If what we were shown was TJ's best effort to be a "boyfriend," then his acting skills are questionable at best.

I like Candiace but I don't want to see her back on this show with Gizelle and Ashley (Or Robyn) on the cast unless serious concessions or paychecks were involved.

It might be best for her to be a friend.  That way she wouldn't have to interact with GEB o A all the time and Chris and the child wouldn't' have to film.

Me neither. I cut Gizelle a lot of slack because she is pretty good at taking what she dishes most of the time. She and Karen both go low but then move on like it's nothing. But what she did that season was very cruel. Ashley and her buddy were bad news too.

I bashed Candiace a lot while she was on but I have to admit the show was better when she was on. This past season was a dud. I do like Stacey and even K. Gizelle and Ashley are strictly shit stirrers and have nothing going on. I can’t believe they got cast on the dating show.

My idiot cousin was asked to be one of the suiters, he was really torn about doing it because he had met a women on line from Thailand and was considering moving to Thailand to be with her...he was also asked to be the Bachelor on the next Golden Bachelor, my first thought was the bar is very low to be cast on these shows.

Ashley might very well be dating that guy from the past season but it doesn't earn her a paycheck so she jumped at the chance to film again and earn her paycheck.  I sincerely doubt any of those guys will be around for the long haul.

I did not go to the sentencing, my son could not get away from work, I read on Reddit so many people went the court had to put extra chairs in the spectators box, the second the sentence was handed down it was on social media so part of me is glad we did not go.

Idiot cousin passed on both that dating show and the shot at being the next Golden Bachelor, he is now living it up in Thailand, golfing, touring, etc...with his girlfriend and yes, we all use air quotes when saying "girlfriend," you just never know, the ladyboys are very convincing lol.

My daughter's wedding was amazing! We kicked it all off with Friday night on the rooftop of the Kimpton with a traditional Persian henna party and belly dancer (groom's mother is Persian)  A fantastic ceremony on the roof of the Moxy Hotel, cruise ships sailing off in the background, perfect weather, the reception was in the restaurant on the first floor, the DJ kept the dance floor packed and there was the crazy hour with dancers with disco ball helmets and a guy playing saxophone with laser lights coming out of it. It was not without a little drama, all from one of the groom's sister but we ignored her. Most of all I have a wonderful son in law and my daughter is over the moon happy, you cannot ask for more than that!  Thank you so much for asking.

There is no reason for Karen to be released a lot earlier. She is not "special". It's normal for people who received a prison sentence of a year to be released a couple of months earlier for good behavior, for example, and I'm sure this is going to happen with Karen.

Just to be clear, Karen did not ~exactly ask to be released from jail early. She asked to be transferred to a work release facility that was more similar to a college dormatory; still incarcerated, but a nicer facility that offers rehabilitation. She was approved by the Corrections officials. It seemed only a formality for the judge to sign off on it, but the judge did not.

Given Karen's level of denial about the incident, I personally don't disagree with the judge's decision.

Karen and her team have been trying every trick in the book to get Karen to have lighter consequences throughout this whole process.  This trying to get into a nicer facility is just the latest instance of that and this judge is determined  Karen is going to stay her a$$ in that jail until at least November. Katie's mom put the farm up for sale; Katie is protesting the sale and vowing to sue any real estate agent involved with the sale. She showed texts from her mom informing her the farm is for sale and all of Katie's belongings will be places in storage or set to her in New Jersey.

I checked Loudoun County real estate records; Katie's mom Rynthia is the sole owner of record.  She and Katie bought the farm together in 2005 but in 2009 the mom became the sole owner and since she's the sole owner, she can do whatever she likes with the property. If Katie is spending all her time in New Jersey, perhaps the mom sees no reason to hang on to the property.  For all of the people who ragged on Candiace's mother buying her a house, Katie and her mom and their dynamic are far worse. Let this also be a lesson to Ashley; make sure your house is in YOUR name so nobody can boot you out of it.

Many of DC's suburbs are insanely profitable real estate markets. They are filled to the brim with homes and commercial space, there's no place to expand, so everyone renovates or tears down and puts up ugly megamansions.

Loudoun County is slightly different in that it retained farms longer than other suburban counties. The local government tried to slow urban sprawl. But huge developments have gone up as farms are sold, Amazon has a massive data farm there, and it's very profitable to sell undeveloped land. Rynthia's farm is probably losing money, given high real estate taxes. She may have no choice other than selling.

I'm sorry Katie is losing the property but in reality she lost the property in 2009; what she's losing now is the ability to use the property. I'm pretty sure she did not help her mom with maintenance of the property or paying the property taxes on the farm. Rynthia is probably fed up and realizing Katie will never have employment or income enough to hold on to that farm after Rynthia is no longer here so she's washing her hands of the property now.  Since the property was purchased in 2005, Rynthia should get a nice coin from the sale and she can use that for her own elder care or set up a trust for Katie's care (or Katie's kids).

I'm way out of the loop and haven't seen much of the past season, so coming here and finding Karen was in jail for 4th DUI was a surprise. But not a shock. Montgomery County judges are not lenient about multiple DUI convictions. If Karen was and still is refusing to take accountability for her actions, they're not going to cut her sentence short or move her to a "nicer" facility, even if she would get better access to rehab there. 

She made a huge mistake in not acknowledging that she is an alcoholic and going for treatment even before her court date. She's now paying for all the lies and refusal to understand the seriousness of her behavior. I hope jail will help her get herself sorted out but likely her ego won't allow it.

What's up with Katie? Does she have ongoing mental health issues? It seems like her mother had to become a sort of financial guardian to her.

There is something off about Katie to the point that even Bravo is scared to go near her, and we know they usually have no problem exploiting people who come on their shows.

Yes, Katie has ongoing mental health and substance abuse issues.  She is trying but it's hard and she often relapses.  She's allegedly been sober for the past few months and was living in a sober house in Western Maryland and working as a hostess.  But now it appears she's in New Jersey, probably to be near her kids.  She is very upset her mother is selling the farm as she sees the farm as the one constant thing that she has.

I actually liked Mia in the very beginning. She simultaneously owned her shit (I met him at strip joint) and was a fabulist (We're bicoastal!) When she was just kooky and funny, she was great. But then shit got weird and once the kids got pulled into it, there was really no turning back.

They've reportedly started filming for Season 10. Obviously Karen will not be back for Season 10 unless she gets out of jail within the next month. The judge must be besties with Charrisse or the 8th Housewife because he's determined to keep her locked up as long as possible.

Allegedly the only known returns are Gizelle, Ashley, Wendy and Keiarna.  We know Mia and Jassi are out.  I would assume Jacqueline is also out because there's no need for her without Mia.  That only leaves Stacey as a question mark for returning.  

I feel like Robyn & Charrisse will make appearances next season but as friends/guests only.
