I was noticing the set they used for Alex’s apartment has been used in a lot of fillms. Just a weird thing I noticed. I’m an warming up to Lizzie in this role, but the last thing I saw her in was “Fleishman is in Trouble” so It has taken some time to adjust.

I was distracted by Amanda’s wig and face. Her face look shrunken in so much that it looks more than natural aging. Did they give her a really dark tan? I barely recognized her.

The reason I even had any internet in watching this was that the write-ups indicated it was going to show a sympathetic side of Alex and tell her story. Maybe that is coming in future episodes, but it feels like an unimaginative reboot and I’m not seeing Lizzie Kaplan, as the femme fatale. Joshua Jackson will always be Pacey to me.

Totally agree. Not attractive at all. He comes off as a total squeeze. His momma may love him, but his dad looked like he thought he was a jackass. He wants a blonde hair, blue eye, Moroccan, Sephardic Jew who speaks Hebrew and has money that wants to live with his parents? I don’t know their ages, but I liked that the old crew were more established New Yorkers, not up and coming. This was my favorite cast, even in my early 30’s. I wanted to see more legacy New Yorkers, and I still do. I’m not feeling this one at all.

I think Simba knows she's not doing too well here, given her contemplative sigh and words about this season at the end. She talks about her clients being inflexible but she’s the most inflexible of all. She just wants them to take what she offers so she can add that to her successes and fees.

So far, these people seem more, LA, than Jew. Very unlikeable cringey people. The blonde girl is wacko and Ori is a spoiled brat. Did he really say his wife would have to live at home with him. He’s all over the map about what he’s looking for.

Bettheney is all over the place on her Instagram. Not long ago, she was down on cosmetic procedures, then, she’s talking about getting some work done, now she’s all in the “I love the way I look” camp. Oh, and now she has autoimmune issues from Covid-19, and her health is all she cares about, while she’s putting on the one thousand product makeup recommendation. Is she doing anything else than flooding SM with her posts? Maybe she doesn’t have any other prospects or failed projects to work on.

It’s a shame that Kathryn, having many opportunities, resources and second chances to get her shit together, threw those away a without really trying. Sad, that her children weren’t important enough to her. I fear what her rock bottom is, if this isn’t it.

I don’t blame Jeymi for getting out of Venezuela. Given the political, economic and humanitarian collapse, people are leaving by the thousands. It is not a safe place, especially for women.

I think Paul described Micah as “not nurturing” because he didn’t want to flat out call her a bitch, but we all know what he meant. Vanessa was a dog with a bone with that one. Chelsea is a speech pathologist and I believed she had that apartment before Kwame so she must make an above average salary to afford it on her own though, I think her family appears to be pretty well off and maybe she has family money. I’m always curious in castmate’s digs and what they do for a living, cost of living, etc. Kwame’s Linkedin says he’s head of Community Development at Common Room. I didn’t like Vanessa trying to get Paul to backpedal on his nurturing comment. He said what he said. He wants to gave children and didn’t see Micah as mother material as a which I totally agree. Vanessa was way too dorked up and hyper. Maybe it was the nerves being on live tv, but she should have pushed when she didn’t, and backed up when she did. Loved Zach’s face during all the BS. He was not having it but I wish he would have said more. Zach has always seemed pretty true to himself on the show and seems like pretty good folk. I hope he and Bliss live a long and loving life. Maybe he’ll do a AMA some day. I’d pay good money for that.

What did Jeymi do to support herself before Kris came along? Can she not work as well, rather than expect Jeymi to send her last dollar?
