  1. You might be surprised how many guys his age (and older) don't need viagra and can still get it on. If a man keeps himself in good physical shape, age only slows 'em down somewhat. Funny! But make no mistake -- the stick is still there.
  2. I did not at all enjoy the husbands' scenes -- whose crummy idea was that? I care not one bit what PK, Mo and/or Rob think or have to say. This isn't the Real Husbands of BH and those scenes added nothing to the show.
  3. Clever one-off, but the truth is more like (I forget who said it) "people are living to 100 now". If Erika was divorcing Tom because she was tired of him, that's one thing but it should have been pretty obvious it was something more of a disaster that made her file.
  4. I like her. She is blessed with intelligence, doesn't have a bad-ass bitch attitude and seems so sensible and straightforward. Probably just first season edit and we'll see the drawbacks next season but right now I think she's a good addition.
  5. NO you are not the only one. I really dislike that the push for diversity has resulted in this political debate when we watch these shows to escape for a while.
  6. Crystal sure is coming across mighty aggressive considering she's trying to put words in Sutton's mouth with that question and the fact that Sutton said no such thing.
  7. In her first few THs, I didn't recognize who had the super-blonde crimpy hairstyle. Just didn't recognize her - reminded me of the AI woman Sophia. Maybe Dorit's look will serve as a model some day. That dreadful blue dress in the opening credits! Don't the HWs get a chance to review the footage and veto what looks bad? Again, it was hard to recognize Dorit.
  8. It was pretty obvious Tom ran that show 100%. I doubt he ever confided anything business-wise to Erika, Her duty was to look glam and accompany him while keeping her mouth firmly shut. No attorney who is stealing from his client trust account is going around telling anyone about it. I think it's only logical that Tom wanted everyone to believe that he earned all the cash he was slinging around, and that Erika was probably one of those he aimed to impress the most judging by the fabulous gifts he gave her. After all the years of believing she won the rich husband lottery, it must have just killed her to find out she was going to be on her own and have to support herself again.
  9. I seriously doubt that. They're all screaming for blood, why should she even try? She's showing up to earn a living - it honestly doesn't look to me as if she's proud of herself or enjoying what she's going through. For the record, I don't think she knew, but I know it's a very unpopular opinion. I thought that was pretty bratty and manipulative for such a little kid actually.
  10. That would have ruined Sutton's image of herself as a perfect lady. It would also constitute assault and battery and people go to jail for that.
  11. Same here. Pretty soon just being white will be inappropriate.
  12. The only one whose dress I liked is Kam. She seldom wears black and the dress is quite over the top glamorous but I'd love to wear something like that for an evening. Why does Kary go for these flouncy overly-ruffled numbers? Mutton dressed as lamb as my grandmother would say, and she should have chosen shoes that complemented her dress (maybe she thought nobody would see them). The fugly big bead necklace is probably one of her dreadful jewelry creations. Tiffany's hair and make-up always look good. And she sure likes showing off the girls -- all her glam looks have necklines cut to her navel. Her face has so much filler it's very noticeable. Don't get me wrong, I think she looks lovely, but the close-ups were a little disconcerting. The neckline on her dress must have some sort of stays along the edges because I noticed they were poking in to her boobs at the bottom, creating a weird dimple effect. Wth is going on with D'Andra's hair? That multi-tone look doesn't flatter her at all. She looks like she gained weight between seasons which might account for why she's so covered up compared to the others. She was positively dripping in what looked like real diamonds. Brandi always has a problem dressing herself. Everything she wears looks cheap like it came from Forever 21. And I wish she'd try another hair style - looks like she has plenty of decent thickness hair to do something else with it. Stephanie is so pretty I wish she'd have chosen something a little more classic looking - otherwise it doesn't matter what she wears or does with her hair, she always looks beautiful.
  13. I couldn't help thinking during Kary's phone call with Eduardo (where Brandi outed Kary's bad behavior) that Eduardo probably knows all too well the shit-talk and destruction Kary gets up to when she's been drinking.
  14. I think if more husbands adopted Jeremy's habit of saying corny but supportive things it would be a good thing.
  15. Every time I see any of the daughters, they all have such a flat affect when they're talking with their mother. Seems unusual for all three teenage girls (well, I guess the oldest is 20) to display that same trait. And Kary always seems to be tiptoeing around while trying to get to know them -- it's hard to describe but suggests Mommy Dearest vibes to me.
  16. I think Stephanie is looking at Travis's business as something she can have a part in, and seeing a role for herself in doing the charity work the family business was able to contribute. I could see how she'd get a lot of satisfaction out of it even though it's not all her own.
  17. She must have forgotten the shoes that go with that dress.
  18. I wouldn't object so much to Cort treating Kameron as if her feelings/opinions are irrelevant in front of the kids if he'd temper it with something softer such as "but we love Mommy anyway, don't we?" I'm afraid that he just leaves the impression with the kids that their mother doesn't matter and we're better off if we just keep her in the dark.
  19. I agree - and there's nothing wrong with her wanting me-time, since she does have a full plate with her hospital job and her HW commitments. Better she should just admit it. Instead, I just think she lays it on a little thick with her "all I want to be is a mommy" when it doesn't particularly seem accurate. When she was talking about what she would do with that one day a week, I was surprised that she never mentioned even one thing she was wanting to do with her girls besides be the one that day to pick them up from school.
  20. Ah, we're all just having fun here. I appreciated your comment anyway -- I hope I didn't come off too snarky.
  21. This is less about Kameron perhaps playing a role and more about permanent ruination of a mother-daughter bond that more than likely will have consequences for the kid down the road (as well as the rest of the family) if it hasn't already.
  22. While Brandi is not one of my favorite HWs, I get a strong feeling that she's really struggling emotionally and I feel sad for her. This season especially. From the first season we saw how her children take advantage of her weakness, and I could tell in those early seasons when Brian was a less than supportive husband that Brandi was kind of white knuckling it just to keep going. I truly believe her outrageous behavior is put on to take attention away from her terrible insecurity and self loathing. Having 4 kids now is not going to make her mental issues any easier to deal with. If she is truly going to stop after this season, I say great. She needs time off to re-focus and be present for her kids. I felt a little hopeful for her when it came out that she spent time at a facility getting professional help. Unfortunately -- and it really pains me to say this -- I don't think it'll go well for her if she stays on the show. Something about her behavior this season brings to mind a very fragile person standing at the edge of a cliff debating whether or not to jump.
