As a white American Christian, I am certain I felt safer walking into my church yesterday than any Jew, Muslim, or even Christian of color did walking into their holy place this week. While I agree that worldwide Christians are being persecuted and it is truly awful, I cannot complain one iota about my standing as a white Christian in the USA and think others (ahem) could benefit from a little perspective in their own lives.

I wonder what Dreck says about those born intersex? Is it God ordained for those who are born with both male and female reproductive parts?

My husband had to strip down naked along with all of the other men on his first day in boot camp. That alone would probably be enough of a reason for these guys to say no thanks to joining the military.

I bet it would blow their minds to know there are Godly people in public schools.

Why do I feel like this should be the nail in the coffin for them but that they will actually win? The 2016 election has really made me a pessimist. Wish one of the girls' husbands would be man enough to tell Josh to f-off with this.

I think bringing Josh back is the quickest way to help facilitate the show finally being canceled, if it starts up another boycott and campaign to the advertisers.

I don't think anything is necessarily wrong with Wilberforce (though I did think he looked jaundiced in the other picture). My first was a much cuter newborn than my second, who held on to the wrinkly old man look for a couple months at least.

My son has the same shirt from the baby announcement. I think it's a Cat and Jack shirt from Target (his was a Christmas gift so I'm not positive). I wonder if Jill and Derrick even like each other, never mind actually in love with each other.

The Fam/Hough crap is a big part of why the show has become so tired for me. I know it won't happen because of popularity and ratings but I'd love more of the old time pros to return (and actually be given decent partners). Maks, Derek, and Cheryl were not gone long enough for me to miss them. I've been watching since season 2 and would love to see more we haven't seen in awhile.

I've got no interest in Maks or Derek returning so I am hoping the remainder of the cast is superior to the rumors because as of now it sounds boring. I'm also going to be annoyed if Derek or Mark fet a gymnast again instead of Sasha, though I suppose if you have an actual little person cast there's not much choice but to put her with the shortest pro. It would just figure if he misses out on an under-5 foot gymnast because they actually have someone even shorter than that cast! Also snooze about Julianne. She's better than CAI but wish they'd bring on another former pro as judge.

Not enthused about Allison's return. I'd much prefer Emma to come back. :( And would much rather Tristan return than Gleb but I know that's not happening. I thought for sure Mark was sounding like this past season was his last so I actually will be surprised to an extent if he's back. Not shocked, but I thought he was ready to move on with his music.

It's blind item reveal day on Crazy Days and Nights which means my fingers are crossed this one is true because I'd love to know Jana is getting some.

Is Mark leaving? He seemed pretty emotional, like he knew this could be his last finale. I don't know what his contract says about how many seasons he has left, if any. I liked Nyle and Peta's freestyles but meh on the others. I think Paige should win but fine with Nyle and wouldn't care even if Ginger won, though I don't think she should going by dancing. A Wanya freestyle definitely would have been more fun.

Bummed about Wanya. I think had Ginger been with anyone but Val this season (save for Derek had he returned), she wouldn't have made it to the finals over Wanya. I'd like to see Paige win but would be fine with Nyle.

I'll miss Kim and Sasha and Von and Witney's partnerships but they were probably the right ones to go, although I wouldn't have minded if Antonio had gone instead. It's nice that there are no real clunkers. I'm still rooting for Wanya and Jodie most but I actually enjoy all of them so I don't really care who wins. And yes...Keo needs to go. I love Jodie but I really don't like him as a partner for her and yearn for what could have been with Val or Artem or just about any of the other males.

I threw all my (and my husband's) votes to Jodie because I felt she did well considering her issues hearing the music. I just feel like Keo is not a great pro and I am curious to see how she does during Switch Up week with a different pro. Wanya remains my favorite to watch. I missed Nyle's so will have to watch it on Hulu later. I really do like pretty much all the couples this season which is nice. Kim and Sasha are so fun! He seems to bring out the best in his partners so I'm glad he got another shot as pro.

DWTS doesn't shy away from casting controversial and/or obnoxious "celebs" so I'm sure they'd take Josh if he would do it!

Sorry if I missed it, but how were the ratings this week? Better than before or about the same?

I missed Nyle's dance so I need to go back and watch, but the others I enjoyed most were Paige, Kim (I though she and Sasha were cute together), and Wanya. I really wish Artem had gotten Jodie instead. She did well but I think Keo is not going to bring the best out of her. Plus, I love watching Artem dance and want him to stay in longer. I mostly got the vibe with Mischa is that she is too much in her head. I think she has no confidence for this. I felt bad for her but she will probably be relieved when her time is up. I like Kym and I know Tristan is no longer in the US and has a baby due soon, but I was thinking I wish he and Emma could be the All Access hosts this season. They'd be so fun together on that. Did not miss Allison at all...really hope she doesn't get a spot back over Emma. I can take or leave Edyta but I do like this trend of bringing back older pros if only for nostalgia's sake. Also wish they'd kept Brittany in the troupe over Hayley.

Even my husband asked if Geraldo had already been on the show, lol Did they announce the troupe lineup yet?

Tristan said in his most recent interview with his fan forum he won't be returning to Strictly. Boo! But it doesn't sound like it was making him happy and now he will have more time to spend with his wife and new baby so that's good. I will miss his charm for sure, though.
