HA! Sam is talking about using the Veto on Cliff, to make him more loyal, and leaving Kat on the block.

Yes, more paranoid Kat running around the house, please! And this is her after she calmed down some!

I need this to happen just because Jackson was trying to convince her that Sam would use it to taker her off.

Right? Especially with the potential reasons Sam said he could use: "because he's a dad, too." "Because the poor guy has been through so much already." "Because he deserves to be here."

Please go with the last one. Kat's head would explode.

Now Jack, Sam, and Nick are talking about the possibility of having a five person alliance with 2 of the girls.  They say Christie and Sis.  Which one is Sis?

Analyse.

They want to call it Level 6 Stage 5. So creative with the alliance name, guys.

FFS, they're gonna knock off Level 6?

In other news, it sounds like Kaycee came in to host the veto...and the veto was the ball comp that she won last year.

What worries me about that way of thinking is that the "attractive" people getting a pass makes the groping (in terms of unwanted or assault or however you want to define it but definitely Bad Touch) more normalized and lets the "pretty" people get away with it for longer. I get when you're attracted to someone, you might let a boob brush go - though we shouldn't - but I think everyone, regardless, should be held to the same standard.

But I'm getting crotchety in my mid-30s now and I'm not a cute girl in my early 20s so I think my opinion would probably be different if I were younger without the womens marches and life experience and hours and hours of watching Law and Order: SVU under my belt.

As to Analyse in the house? Eh, I'm putting her in the Mean Girl category.

Yes, this. I can sort of understand (in her mind) what she's saying, and maybe she's joking, but the whole concept is just icky, dangerous and wrong. I'm done with her and her vocal fry.

Side note, SVU Fin for the Win.

Sam won veto? OK. Is Kemi still the target? Hopefully Kat will paranoid herself right outta the house. It would be kind of a change for the stereotypically hot blonde to go this early.

This cast is showing a bit of an ugly side way early in the season. Usually they don't reveal themselves to be awful until AT LEAST feeds week 2. Sheesh, guys.

Kat will be "heartbroken" if she finds out that Jackson called her a "clinger" in the DR. Okay, guys, she can't go. Remember how sad we were when we lost Winston's insanely paranoid ass?

Kat = Winston
Holly = Brett
Jackson = just wants to stick it in again but without his bunny being boiled

I really want Sam to save Cliff. Because I like Cliff. And Kat vs. Kemi (if she’s the backdoor)? I am here for that.

But I do kind of hate all these people right now. Not too late for several to turn me around, though, I just need a few to really root for.

The Ovi Sucks train continues chugging on down the tracks. Jack and Sam were just talking about how he's been wearing the same shirt since Day 3 and he's starting to smell. They quickly changed the topic after that.

Analyse came into the bedroom and interrupted Kat's downward paranoia spiral. Oh, wait, nope, she's still going. Christie has entered the lion's den and Kat's off once more!

Kat: "I promise, I'm not conspiring against y'all."
Kat: "At this point, I'm conspiring against myself."
Kat: "I'm so out of the loop."
Kat: "Conspiring conspiring conspiring."
Kat: couldn't sleep at all last night "because she was alone with her thoughts".

She also has the Winston Stealth Whisper down pat.

Sam, Jack, Jackson, Nick, Holly, and Kemi are sitting in on another Ovi trash talk session. Kemi, so far, is just listening but the rest are throwing in about cookie dough and washing hands and how many cookies Ovi allots to each of them.

Kat: "If you win the Veto, I kinda feel like you have to do what the HoH says."

I take it back, maybe she doesn't have to stay...

Ovi's latest transgression: making cookies from scratch and using all the eggs, all the sugar, etc., when there's already pre-made cookie dough and they can't even get chicken. FTR Kemi was in the room for all the latest Ovi bashing so this could be potentially interesting if they throw her on the block. I mean, it won't flip the house or anything but it could be fun.

#CookieGate. It's like Wine Gate but with more chocolate chips and all of Jack's eggs.

Not just THE eggs. They were Jack's eggs. I'm unsure whether he used every egg in the house or if he just used what Jack had laid claim to.

The words “manifest” and “manifestation” need to be banned from BB after hearing Kaitlyn constantly use them last season.  But Christie seems to believe in it and more than once today I’ve heard several of them throwing those terms out there.

Jackson and Bella are snuggling (with Kat and Nicole present) and Jackson said that Bella is him in a female body.  Bella said that she has no romantic feelings towards him whatsoever but that she loves him a lot but it’s platonic love.  Then Jackson said something about how they’re roommates now and they’ll be roommates after the show.  Then there was talk about how much they have in common even with their upbringing.

It sounds like they bonded last week. I am actually really digging the Jackson/Bella friendship right now. Jackson seems to have no interest in Kat besides maybe sexually, and he seems way more into Bella. It's such a different pairing to see on the feeds. It's....really nice. Plus, they're both QUIET.

Kaycee apparently told the HGs that the house smelled. It's week 2, guys. I mean, I know that the stench of Uncle Austin's unwashed bare feet probably permeated the sub-flooring in BB17 and that shit ain't ever comin' out but it's WEEK 2 and the guests are already telling them that it reeks.

