Thank you! Your post made me laugh. I'm not a Stella fan either and this is going to sound really petty and extremely mean girlish but why do they insist on pulling her hair back behind her ears? Her ears stick out so much and really need to be covered. They could pull hair over her ears and then braid it. Sorry...........I'll shut up now.

I agree with everyone who thought this episode was horrible. The really sad part is that there's been bad writing on so many other shows as well, e.g., the entire Chicago series. What happened to the TV writers? I know home delivery of everything and anything is booming since the pandemic but I have a hard time believing TV script writers quit their jobs to become delivery men/women. Once upon a time I really liked Eddie but not anymore. She's been insufferable this season. The idea of Anthony being mistaken for a mobster could have been a good storyline but they blew it. I'm so disappointed. Even though it was less than 24 hours ago, the details of Danny's case escape me. I know my memory isn't what it used to be but it's not that bad. I just wasn't paying attention because the episode didn't hold my interest.

I don't bother watching this show (and a few others) live anymore because they've gotten so bad that I need to use the FF feature more and more. I can honestly say that there was only one scene I enjoyed and that was when the young doctor, Agnes (I think) fired the self absorbed lady doctor hired to replace Dr. Kapoor. I dont know how long I'm going to continue watching. I'm assuming there's only a couple of episodes left this season. They'll have to do a lot better to get me back next season.

It's hard to believe I used to look forward to all three Chicago show each week.

I agree with everyone's opinion of this episode, Saint Stella and how ridiculous the "rescue" was. I never liked Stella so Fire is getting harder and harder for me to watch. They can't keep this up forever so I'm hoping they switch focus soon. I'm also sick of the Stellaride nonsense we're forced to watch every week. They have zero chemistry. I know there's a lot of support for Brett and Casey but I think Grainger is better looking and sexier than Casey so I was sorry to see him go.

I didn't care for this episode either. It was too much like watching the news. I want to be entertained not forced to watch and/or think about the social issues of the day. I don't want my TV shows to mirror the news.

I like Jubal but I don't like the writers injecting all these "personal" side stories. This episode had Jubal's son with leukemia and Most Wanted had what's her face's wife not getting pregnant. Those are not the reasons I watch these shows.

I didn't know there was another brother. I'm guessing Rick and Marty want to employ as many family members as possible.

Sometimes I like to put Hidden Valley Ranch dressing on a salad. I just don't understand the passion for it on everything. There's a State Farm commercial where a pizza delivery woman gives Jake Pizza and some other food items and caps it off with "a side of ranch" which is a gallon jug. Huh? Why? and Eww! Don't put ranch dressing on my pizza!

It's almost time for the S8 season finale. What are the chances we'll learn something new?

Jamie has always been my favorite so having him act so out of character really bothered me. That's probably the main reason (although there were many) that I disliked this episode so much.
