Alyssa posted that the golden penis (and the girls) have RSV after the trip. But, he is the one needing special care. Well, he is only 3 months old.

Here is a story about a scooter - "borrowed" at Longwood gardens in Pennsylvania. Went there about 2 years ago with elderly father in law. It was supposed to have a full charge but it gave out after a little while. He rode back to return it for a better one. Same deal. They have cords here and there to boost them back up. Our thought was that the batteries are old and can't keep up a charge. So, something to be aware of with a borrowed/rented one.

Then we agree. Maybe they are or maybe they aren't. 😁

Kids are different. Some would wear them with no complaints, some would be strong-armed into them, and some other ones would just refuse and parents would not take on that battle. We figure Israel is one of the first two.

Airplane tickets are expensive, even 4 on Southwest and for them to have to wrangle three small children, might seem daunting. Savanah could help of course, but it would mean a plane ticket for her too. So that's 4 tickets, Savanah and Maddie, Axel and Eve, baby flies free, meals, hotel room, hope someone else would drive them around. That's a lot of $$$ and we don't really know for sure if Janelle is rolling in the dough enough for that.

Well neither have Michaela Bates and Brandon Keiler but not for lack of trying. So they say.

I might watch some kind of reboot but only as snark fodder knowing it is all sanitized and curated for public consumption and crap goes on in their real lives.

We are in Naperville for the weekend. As we were driving back to hotel the phone blasted a tornado warning and to take cover. All seemed quiet outside but for a minute I thought we might end up in Oz. When we lived in Baton Rouge there were frequent watches, warnings, alerts etc which we mostly ignored and never saw one in the 40-ish years we were there.
