I adore Hugh Jackman, but the blatant whoring of Wolverine has turned me off from this franchise. After how great First Class was,I hoped that crew would get a stand alone trilogy. Once Singer slinked back in, my worst fear was realized. The "Olds" were dragged back in and more Wolverine pimping. No thanks!

Renner's brief cameo in Thor, trumps most of his scenes in The Avengers. Though I did like the fight between Pod-Clint and Black Widow, then the talk afterwards. Renner has major on screen chemistry with Scar Jo. With that said, I'm also hoping for better treatment of Hawkeye. Along with character development and his backstory.

Due to my love for Jeremy Renner, I still feel a certain type of way about how Hawkeye/Clint Barton was treated in The Avengers. Which was IMHO, Whedon's masturbatory ode to Tony Stark/IM and the "Jan Brady" of Asgard.

Jonah Hex was so awful. So I'd like to see Josh Brolin, Jeffrey Dean Morgan, Fassy and Michael Shannon reteam in a real western.

Especially the amazing work by Debbie Morgan as Aunt Mozelle Baptiste. Narc (2002) Criminally underrated cop drama, with outstanding performances from Ray Liotta and Jason Patric.
