She said she wished they came out of her. On the what's wrong part... I'm not a mom, but I imagine it like this-- what if you said to your (guy) friend, who's in a relationship, that you wished you were his girlfriend. It's NOT IDENTICAL and I know that... I'm just drawing a comparison. See how it's a little creepy and wrong, and see how the (real) girlfriend might understandably be pissed and threatened by the boundary crossing? You could say hey, I just really like him and I meant it as a compliment!! And you might feel that way. But the girlfriend, she would probably have a tough time with it and would be like back off my boyfriend, woman!! So, too, the mothers here might feel like whoa, woman, you do not ever get to be me-- I am the mother and I cherish that unique and special role. Respect that and do not talk about my children like that. Love them, okay, but don't go THERE. Remember, I am saying my example is ONLY LIKE the Meghan situation/ statement, not IDENTICAL to that-- I'm only trying to illustrate with another non-identical and different example! It just kind of gives an idea. I'm just saying that is an example that might help explore some of the feelings/ boundaries that get triggered by the stuff Meghan's saying.

But they were there waiting when Bethenny arrived. Also, why didn't Bethenny put Brynn where she wouldn't be in the pictures? Why wasn't Bethenny protecting Brynn? She could have stood in front of where she sat on the bench, for example.

I do think Bethenny's addicted to fame, and to her perception that fame= the love of many, many people. I think fame is really, really important to her-- like on a rather desperate level. I think she's scared how her divorce will affect her public image, and that she's extremely keen if not obsessed with fixing any potential damage by putting as much as she can in the press about Jason being the bad guy and so on, and about her being the victim single mother. I do think she to some extent sets up situations so the public sees her this way. I think the paparazzi that catch photos of her with Brynn are to some extent set up with Bethenny's knowledge and help. How would they know to be there if they weren't tipped off? The SUV is perfectly parked to reveal the bench that B&B sit on, so the photographers can get perfect shots of the two of them. Bethenny (to me) seems to be not only not shielding herself and Brynn from the photos-- she is aware of them and if anything is presenting herself and Brynn to them so they can be photographed. I think this is a little sick. Other stars, like Kristen Bell to take a great example, do everything they can to avoid having their children photographed. Bethenny, very sadly and dysfunctionally, if you ask me, is not only allowing Brynn to be photographed but seems to be placing her where the paparazzi can take pictures. All, IMO, for Bethenny to keep manipulating her public image. So this is the kind of behavior that shows me her underside, which is extremely fame-hungry.

Problem with this season of RHONY is that ironically, adding Bethenny is making it less real. We all know that all the housewives are scared to be on Bethenny's bad side, because she is the super-favored child of Andy and the great hope for saving the show. So every single housewife has to kiss Bethenny's ass-- and each wife also knows that their hopes for remaining on the show rest heavily on their ability to make friends with Bethenny. Which is part of the reason Kristen and Heather freaked out so much about not clicking with her, or not being accepted by her. It gives Bethenny this huge amount of un-"real" power, since she's never going to be taken down, so to speak, not really. I feel that manipulation this season, and it's totally turned me off. I can't get invested when I know how much I'm being manipulated-- here, I'm being manipulated to accept Bethenny as the awesome, cool, A number one girl. I used to like her, naturally, during early RHONY seasons, although she turned me off with her dysfunctional relationship behavior and her related drive to be famous, famous, famous and put everything on TV. NOW, it's like I'm being force-fed Bethenny, and it makes me not like her. It keeps me from being interested in the ladies' dynamics, cause I know they're all secretly clamoring for her attention.

If Tamra, Heather and Meghan weren't already thinking Brooks was lying about having cancer in the first place, they would have been overjoyed at the positive news about Brooks not having cancer. Their emotional reaction would have been happy surprise, not cringing concern.

That's what I think it may be.. that her eating disorder, which I believe bulimia can lead to swelling of whatever glands are in that part of the jaw, has abated, so her jaw looks more streamlined now.

.... and assuming it's her, she's also one nasty conniver with an inner bunny-slayer.

Luann may have birthed children, but gauging from her behavior since Season 1, she preferred going out at night to staying home and mothering them. Noel, who was just 11 or so back then, was always sad and complaining about his mom's nightlife. Rosie was the one really raising the kids.

The thing is, he didn't know she was even there, or was afraid she wasn't there. He was worried something happened to her, which I get-- she was supposed to call, she didn't call; it had been several hours since the time Dorinda said she'd call; when he tried to call, she didn't pick up/ the calls went straight through. My man and I, when we're apart, we set up calls, and each of us gets worried if the other doesn't show or is delayed, it's just how it is. You're sure it's probably fine, but you still worry, and the longer the delay/ silence, the louder the worries get in your head. So I get his concern. The one thing I don't get is why he couldn't just ring the land line in her hotel room. But I do get the basic fear, especially when your loved one is so far away. And I know, I know, she was there with production, but they don't all sleep together. Production goes to its cheaper hotel rooms when they're done filming for the night, and shows up on schedule when it's time to start the next day. They're not like bodyguards or something.

I can only imagine how her brother suffers from having to be a part-time dog parent.

Ha, well, you have a point! Vicki's selfishness knows no bounds. But still, yeah, I do think on some level she knows better. She's not dumb; she's just really, really desperate, which fuels her denial.

Didn't know his real name was David!! My take on it is that to stay with Brooks, Vicki has had to suspend her powers of disbelief and pretend whatever he says is true, otherwise they'd be fighting all the time. She's so scared of being lonely that she'd rather go along to get along than challenge him and have him leave her. She's taken the tack of wanting to believe it's all true, and she just tries not to think about the nasty little bits that don't quite add up. I think she kind of knows/ doesn't know/ doesn't let herself quite believe he doesn't have cancer. The explanations she gives the rest of the ladies are the explanations she's accepted thanks to her amazing powers of denial, but to the rest of the world, they're clearly illogical. Basically, I think she just doesn't want to see/ believe the truth, but she knows the truth on some level she doesn't fully acknowledge. Because if she was fully convinced he was sick, if she didn't know on some level that Brooks was fine, she'd never be on a plane to Orlando, Mo'orea, etc. etc.

Meghan's headband at dinner the first night had the look of a hairnet-- it made her look like someone working in a jailhouse kitchen.

Now Meghan is mourning Leeann's passing (the funeral apparently was this past weekend), and her stepchildren's grief, by going away on vacation, just her and Jimmy, leaving the kids behind. She's so selfless that I just can't help but believe she's doing it for the kids, that this seemingly incredibly callous move isn't somehow for them! Hate to say it, but judging from her twitter feed, Meghan's posts following Leeann's passing seem more celebratory than anything... you have to scroll down a bit to see her posts from July 27-30 and so on. A lot of big smiles for the camera with different celebrities and family members. I think it's horrible, creepy, awful. I feel so sorry for Jim's daughters, for the strange mixed messages Meghan sends about sacrificing for them, being sad for Leeann, when really it seems that quite tragically, Leeann and her daughters have been little more than another storyline in the reality show of Meghan's famewhoring life. https://twitter.com/meghankedmonds
