  1. Jessa was taken to a hospital in Fayetteville, Arkansas, but the exact complications have not been shared. Seewald tried for a home birth, but things just didn’t work out. The baby ended up weighing nine pounds, 11 ounces and measured more than 21 inches. A larger baby like this is harder to have naturally, but it is unknown if this was the complication that had Jessa heading to the hospital. There are so many things that could go wrong being at home and cause her to need a medical team to assist. There is a bit of confusion by fans because there are pictures of Jessa’s new baby at home, but there are no pictures yet of Jessa showing that she is at home with the baby. Snipped from inquisitr I checked a couple of fan sites. Nothing but gushing over the baby. Greetings, inquisitr!
  2. Celeb scienos. Guess Scientology wasn't able to help Jeff Conaway. I always hate seeing Beck's name in these lists. ETA: Oops, tunia beat me to it. Darn customers...
  3. I'm going to guess that CS's life w/o the Gift Library is going to be remarkably similar to life with the Gift Library.
  4. Except: From the TMZ article: J Duggar delivered a baby boy Thursday night, but it wasn't easy ... we've learned she tried giving birth at home but there were complications and she was rushed to the hospital. I'd be kind of pissed if someone else delivered my good news. I remember I'd tell my sister something and by the time I spoke with my folks, well, it was old news! Maybe Jessa is unable to tweet or IG. Oh, the humanity...
  5. I guess that's why Jessa isn't in any of the pix. But, but, the baby is home but not the mom? Too odd.
  6. Oh, just....blergh. And what world is this that allows Perez to even be in a position to report on that sanctimonious ass?
  7. And now I hope I don't get a loop of Teen Angel and Last Kiss going through my brain. Though it would be better than almost anything Jerry Lewis related. Ugh. BUT, I can offer him some forgiveness because of the dramatic turn he does in King of Comedy. Of course it doesn't hurt that DeNiro and Sandra Bernhard are in it. And thanks to Jamiesmum for the Captains Courageous reminder. What a film! Some of those sailing scenes are masterful. Wiki reports that movie cost $1,645,000. to make in 1937! Wow. n/m need new glasses, sorry for name misspell. Twice.
  8. I think someone upthread had the "formula" correct for guessing a baby's birth weight to be similar to its mother's. Jessa is quoted in that People article as saying that she was the largest of her siblings at 9 lbs. 15 ozs. Ouch.
  9. Bolding mine I haven't been paying total attention but when whoever said, Let's bring out your muse models, I practically got whiplash. For the love of god, do not bring back the fanny pack.
  10. I forgot that Mondo had an eyeglass line. And now I am going to try to forget it again. 40 minutes left! Gah.
  11. SweetMama. Make it stop! It's making me not want to watch Juniors. Misted up at Candice. Not a huge fan but she has overcome some serious odds.
  12. Bolding mine Well that Duggar SVU misrepresentation sucks. Duggar fans will see it as validation Are we sure they don't have publicists? If Jerry Lewis is in a fugue state I think that's a good thing.
  13. Do we know the weight? I might have won something! I guessed baby boy, 8.1, named Justice or Jesus. I know. Kid's not gonna be Jesus, in more ways than one.
  14. One housecat here. And we had made a conscious decision to not get animals! But he adopted us. He was maybe about a year old and we later found out he had been abandoned a few months earlier. Just a little craycray so the housecat thing was a bit of a struggle. But worth the effort. We've been together for 11 years! Cats, imho, are the best. Oh. That song Honey? Makes me roll my eyes. And I cry at commercials!
  15. Maybe I was hallucinating but I think I've seen those dripped things and I think they're premade, put in a display type freezer and dressed up a bit before service. That yellow goop has to be your butterscotch. I hope.
  16. First, so sorry Skittl. I hope you are able to find some peace. But maybe don't watch the movies in this thread! I've practically misted up remembering them. Not a fan of shoot-em-ups or aliens or any kind of movies that require bloodshed so I usually will find something in the rom-com or kids/YA dept and it seems that most of those are tearjerkers at some point. I could barely finish Toy Story 3 and if an animal is involved I can be reasonably certain it will meet an untimely death so I don't watch those. And like bigskygirl the animal abuse ads just... I can't. I've practically injured myself diving for the remote. I can name that tune, In the Arms of an Angel, in one note. When I think of the song "White Christmas" I always think of the movie "Holiday Inn". I'm so confused.
  17. Ooh! Fudgie the Whale! He really missed the mark. I mean, what woman wouldn't love the word "whale" as part of a description? Good one!
  18. Well said. And I will never forget the spaghetti scene. ETA Oops. Responding to chunky junky.
  19. Does he blink his eyes a lot? Do you see a pattern? lol I'm guessing she demanded he make an IG love-bomb for her/them and he did his deer in the headlights best.
  20. I don't think they stay there long enough for that to happen. Is he blanket trained? These people really mess with my mind.
  21. Bastards! Hey, if they can beat the IRS into submission...
  22. Don't remember Marjorie or her Mom but have heard that Rosetta Stone gets good results. Probably all Jill can do is order from a menu and exchange pleasantries. Derrick strikes me as a big lazy palooka. I was gobsmacked to find out he has a college degree.
