Keywestclubkid February 6, 2019 Share February 6, 2019 Thank you writers for not dragging out the Tripp Taylor thing 9 Link to comment
OpalNightstream February 6, 2019 Share February 6, 2019 Taylor only has one volume when speaking and that is LOUD! 2 Link to comment
readster February 6, 2019 Share February 6, 2019 That was actually a satisfying conclusion. Also, pointing out he just wanted Taylor for sex. 10 Link to comment
AnnaRose February 6, 2019 Author Share February 6, 2019 I loved Tripp and Taylor's resolution, and that the whole family put aside their arguments and helped. 10 Link to comment
SHD February 6, 2019 Share February 6, 2019 Taylor had a great voice - no way would she have only been in the chorus or an understudy in that play. Very odd that both this show and Brooklyn 99 had B-plots about a radio station "name the noise" call-in contest. And they were both sounds that were like crinkling paper. Weird coincidence. 13 Link to comment

Kip Hackman February 6, 2019 Share February 6, 2019 I wonder if they knew that this episode was gonna be the first one to lead off Tuesdays at 8:00, possibly drawing new viewers. Because those first few minutes sure felt like a pilot. 3 Link to comment
mcgkgm February 6, 2019 Share February 6, 2019 I did laugh during the argument about petty annoyances, because so many of them were so familiar. I get onto my husband all the time for not screwing caps on all the way (or fully sealing ziplocks, or pushing the tab thingie in on boxes... basically nothing in our house is ever closed properly), and I am totally guilty of putting trash in the car door compartment. 9 Link to comment

I could relate too. I really liked that part of the episode. 4 Link to comment
CrazyDog February 7, 2019 Share February 7, 2019 I love the episodes where Greg goes toe to toe with Katie. He's a nice guy (so nice!) but he's not a pushover, and they do balance each other well. Loved him setting the alarm earlier on her. How could she take away his absolute joy at doing their taxes? lol I'm so happy Tripp is back. Guess his odd friendship with Anna-Kat came in handy! 8 Link to comment

Table for 3, happens with my wife and I all the time. My thing is, I DO seal everything, she is the one or forgets or complains about me leaving things, but then throws all the trash on our car floors and our son is just as guilty and then goes: "But you do it!" 1 Link to comment
jackjill89 February 10, 2019 Share February 10, 2019 I don't like how they've made Taylor so flaky. She wasn't like that in the beginning. One dim person... like Tripp... is enough. I do like them together though. He's dim but sweet. Taylor has a beautiful singing voice. 5 Link to comment

And it's the good old Tripp we know and love! Tripp: "What a coincidence that Anna-Kat invited me to the play tonight. And I just happened to be sitting in that seat when the spotlight came on!" Greg (realizing that Trip will never get it): "I've missed you, Trip." Now, to go in a completely different direction. I know Pierce played a bad guy here, and we wanted him and Taylor to break up. But if you watch a few minutes of Disney's ZOMBIES you will enjoy watching those two actors working very well together. And Milo Manheim (Pierce) is very likeable in that role. 7 Link to comment
Cowgirl March 1, 2019 Share March 1, 2019 I think this was my favorite episode all season. But, I'm with @CrazyDog -- how could Katie rip away something Greg loved so much, and cause an added expense for the family?! 2 Link to comment
