What is reset?

A couple of times in the past (or maybe only once? I don't know for sure), they've had a "reset week," where essentially the week is completely nullified as if it didn't happen. The person evicted stays in the house and everyone just competes for HoH again.

It's a bullshit thing that was last used to save one of Grodner's favorites in BB14 (Frank), but since this season is a week long at the moment (there is more time than there is evictions left), it is a possibility that we get another reset week.

Too many people are good with Tommy. Too many people are up Tommy's butt. Everyone likes Tommy.

I don't know if Jackson would put Tommy up.

Those are exactly the reasons Jackson would NEED to nom Tommy alongside Christie.  Don’t want Tommy lobbying his extensive support network to save Christie?  Best way to neutralize THAT possibility is to have Tommy more concerned with saving himself.

Again, logical and I agree, but.....these houseguests have blinders on. Jackson may want to work with Tommy and avoid pissing him off so he doesn't nominate him.

Reset. Basically, eviction on Thursday becomes null and void, and they redo the HOH competition and, thus, resetting the entire week. It could end up the same HOH, or it could end up a different one.

Thanks for explaining, but do you think they’d do that after they know America’s Field trip was screwed up?

Didn't JUDY-CHOPping the Reset button save Frankie in BB16?

Oh shit, you're totally right. It's hilarious how something as simple as calling it a "rewind button" instead of a "reset button" caused me to forget it!

I like Nicole (to a point) but she's too tenderhearted for this game.

Waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay too tenderhearted.

If I were Jackson...?  Frankly, I’d be more focused on getting Tommy out than Christie.  Tommy has MUCH more of an in-House support network than Christie; Tommy’s eviction would be a much more significant note on a game resume.

Kat wasn't very nice on the way out. Didn't hug her.

How stupid. (Nicole, not you Cutty!)  I mean I have no problem with how Kat left.  She hugged the one person that voted to keep her, and said goodbye to everyone else.  I probably would have done the same, but people probably think I'm mean too.

It sounds like Nicole's crying about a confrontation in the storage room and how Nicole wished she had been more confrontational. It's unclear who it was, but my best guess is Nick.

I really do like Nicole, but yeah, when it's your fifth time bawling about how you should have stood up for yourself better, I start to lose a bit of sympathy.

I sympathize with her because she's basically me.

But it's also why I look at applying for Big Brother Canada every year and go "Nah, I'd be shit at it."
