  1. The music video for All the Stars. My God this is art.
  2. I sincerely don't. Everyone including her can see Ryan is a mess and she's too busy riding the gravy train to be logical. So fuck it. Why would I care? She deserves him.
  3. I forgive neither. One had a one year old child and one is crybaby that can't stand to be away from his family for three damn weeks. Stay the fuck home and stop wasting people's time. The audience and people who came to play.
  4. Basically trying to make two meals out of one because you're poor.
  5. I just wanted to share this with you guys. There is a part of the discussion towards the end involving Chadwick that nearly brought me to tears but also speaks to why this movie means so much to so many people.
  6. Honestly, most productions do work in Georgia these days. Not even interesting to me any more. That Georgia peach logo is EVERYWHERE on credits.
  7. At this point I really do think people need to stop hyping up movies so much in their own head. Or going into a movie with the thought that for a movie to be great it needs to be a game changer or overshadow a property you've already loved for years. I just judge movies on their own terms. No the movie isn't perfect. No movies is. It has flaws. Pacing a little off in some places and the action/CGI could have used some more work. But, any nitpicks are absolutely overshadowed by so many wonderful things. This is how I want to see women on screen. Strong, fierce, intelligent women. No need to condem men in order to prop up women. No preaching about the struggle of women hood. Just let them be. Let them be awesome characters. The movie is filled with women that have their own thoughts, ideals, motivations and relationships. And it just feels natural. Shuri and Tony Stark working together need to happen. Her and Duke were the complete standouts. It was a blockbuster with something to say. I'm already kind of tired of people saying that the movie was sledgehammer like in delivering it's message. At this point, it feels like any movie with a message period is accused of this. There was no way they could do a movie about a advanced society of black people not helping their people around the world and not hit that story head on. Black panther may be the least interesting principle character in the movie but this movie is about establishing this world and it's ideals. Eric was the best kind of villain. One who speaks truth. It doesn't mean that they aren't ultimately wrong. It just means that their points have merit. The bad guy should always believe he is right. It's even better if he leaves you questioing yourself. Both characters and the audience. I loved the world. The colors. The cinematography. It has humor but it was always character and moment appropriate. I never went into the movie thinking it would be this amazing movie. I don't do that. But, I went in thinking I would feel proud and happy when I left the theater and I was. For that, I am thankful.
  8. In regards to the fight, they were not mad at her for defending herself. It's was about keeping it from them and leaving them blindsided by news from angry parents.
  9. There wasn't anything done here that wasn't already being developed here before. And there has definitely been angst from day one. Just mature in tone. Which it still is. And if there needed to be any fleshing out of any characters it's Tobias and Gambi. Thankfully, we are getting that now. So, nobody noticed that the person playing the dad of Tobias is none other than TC Carson? Kyle Barker from living single? Which makes this episode a defacto living single reunion between TC and Cress even though they don't meet on screen. I wasn't 100 percent sure because there is something about his eyes that is way different these days but it's him.
  10. I'm sure it makes me evil but I can't stand people signing up for reality shows and then whining about missing their families. Stay the fuck home then. I know it would be really tough for me to be away from my mom for three weeks. We are really close but she also had a above the knee amputation on one leg so I worry about her a lot. But, you know what, I just wouldn't go at the end of the day. I want people who come to play. Otherwise, hit the road.
  11. Judging by the STD epidemic going in nursing homes and retirement centers, I would say there are many. Naps is what I would have went with though.
  12. I get it but no man really wants another man doing anything to his daughter so he wouldn't be happy with anything. I understand your point. But, he's just trying to get laid. That's all he would be thinking about. The mother daughter element is just super gross. No thanks. Of course Scrappy would be down. I don't think he has too many important thoughts rolling around in his head.
  13. Everyone woman is someone's daughter. I don't know why that would matter. I mean it's creepy but necessarily because he has a daughter. Sleeping with two family members separately or together is super gross to me.
  14. Just curious how you've never seen or heard of the lead character on the show right before this one the whole time? Not judging for not watching the show but even the ad campaign for Thursday's is Annalise, Olivia and Meredith Grey at the very least.
  15. I wish that sniper had better aim.
  16. My reaction to the previews. Kill them all Team Arrow. Kill them all. The episode itself. The show was not going to be able to sustain a whole season of one villain. As the head of the snake anyway. Time to table shift. Black Canary and Mad Dog in particular need to die in a fire. Detective Lance needs a big hit upside the head. Send that character away. There is nothing else for him here.
  17. I'm sure everyone in her orbit would love that. This was a good episode of Grey's. Felt old school. Plenty of actual medicine getting done with some small personal elements thrown in. But, yeah! More spin off crap next time. I'm already tired of the lead trying to be made into the most awesome badass. Just on promos alone.
  18. I'm sure Colton's husband would be more elated that he made out with Linda. Who wouldn't be.
  19. Never said it wasn't justified. I said I don't want tk see it. I'm just dragged out on character mourning periods in the shows. They found a way to make it more interesting. It just still does nothing for me. A lot of it has to do with the fact that onscreen couplings are often too rushed for me to care as much as shows want me to.
  20. It may be because angst over breakups is dragging Supergirl right now but I never need to see another plotline about someone wallowing in a break up ever again. I don't care about how realistic it is. It's just never interesting to me as plotline. I'm just always ready to move past it. I know the character is to but just mean as the viewer I don't need it. They could give cliff notes to all that and skip over it. I would be fine.
  21. Plenty of men barely use ties thus they don't know or remember how to tie. And now the show is finally embracing the fact that this is a Ryan Murphy production. Let's get bonkers people.
  22. I would assume a lot of people find it easier to call him through ex instead of basically calling him the (late) dead boyfriend everytime he's brought up. He's also not her boyfriend anymore regardless of the why so it may just fit better for some reason. Seeing as there is no disrespect intended I don't really care that he or anyone else says it. For several reasons I'm not sure if any of these people were ready to settle down. I think that's honestly something that happens through a growing relationship and connection. I know you can have instant match and it all clicks but marriage is hard enough under the best intentions. This is a lot of stress on top of something that normally has it's hard times anyway. Molly checks all my boxes for someone I wouldn't want to date. I don't care about her looks. She's just unappealing to me.
  23. If you aren't in now you probably won't be. I will say the third episode gives movement to his relationship with the students and the bully gets fleshed out more. I also don't think I'm watching the show the way others are. It's just privelaged white man runs amok story. First, I don't watch shows like that. I'm watching the character. I'm not taking point off because he's a white guy (not saying that you are). To me, the show is like if Jeff (Joel McCale) from Community was put in charge of students in the pilot episode. Knowing that he will evolve throughout the series is part of the fun to me. I also enjoy the other faculty and several of the students. Especially, the girl with the huge glasses. I laugh every time they cut to her.
  24. That damn saxaphone warning with Baker Street being played cracked me up hard. Genius.
