  1. There is nothing wrong with aging. It's just very noticeable. And the pained smile wasn't the best look even though that's partially the intent. Aging is normal. I don't want anyone to fight it to conform to some standard. Can't help if one notices it though.
  2. I honestly thought she looked like the joker when she did her pained smile. I actually jumped.
  3. They basically teamed her up with Tamina. Who may have seen since she's close with the usos and Trinity. She's basically her manager. But, in short, nothing. They barely use Rusev. Broke them up with no concrete goal for either of them as per usual.
  4. I at least like that several of the people are removing their head out of their ass and are actually talking to more people and removing themselves from assholes.
  5. Wow, look at all traffic! Anywho, network TV isn't going touch OJ in scripted format after cable aced it twice. If it wasn't for the podcast I would have been out. Show was weaksauce.
  6. LL Cool K? Randall is such a fucking dork. And yep, Kevin always fails upwards. It's about time for the tree fall before he can really grow up and resolve his issues.

    S08.E04: Some Guy

The only thing I hate about animals dying in the shows is the over the top reactions to it. The death seems to be from the comics and they needed to eliminate the Deus tiger at some point. I don't get upset over animal deaths anyway. Don't care. The show has had agonizing drawn out deaths for so many human beings. Now, it's gone too far? It wasn't even as graphic as many humans get. I just can't relate to these reactions.
  8. Except everyone in their feelings in this episodes have already been there multiple times this season. They didn't to be told dial up. Casting took care of that for them. Second time we had light ceremony. Either they figured it out in 8 tries or the show got a longer episode order.
  9. There is no reason needed for Reese getting shut down for a pet. None. Animals suck and I hate that I'm stuck in a world where so many people feel the need to have one (because it makes it hard to get away from them). I'm also being over the top. I just don't ever want animals in my presence. So, the no was all I needed. Everytime a pet is introduced into a show I roll my eyes much like many do for babies on shows.
  10. I didn't say it was completely balanced. It's still a sitcom. They've just shown more of Dre being a concerned dad across the board. It's never going to fully change and the thought that he actually hates his kids is just wrong. Dre treats Junior basically the way Earl treats Dre and we all know he loves him. Most of the shows conflicits come from how both Bow and Dre love their children, want the best for them and worry about that future. They just also go broad with the comedy.
  11. Everyone's life is different. I think a lot of people have these aversions to certain things in media just because it's not a reflection on their life. Of course, there are parents out there that make a big deal of the period. Or the first time happens in a embarrassing situation. Just remove your own life experience from it. Also, as I always like point out. TV. It's TV. If everyone had a reasonable reaction to situations there would be no situations in sitcoms or no drama in dramas. I still see complaining about Dre but I've actually seen great strides in the show to balance him out and to be more involved in the family. Also, there is a lot more heightened reactions by Bow and Dre. Ruby popping in out of nowhere to start talking by saying your period story was garbage actually made me bust out laughing. Ruby and Earl just pop out of nowhere. Diane is always snapping at the mouth. It's funny to me that this is a talking point. She's always popping off at the mouth and she gets even ruder when she's upset. There wasn't anything new here. Bow and Dre are often scared of her comedically so their non parent like reactions are par for the course.
  12. I was waiting for her to support him by letting him win since there was no reason to actually oppose him anyway. But, nope, Jessica wins and/or is right again. No, I still don't like her at the moment.
  13. The actor who played Scott wanted out. They didn't run out of storylines for him. I guess you guys may not know about Maia Campbell these days (Mariah). She's basically homeless now, addicted to drugs and has a missing tooth. She may also have untreated bipolar disorder. There are videos on YouTube of people that ran into her. She is a mess. It's really sad to see.
  14. Most of these people have the maturity of teenagers so it makes sense. The genius of this show. Always takes to like midseason to speed date and force everybody to talk to everyone. What a novel concept. I'm glad Tyler took his shot. Nicole makes no sense though. In the same conversation she talk about being walked over by guys and not appreciated by guys and then talks about how she likes to be the more domineering one in a relationship? What? I also appreciated nurys finally moving on from Malcolm. She seems to have to make zero connections except one for half the season. A dude who is very clearly playing you without even trying. Good God these people.
  15. Hilarious. Also probably accurate.
  16. I still need the show to explain to me how Curtis and his hair works. Whether it's in braids and then a fro from scene to scene or a ponytail that i don't think he could create with the fro he has. It's just makes no sense to me. I bust out laughing Everytime Dinah poses. It's like she's in a constant photo op. Man, I feel like Supergirl is somehow the worst of the DC shows now. Arrow and Flash are killing it. Legends remains goofy fun.
  17. no what you got is me being so frustrated with the focus constantly being on their relationship (not from the show but from elsewhere) that I almost wish she wasn't even there. Of course, that won't stop ships. It's just frustration. I can't make my comments any clearer. I can't say I almost wish Oliver was never hear because he's the lead and Felicity was a added on role. I like Felicity. I have no problems with Felicity being center stage. There hundreds of other ways to show anyone's growth without relationships. I don't even care about relationships in shows in general. I've always had a aversion to the fanbases shipping creates in general. It's just not why I watch anything. But, that's a discussion for another day. No matter what, I'm done now.
  18. I said absolutely nothing about Felicity having her own episode or Felicity in general. I don't care about Oliver and Felicity as a couple. Not sure where you read everything else from. I don't have a problem with romance in my shows, a female taking the lead or any of of that. I'm literally just talking about them as a couple. Everything else surrounding Felicity was great this week. I want everyone to be front and center at some point. Have their own arcs and motivations.
  19. Ugh. I don't give a damn about Oliver and Felicity as a couple. I never did but I also feels like it dominates too much of the show discussion in general (not attacking anyone here). They are just another couple to me. Take them or leave them. It almost makes me wish Felicity never came aboard. I really enjoyed the episode. Great teamwork, shifting Dynamics, cool villain and everyone had a role. Great stuff all around. I feel like this was done partly because everyone else will be in the background next week.
  20. It's my opinion that I just didn't agree with your assessment of the situation. I've also seen enough of these kids in interviews to notice which ones are more open and talkative than others. My opinion is that it has nothing to do with gender and it is who they are as people. I'll be honest in that im judging anyone's actions based on their gender. I don't spend a lot of time doing that. None of this bothered me either way. The discussion was fun. I heard from all the kids. Nothing felt off to the point of annoyance to me. That's all. It was just harmless fluff. I don't want to make a big deal about it.
  21. I already know the scene and I've seen belly. Belly is a generally awful movie mainly because Nas, DMX and t Boz can't act but hype Williams directed the movie with his music video style and that was awesome. But, just reading someone describe that scene with attention to the banana detail made me bust out laughing at work. I was actually just laughing yesterday because I was watching a BuzzFeed video where it was seeing if black people can identify certain black movie quotes. I never need help identifying any of this stuff. It's black people 101 for me. Nothing wrong with you if you can't pull it off course. I even only watched belly once but could quote it.
  22. Some people like to dress up for Halloween. Even if they are tired. Parent too.
  23. Man, young Kevin's line delivery of I can get always get more candy dad. It's easy. Was so pitch perfect Kevin I would have thought that line was ADR by our adult Kevin. My God Randall needed some sort of counseling from the jump.
  24. I don't care about the whole kissing thing. Most child actors first kisses are on screen and I can guarantee it's always awkward. They were just needling her a bit. Her mother has to be there on set for all your that. If she was truly distressed it really uncomfortable, that's why they have the parents there. It's really got to be awkward for everyone so it's easier to make light of it.
  25. She said back when the last season of show ended that she wasn't coming back. Before bodak yellow. She's done.
