This must be the episode that Hook gets cursed by the villain, right? What will it be this time, the lips and heart have been done. Perhaps she'll steal his eyeliner? Please don't touch the hair!

I think they were filming until the 19th. I'm guessing he had to stick around in case he was needed. I wonder if his family stayed in Ireland after Thanksgiving and this video is a way to pass the time until he can leave.

It gets better...William Shatner just tweeted Adam about the possibility of Neal coming back. Adam responded "never say never." Ugh...

I don't buy that there's no budget for Emma's place. We've seen her have 2 apts in Boston and NYC. No place to live but with the parents means no "alone" time with her boyfriend. Perhaps they are waiting until the Jolly comes back to town or maybe we'll see her move in with Regina and Henry (more bait for Swan Queen! Ugh). I think it's just another way to slow down Captain Swan.

I haven't seen the entire episode yet but I've read a lot about it and seen the CS scenes. Why have the build up of taking Hook's heart for there to be no reaction from Emma? Zelena's lip curse scored more of a reaction from her even if it was that she wouldn't kiss him. It seem like the heart storyline would be there "moment" in this half season and it just went no where. Perhaps we'll get more of a reaction 4b when he's inevitably cursed by one or all of the 3 witches. It's also out of character for Emma to have deserted Hook for Regina. To me, that's just baiting Swan Queen shippers especially since Robin is out of the picture (for now). I think we are a long way from a TLK or IlY between Hook and Emma. Colin's latest interview seem to say that they are at the very beginning of their relationship. They've only established themselves as a "couple" in the last two episodes. We already know Regina and Robin are soulmates, why must we wait and wait for Hook and Emma's confirmation?

I don't see how there's a TLK in this episode for CS. Neither one of them are cursed. We'll probably get one for Outlaw Queen just to twist the knife for their separation. I'd like an ILY for CS but I would think Jen would've given some interviews if it was coming. I'm starting to wonder if they all get cursed by the queens o'darkness and that's what we 're seeing in filming of 4b. Perhaps Regina "forgets" Robin.

I don't think the blind item is Regina. She's not the main character. Reg being pregnant wouldn't alter the DNA of the show. The show isn't coming back until March so it's hardly "early" in the new year. I think it's odd for the episode that the Frozens are still in SB. I feel like we needed an episode in between to just deal with SB and introduce the new villains. I suppose Belle will be finally seen as a hero by getting Hook's heart back. Emma will implant the heart. Robin will go through door with his family to Arendelle after Regina tells him to or wipes his memory. For the amount of promotion being all about OQ and the QofD when the description is about Rumple and Hook it feels like 2 different episodes thrown into 42 minutes.

I actually like Rayna's shorter hair, it seems more controlled. I can't stand Luke though, he's always in the shadows pouting about something (usually Deacon). Does he not realize that even if/when he and Rayna get married (please no) Deacon will still be in the picture? Ugh. He's just icky mustache twirling villain, enough.

I thought the interview was fine, she answered the questions that were asked. He didn't ask any questions about Snow and Emma. His focus was on this next episode for the most part which will pit Snow and Charming and Snow and Regina against each other. Emma's going to be too busy hanging out with temporary BFF Elsa to worry about what's happening with Snow. I think everyone's sight is restored by the end of the episode and the only cliffhanger will be what's happening with Hook and Rumple.

I've seen a lot of speculation or hope that Hook's father is Davy Jones ala Pirates of the Carribean and that his mother is Calypso, a sea goddess. I don't get it. Other than the last names Jones and both being pirates, why would they want his dad to be a monster and his mom to be a sea goddess? I could see a nod to PoC with him being a pirate with last name Jones, but I hope it only goes that far.

What was the whole point of Henry working in Gold's shop? He's hardly been shown with Gold anyway. He swept the floor twice very badly and wore a suit in one episode? Why not just send Henry to school with the rest of the kids and call it a day?

I'd say they are going the Sword in the Stone route with the king. Wouldn't that be Arthur, who was raised as a pauper? That could be why he's not refined, but handsome. We've already seen Snow "pull" Excalibur from the stone, this would be a nice nod to that. It could also connect Hook to the "corrupt" King. It's possible he wasn't corrupt at all, Hook just jumped to conclusions in his grief. Robin definitely goes back to the EF with Marian. I don't really understand how she can only be cured there though. Perhaps they'll travel to Arendelle first for the cure and then on to the EF. So basically, the 4b finale will be Regina and Henry (Operation Mongoose) traveling to EF to get to Robin before it's too late? I wonder if she'll put a memory curse on him before he leaves with Marian? I still think their romance has been on fast forward and made easy by the whole fairy dust/tattoo thing. This might be a good way to slow them down. I really hope that Blackbeard is Hook's father. I think Adam said at one point he wasn't, on twitter with his usual #no spoilers, but it's not like he could really say either, right? CM looks so much like a combo of Liam and Hook, I just can't believe they'd waste that casting. Thinking about the magic bean and the Jolly. Who else would want an enchanted pirate ship, but a pirate, who else would have a magic bean, but a pirate. I just feel like there was a lot of foreshadowing in the "Jolly Roger" and the 3b finale that pirates have things that are hard to come by and the Jolly is a special ship that Blackbeard and Hook were willing to fight to the death to keep in their respective possession so it make sense that Hook traded the ship to BB for the bean. I've also seen on Tumblr that the pattern in the chest (on the fabric or wallpaper)that Kristoff and Anna climbed out of matches the flowers on Hook's ring. It's Hook's chest, I hope he gets it back. I'm most interested to see how Hook's heartlessness affects Emma. Does she see him hatting people? Or is it more physical like when Charming felt Snow bite the poisoned apple? I wouldn't be surprised if Rumple decides to perform the spell in front of Belle and she saves Hook's heart. Obviously, Rumple will need the dagger to perform the spell and Belle will realize she's not in control. I have real doubts that Henry will actually willingly go with Rumple. I can't figure out how they are going to have time to do anything with Will this season a or b. I didn't watch Wonderland, so other than knowing he's already ended up with his true love, but some how lost her, I have no idea why he's on the show, other than some comic relief. How will they tell his story, Operation Mongoose, Ursula, Cruella, Maleficent, and whatever Rumple's cooking up?

