Every time they cut back to the new precinct, I just think how easy any of the villains could shoot up the place. What an awful choice for a new precinct, even if it is pretty and bright.

All of those convictions and interrogations should have been under scrutiny since Oliver revealed Laurel was Black Canary at her funeral. This should not be a new issue.
