I don't blame Sutton for getting fed up with the women who keep questioning what she 'allegedly' said (according to meek little Crystal). I don't like to be called a liar, either, and especially when there's no way to prove I didn't say what someone says I did. No one does. But Sutton's not only answering to Tattle Tale Crystal but she's got Ax to Grind Erika, Bully Lisa Rinna, and now Clueless Diana asking (or demanding) answers to questions over and over and showing they don't believe her right to her face and in front of everyone-- and the cameras. They act friendly to her then stick the knife in her back. She did mix up the hate/love comment Diana overheard but in the heat of the moment most of us couldn't remember exactly what we said days before, I'd assume. I think this season is all about not the take down of Erika Jane, but the take down of Sutton or Crystal. Anything but the takedown of the coven... Andy thinks this is fascinating viewing-- but boy is he wrong! Sutton is peculiar, she's admitted she's peculiar and I can tolerate her, but I can't stand Crystal throwing out some unproven and damaging statement against her with no proof and then sitting back with that little smirk and letting the Mean Girls fight her battle for her. -
S12.E06: High Cries and Misty Demeanors

Conspiracy theory here: I think Andy wants to keep Erika on this show because of the jail storyline he loves so much and instructed the coven to split sides with Erika and Rinna taking Crystals side and Kyle taking Suttons to keep the cameras (and us) focused on 'the fight' and not on everything going on with Erika. I can't remember which side Dorito is on. Garcelle sees through this and isn't having any. I wish she'd have spoken up sooner but I guess she wants to keep her job, too. Everything's so staged and gross. They couldn't even do any more shopping than one small shop before the cameras had to get right back to the big story-- the fight. Ugh. When they brought Rinna on this show it became pure soap opera and has steadily gone downhill ever since. -
I've learned something from this because I'm a southerner around Sutton's age and I also would have said ''I dont see color." Until watching this show. I've had black friends, Mexican friends (my best friend in fact), a Greek friend, and I married a boy of Sicilian ancestry-- I never thought about it in terms of their lives or experiences-- I just thought of them as my friends. I'm wondering now what else I may say that's offensive? This is a new world. (I still think Crystal is over the top and trying to cause drama to stay on the show with her last comment about the 'dark thing' Sutton said. That's a whole lot of nothing!)

S12.E04: The Crystal Conundrum
stcroix replied to jewel21's topic in The Real Housewives Of Beverly Hills
Kyle. SO sick of her intruding into everyone's business but her own. (where's Kathy Hilton, Kyle?) She's so sickeningly excited by the thought of someone other than herself doing or saying the wrong thing. (unless it's Erika-- for some reason Erika's teflon now) Watching Kyle with her big shocked eyes, pursed yet perfectly parted lips, swishing her startled doe face from person to person as if all this is A BIG DEAL (when it's all actually boring) is really getting old to me. One more week then I'm out. I lost NY and now it looks like BH is going off my DVR list, too. 😭 -
S12.E02: Receipt Offender

Yes she is. When she showed me who she was... I believed her. -
I felt sorry for the brother! He seemed like a nice guy so happy to be connecting with his sister and all she really cared about was getting a recipe from him. So Brianna!
-
Ugh. I feel like they're playing caricatures of the cast now. Too manic, too wacky, too argumentative. This is not the way I wanted to remember the show I have absolutely loved. 😔

Hey, I'm blushing but I'd be the same way as them if I'd put down mega bucks to rent a yacht with a fabulous chef! I'd be scoffing it down and asking what's next!

Season 3 Live Feeds Discussion

I blush to admit I watched the show when Khloe and Lamar married and he was EXACTLY the same then as now. The stroke is no excuse for him, sadly. All he wanted to do was lay around playing video games and hang out with her brother Rob. He's like a big, lazy, dumb kid. And he had awful gas all the time and didn't care who smelled it. Gross! I'm seriously side eyeing the fact that he made it through a reputable college.... -

Really don't like Todd. He's like a grumpy old man-- why is he even there except to be someone's goat? I still think there was supposed to be another celebrity on the cast who had to drop out at the last minute and Kattan came on with the agreement that when the comps got tougher he'd be able to leave because of his neck. Can you image him doing OTEV? -

Regarding Kris Kattan: If I'd never in my life seen an episode of the show Big Brother and was thrown in the house I would be as lost as he is! We who watch it have learned strategy over the years and how the games work but it seems like he has no clue. I think he agreed to be on as a replacement for someone who had to drop out? And has no idea what he's even supposed to do. -

Chris Kattan hurt his neck during a fall while on a SNL skit. He's had 5 surgeries, he said NBC paid for 3 of them. I've noticed he can't turn his neck much and has coordination problems. I feel sorry for him because while he may be a comedian in skits , he seems like a shy or self conscious person in real life, like a lot of actors and comics. -