I have a hard time believing that the message in a bottle will be the way to defeat DQ. As far as she knew, DQ was forever in the urn. It's also unlikely that she would just happen to write to her daughters about the shattered sight spell. It's more likely about the wishing star or that they decided they didn't want to take Elsa's powers away because they lover her just as she was/is. He probably figured it's pointless to chain himself down if Rumple's just going to crush his heart anyway. Rumple could easily free him if he needed too.

So Will's biggest enemy in town is Hook? Eh. In Hook's last scene in "Fall" (where he's at the docks with the turned over trash cans??) I noticed what looks like his pirate coat directly behind him. Interestingly, in the promo, he's still in his modern wear when he goes to the Mayor's office. I think a "cursed" Hook would've changed clothes. Perhaps he's immune without his heart, perhaps he thinks he's already his worst self, remember, he stood in front of the mirror just like Belle did and nothing happened. I don't think Henry sets the marble trap for Hook per se, but for anyone trying to come into the office, it just happens to be Hook. It's also strange that this is a Robin free episode. The writers must really not want him to know who she really is. I wonder if the spell will actually be broken by the end of the episode. No doubt the "heartwarming" thing that Anna finds is the message in a bottle from her mother. I guess Kristoff thinks he can paddle his way back to Arendelle in the trunk so they end up finding the bottle?

I'd like to know this too. Perhaps it just "felt" different? Maybe she caught on to him being sad? I don't know, she sensed something was off last week too. Maybe it's the connection they have that she's finally recognizing? She had that shell shocked look when she came in from their first date too.

Does anyone else think Hook/Colin is looking really thin these days? I know the new costume takes away some of his size, but even his face looks thinner than last season. I noticed it especially in this episode (Fall).

I wonder if Regina will actually take Robin's heart? I would think Regina would go after: 1. Snow 2. Emma 3. Mariancicle 4. Everyone else but Henry. Of course Regina will never actually go after DQ, who's causing all the trouble right now.

It's probably not surprising that Robin didn't blink when Regina said she was locking herself up in her vault w/Marian's heart, oh wait, she left that detail out. I suspect the writers have forgotten that detail too. Regina gets out next week because Emma and Elsa go to check on her, we know that Regina tries to kill Emma with fireballs but she gets away, thus releasing EQ on everyone. DQ didn't think this through very well. Elsa and Emma will spend their time helping their friends and family not making a fake one with her. At least Anna will get to tag along!

Marian is still frozen and Roland is locked away with her. He'll have some issues....

I don't think we know. It sounded like Blackbeard sold them the wishing star. It's possible that some things were recovered from the shipwreck. Its possible that it washed ashore. It's also possible that they everyone knows where the shipwreck occurred since it was the royal couple. We also don't know that there weren't survivors from the wreck.

I'd be a little bitter if I were Charming or the dwarves who pick away at those caves in desperation every time a curse is bearing down only to find out they lead to the beach. How high up is the town if the tunnel just comes out on the beach?

So, I think Hook will be immune to the Shattered Sight spell because he doesn't have his heart. Rumple figured he would be immune and I wouldn't be surprised to see that it has a loophole that it only affects people who have hearts. We know that Hook goes after Henry and Henry has a trap set with marbles. We also know that Regina sealed off that entrance, so Hook must have some kind of magical help to get past the entrance.

Great episode! What was Emma thinking this episode though? She sends Henry away with Regina? Shouldn't he stay with the immune parent? She sends Hook off to the docks to see that the ice wall now surrounds the water? I get that she thinks everything will work out and she was busy helping Elsa, but, it's your son and boyfriend and you send them away without so much as a good bye? Luckily, Hook knew that he should see her again one last time... Ugh, the pain. Loved the Anna and Kristoff part of the episode. Blackbeard has the Jolly Roger! Now that we know people can just thaw out does it make any sense that Marian's heart needed to be ripped out or that DQ sister shattered? I liked the symbolism of Snow handing Emma her brother to protect and give his best chance. Does Rumple realize he's locked Belle in the shop with the actual dagger? I can't wait to see Lacey back trying to control Rumple. I've got nothing on Robin. Perhaps he'll see Regina in full Evil Queen and realize they aren't meant to be? Who's taking care of Roland? Will? Huh? How's anyone going to eat during this curse if they are all chained up? I have some thoughts on Hook but I'll post them in the spoiler thread.

It's Anna. Elsa and Emma use a locator spell to find her probably taking time away from solving the Shattered Sight spell.

There's been so much focus on Emma and Hook holding hands this season, I'm guessing that's why they don't have him wear the fake hand. And...you never know when they'll need a berry snack.