Well considering all the expired food they put in the storage room and the fact that they still keep the laundry machine outdoors and there's days-long lockdowns I'm not surprised that the house smells.

Yeah but we usually don't hear that until, like, the halfway point of the game when we have to spend a whole hour episode on former HGs getting engaged. IT'S WEEK 2 AND THEY'RE ALREADY FUNKY.

Christie. Never. Shuts. Up. If she's in a room, she's talking. If she's in a group, she's talking. If you see her on the cameras and she isn't talking, give it about thirty seconds, she'll start talking.

As much as I like seeing everyone sitting around the dining room table, can someone PLEASE go in another room so I can get a Christie free feed?

Here's the thing; after finding out that the doorbell STILL doesn't work after it broke on CBB2, I think that the house will forever have a perpetual stink because the show refuses to bargain for a bigger budget to completely replace the house. It really does look like they leave the house as is until they need to use it again. So, honestly, I think part of the stink is just from the house over the years.

But I haven't seen the seasonal cleaner. Last season, it was Sam and Brett. I have no idea who's going to keep the house clean this season.

Would you rather a Nick feed then? Or a Sam feed? Because it's either one of those three since they're SO DAMN LOUD AND NEVER SHUT UP.

Kemi has been sitting at the table with the rest of them but has hardly said anything all night and looks completely bored every time they show her.  If she is backdoored I’m really curious to see if she’ll show any signs of life or if it will be more of the same.

One of the things that was weird about BB17 was that we had dueling clean freaks: Becky vs. the twins. The twins actually got mad when they felt that Becky was cleaning too much because they thought she was cleaning to show off and they wanted to clean. As a result though that house was spotless. I remember Becky, Julia, and Liz actually used to spend hours and hours cleaning including on eviction day. Sometimes I felt like Liz spent the summer between making out with Austin in that grossmance and cleaning. It was make out with Austin, clean, make out with Austin, clean.

ETA: I also appreciated Victor's BB19 cleanliness. Whenever he was evicted the house was a sty and whenever he came back it was clean.

I prefer Paranoid Kat, left alone with her thoughts to work herself into a lather of suspicion before she pounces on whoever walks into her bedroom office so she can talk about how they might want her out, okay she knows they don't want her out but what if they dooooo? But she's totes not conspiring against you guys, she's only conspiring against herself.

Jackson and Christie are up in HOH.  Jackson says they have to keep Ovi until at least week 3 because they have to get Jessica out next week.  Now they’re talking about how scary Sam is from a competition standpoint.  Christie says that Kat’s not going anywhere.  Jackson says he screwed up with Kat and I’m pretty sure he’s talking about his sexcapade with her.  He says it’s irrelevant.  He says he’s staying close to her because he would never want to make a girl feel like she’s being used.  Now he’s talking about how he had casual sex on more than one occasion with one of his best friends but that there would never be more than friendship with that same girl.  He says it’s that way with Kat.

Ok I feel bad for Kat. She banged Jackson in the first week, and now he's jonesing for Analyse, AND she's on the block and sort of being shunned. I could see why she's paranoid. It's just a lot to deal with in one week. It doesn't sound like their sexcapade was that satisfying for either of them either.

More than once. He's had arguments with Holly, Jess and Jack when they wanted the eggs and he told them to use the egg whites. I think Jack must have agreed once but Holly refused and bitched about it to the others and they discussed it when the feeds turned on. Then, he wanted to make cookies that night, too, and started another argument about him not using all the eggs.

They started laying claim to the eggs because Ovi kept using them all; at least that was one of their bitches last night and how they discussed trying to cooperate with him.

Also (I was just reminded of this when Ovi went into the HoH bedroom to use the bathroom), another one of the house complaints about Ovi is that he shits a lot. I don't remember many more details than that, I'm not sure I want any more details than that, but there you go. He shits a lot and they don't like it.

Ovi seems to think he’s in a 5 person alliance with Jackson, Christie, and I’m not sure who else.  Christie and Jackson were talking about it before Ovi came in and then the 3 of them referenced it.  Clearly it’s a bullshit alliance to make Ovi feel like he’s part of the fold.

Now Jessica and Nicole are talking about how bad it’s going to look if David and Kemi are the first 2 out.  Nicole wants to know why Sam would use the veto on Kat.  Nicole says it will not be a good look for Christie if she puts Kemi up.  Nicole says that she understands that Kemi has said and done some things that have rubbed people the wrong way but that just because she’s quiet at the dinner table doesn’t mean she’s plotting.

To be fair to Ovi, he has some sort of gastrointestinal issue, so he can't help it.

LOL, Jackson doesn't even want Ovi out next. Nick doesn't seem to either. I think Jackson doesn't even mind Ovi that much. He wants Jessica out more (which is fair; Jessica's a bit of a dangerous player).

Ovi is probably going to be disappointed because he would like to think that if Sam uses the veto that it would be because it was something the whole house wanted.  He was talking to Jess and Nicole at the time.  Jess said she would be surprised if Christie blindsided someone because she feels like Christie made her initial noms for a reason.