As someone who slept with a snorer for 13 yrs until he got a cpap machine I can TOTALLY understand why anyone would want to vote Todd out for that noise! Unless you've been trapped in that situation you just don't understand how miserable never getting a good night's sleep can be. It's a true disability and should be mentioned before the first sleepover date! I'm serious-- you dont want to be falling in love with a LOUD snorer. There was nowhere in the house you couldn't hear him, poor guy. No one's fault, but a disability for sure. I'd have voted Todd out first thing with no regrets. -
I moved to St Croix at 16, my parents lived there several years and we all called Hotel on the Cay -- "Kay". I cringe now when I think of how many times I spoke about it since I even rented out sailboats from the Cay for a summer, and NO ONE ever corrected me in all those years! Whyyyy?! Years later when my husband and I started vacationing there again I discovered it was really ''Key" and just cringed at my family and myself. Oh well, we came from Texas where there were no Cays... About 5 yrs ago my husband and I were staying out at Coakley Bay condos on one of the top buildings and as we were sitting out on the balcony one afternoon we noticed a bit of commotion going on in the building below us only to discover the realtor Chris Hanley and camera crew filming for Carribean Life! How exciting for us and how eye opening. They had the couple going into the condo several times, brought out furniture to film inside without it, and had the couple say their 'lines' in several different ways before finishing. It felt like watching a play. I love seeing St Croix featured but they choose the strangest houses and sometimes condos to show! There are lovely homes for sale all over and for some reason they choose a very normal looking house or one you wouldn't look at twice. I want to see inside the beauties! When is this show coming back on?!

S16.E07: Wild Cards

While she has come in too hot for her first season, I don't think Noella is the only one who is desperate for the spotlight. In fact, they're all pretty sickening to me this year. I didnt like Gina her first season, couldn't understand how she even qualified to be on the show being poor and not from the OC but ended up liking her by the end of last season. This season it's like "Will someone gag Gina and that whiney, singy one long word sentence East coast/West coast voice?!" She wanted Noella to show up in Cabo against the other's wishes because she wanted drama and to be included in the drama for camera time. Emily is just trying to be the 'drunk fun one' this season in my opinion, and she's too desperate. I like her husband now that he's shown his dry sense of humor and I get him, but she is just too much. Quieten down, Emily. Shannon....well let's just say I need to see much more Archie in her scenes for me to tolerate much of her. Why couldn't she have hauled Archie down to Cabo? That would have been fun to watch at least. (just kidding-- I wouldn't want poor Archie to have to suffer these drunk arguing harpies) I watch the other franchises (BH, NJ, Dallas, and the first 2 seasons of Miami) and I've seen grown women getting too drunk and falling around and flipping off a hammock before. (Who didn't see that coming...) Emily becomes 'Fun Emily' when drunk... Where have I heard that? (Melissa Gorga) Heather even managed a 'Woohoo!" when they arrived! And yelled Something Amigas! when they were all together. She's the new woo hoo girl? Not likely with that stuck up attitude. I remember her first season and how Vickie and Tamara made snide remarks about her, obviously tolerating her and Tamera stuck the label on her of 'Fancy Pants'-- but not in an admiring or cute way like she wants to be labeled now. This show really needs to find new ways to be interesting. I love when these shows go down to Mexico, but please don't let them stay at the house, drink, and argue! I can't watch that with this stressful life we all have now. I wont. -
Ultimate Girls Trip: Season 1

Yes! Someone texted me that Peacock is offering a free year and all the Housewives shows are there and so is this one! I just binge watched it (in two nights) and loved it. I can't wait to see Season 2. -
S16.E04: Judge & Jury

I think Heather is admitting to pulling her hair up in a tight ponytail as a way of making it seem she hasn't had TONS of work done on her face through the years. Smoke and mirrors. Since she's been on the show she's changed in several ways. Sometimes she looks like Madam the puppet, sometimes a Who from Whoville, sometimes like a nutcracker. But in her words she just pulls her face up with a ponytail like magic! I tried that and it doesn't totally smooth my face out and certainly didn't give me speed bump cheek bones. -
Wow, it was hard for me to recognize them! It all looked like over the top waxy puppets! I hope they put this on Amazon prime like other HW shows because I can't afford to keep adding channels! damn Peacock.

S16.E01: Fancy Pants is Back
stcroix replied to PrincessPurrsALot's topic in The Real Housewives Of Orange County
I felt like after she ordered everyone out it was like,'' Ok, everyone out! Because I've proved I'm The Best, not Shannon. No interest anymore in doing this thing." (of course we know she's dying to be the new OC version of Vanderpump.) Shannon seriously looked like she was trying not to hurl while walking through that kitchen! I thought she was going to faint over the bathroom towel heating drawer. She was so jealous I actually kind of felt sorry for her. -
The last few seasons while he's on camera he talks the entire challenge. It would drive me nuts if I was trying my hardest to concentrate. This year he's even worse. It's like they got rid of the show's terrific themesong and added Peachy's neverending spew of talk. Just neverending. Gah!

S11.E24: Reunion (Part 4)
stcroix replied to jewel21's topic in The Real Housewives Of Beverly Hills
I've thought about this several times during this season. I watched Paris' documentary on Netflix or Amazon and realized how awful of parents the Hiltons were-- just awful. You have to see the show to believe it. I never thought much of Paris before watching it but now it seems the parents are much of the problem. It's made me wonder if Kathy came on BH to redeem herself in America's eyes? She seems so sweet, dottery, harmless and 'normal'. How could everything Paris said about how her family treated her possibly be true? 🙄 I've wondered several times if that's one of the reasons Kyle dies laughing at her antics-- she's in on the joke and watching Kathy act like Aunt Clara in Bewitched is hilarious to her.
