. It would be nice to see a happy part of him.
  2. Is it safe to assume there will be a capital gains tax applied to the profit from the sale?
  3. Aside from obscuring who everyone was, I thought that thick mud was going to cause Chrissy (?) to fall straight backwards off the wall. She already had her feet in the rope, but couldn't get a good grip on anyone’s hands and they couldn't get a good grip on her, because of that stupid-ass mud. She was sliding down and at that angle it could have been hard to get her feet out of the rope and underneath her if she fell. It looked like she was going to fall backwards, attached to the rope net by the feet, and either smack the back of her head on the wall, or land on it at the bottom. As excited as Jeff gets for 'the very first *whatevers* on Survivor', he might want to be careful of Survivors very first traumatic brain injury, or first quadriplegic. Next week, players wade through a pit of boiling tar and then find puzzle pieces in a pile of feathers. Star might not have what it takes to win this game, but she is the kind of person who anybody would be lucky to have as a friend.
  4. Mary is a slut for efficiency??? πŸ˜†πŸ˜†πŸ˜†
  5. I'll reserve my opinion on how they handle Garrison's passing until I see how it's actually handled. But I will say that I hope it was up to Janelle, and Janelle ONLY. She and his siblings knew him best and can decide for themselves what honors and dishonors Garrison better than strangers. This also presumes that TLC will defer to Janelle's beliefs, which...who knows. Also, we can say what we want about Janelle and her choices on how to make money, because...MLM's, but I absolutely believe that there is no way in hell she is angling to make money off this tragedy. The pay is probably the same for the season regardless. I just do not see her as that type of person, whatsoever. Even if it's not what other people would choose for themselves. I am giving Janelle the biggest benefit of the doubt on this one.
  6. She probably just nannys the adults now. Like bringing Robyn, Aurora and Breanna their smelling salts, etc.
  7. I just read that Ryan had another child today. When will women quit having children with deadbeats, or worse? This guy has enough of a track-record that it should repel any woman of child bearing age. Unbelievable. I bet her parents are thrilled.
  8. I'm sure Robyn was sold on this church as soon as she learned that Sunday services start at 4:30pm. πŸ˜†
  9. Probably, and I caught that as well. Lol. I'm just giving my brain a workout trying to figure out what the warp-speed rush is. πŸ€” πŸ˜†
  10. Regarding Truly and her reactions...whatever our own experiences were as kids, none of us had to worry about how many of our peers would see it all on national TV. So take the normal, age appropriate embarrassment of PDA between your mom and this guy you barely know, and multiply it by 100, to account for the cameras.
  11. Thanks for the laugh! πŸ˜† Nearly forgot about Schmoopie. The rest of us are George and Elaine.
  12. I know Christine has dumped her belief in polygamy, but do we know just what her faith-based beliefs are now? I'm wondering this because I had a mormon friend tell me once that one of the reasons they get married so quick is because they want to have sex. C & D may be in such a hurry to get hitched because they're horny as hell, but want to wait until marriage. So maybe that's why she's so hung-up on making out with him, because that's all they're doing until the wedding night? I don't know, but both the obsession over PDA's, and the speed at which this is moving, is weird as hell. Especially considering how her kids feel about it. They aren't being unreasonable at all. Also, why are Kody and Janelle dining in someone's finished attic? πŸ˜†
  13. I was thinking along these lines as well. I think he was saying that when Sonny and Cher divorced, it was the moment he realized that families can break apart. Not that he was devastated by their split specifically, but the sudden awareness of the whole idea of divorce. That's how I took what he said anyways. πŸ€·β€β™€οΈ There, I've said something neutral about Kody, and now I feel yucky. πŸ˜†
  14. Hey Kody, when it's everyone else...it's you.
  15. Well there we have it, this was KODY'S club. Not a family of individuals who are their own people, but rather extensions of Kody himself. Two dimensional characters who fade into the wallpaper until it's time for Kody to interact with them. It actually offends him, on the occasions that he even notices, that they have seperate feelings and experiences. Narcissism is wild.
  16. I forgot to mention it is in the intro.
  17. Is production giving away their opinions on everyone by having Meri, Janelle, and Christine all in cream/white, and then Robyn & Kody in black? Like in the old western movies you would know the good guys from the bad guys by their hat color. Just a thought. I would really love to know what the crew thinks. Edit: I'm referring to the intro.
  18. I missed the first few minutes, what was everyone crying about? Specifically Mackensy?
  19. I bet if she's actually living there now, she wants it to be up to some higher standards. Maybe she'll put in a wet bar? πŸ€·β€β™€οΈ. I doubt that old-timey feel is fun to live in.
  20. Some people really need to get a life. 😑
  21. Glad I'm not the only one annoyed with that ridiculous hat! Lol. I see a jellyfish sitting on her head. Also, Dumb Donald's (from Fat Albert) hat, if T'kors were pulled down a little further.
  22. I missed this, what was Christine nominated for?
  23. This is the real reason she cries over the breakup of the family. No sister wives to guilt, or have Kody bully, into her new super-duper awesome business venture of Precious Moments mosaic table tops. πŸ˜‚ I wanted to strangle her when they all sat down to discuss how the joolry bizness was going, and she complained it was because the other wives weren't working hard enough-for Robyn's passion. But I bet the OG3 would be happy to chuck those things at the wall across the room to at least break them up for her!
  24. Don't tell Robyn, she might faint from the reality shock, but I recently learned the truth about the current value of Precious Moments... I found a FB page called Altered Moments. People are buying them, sometimes by the boxfull, for crafting. It's really a fun page to look at, some people are so creative and talented at this. Anyway, as we all here already know, they can't be very valuable (outside of a few outliers) if people are getting them just for arts and crafts. Here are a couple examples I really liked... Sorry for the large pictures, I couldn't get them smaller for some reason. Certainly user error.
  25. How could either of them start a Survivor puzzle business? I could be wrong here, but wouldn't anything with the Survivor name on it, if used to make a profit, need to be aprroved by CBS? I thought it was illegal to do that. Unless CBS is handing out licenses to use their name for this, but huge corporations are not known for that. They'll probably both get cease and desist letters from CBS lawyers now that it's made the news. Can someone clarify if my thoughts are accurate or not? ETA: I just reread and it doesn't say if either of them are using the Survivor name, so this might not be an issue at all.
