I really hope JJ is there when Jack and Jennifer come back. Especially with MR’s Jennifer. The last time he was with them if I’m not mistaken was Abigail’s funeral and there wasn’t really a lot of time spent with J&J and their remaining child.  If I recall Jack was being a jerk and got upset with JJ for daring not to care about the nasty retcon Gwen. So hopefully there’s some scenes with the three of them.

Some highlights:

-Seems that Sarah does indeed regain her mobility (as if there was any doubt).  But now it's her turn to be lying to Xander about something big.
-Xander and Philip seem to make up.
-Seems like Shawn and Belle, while coming back, are over for the time being, and Belle reunites with E.J.  Or at least sleeps with him again.
-J.J. is reuniting, however temporarily, with Gabi.
-Sheesh.  Considering their awareness as to how much Clyde has hurt not only their family, but many other families in Salem, you'd think that Jack and Jennifer would show, at the very least, a modicum of understanding to Cat.
-Doug's death will finally be addressed.
-Looks like John's death is going to be addressed, as well.
-Marie!  She's coming back, too!
-Hope will be back, as will Ciara!
-Rafe and Jada will get engaged.
-Oh, boy.  I thought that Johnny already knew how he was conceived by now.  Damn.  He's going to find out that E.J. raped Sami!
-A shooting mystery?  Who's E.J.'s mystery assailant?

It’s a lot to process now I am thinking this was the shocking story Alison was referring to. I am not opposed to them telling this story. I just don’t trust Ron of all people to write it effectively. Also is Allie going to be around for this? If not that takes a lot out of it considering she’s his twin

It really doesn't affect Allie (re: parentage) since her father is Lucas.

It feels like they're trying to replay the Lucky storyline of GH where Lucky discovers how the Luke n Laura storyline began, but man. I wonder if this means that someone close to Johnny gets raped so he learns about it. (Why they didn't do this during the Charlie storyline I don't know.) Also, it looks like Peyton Meyer is showing up? He can compare his former Disney Boy notes with Tate. Lol I am rewatching it and it definitely looks like Peyton Meyer is in the graveyard with Julie, but I could be wrong as nothing seems to be announced on his side.

True, but it should have an effect on both twins, since it will be found out that one was conceived in love, while the other was conceived in the most gruesome, despicable act that a man could commit against a woman.  They've probably both thought that they were both conceived in love until now.

I'm actually most excited to see Carrie and Belle's relationship. I don't think those two have interacted on-screen since Kirstin Storm's Belle. I've always been interested to see what their relationship would be and if they would consider each other honorary sisters—the same goes for Carrie and Brady.

I'm also interested to see Carrie and Will. Has Carrie ever interacted with adult Will? I'm assuming on Beyond Salem, but I only remember my excitement with seeing Carrie and John, so I don't remember if Carrie and Will interacted.

I'm also excited for Hope and Jennifer—my two favorite Hortons. I can't wait to see Jennifer confront Fabby/Cat. I'm also happy Ciara will be back.

I'm indifferent to the EJ/Johnny storyline. I don't like recast EJ, and I think the Johnny actor doesn't have the acting ability to make this storyline worthwhile. I, too, wish Allie was around and Sydney.

I'm curious who the new actor is with Julie. Since they seem to be at Doug's gravesite, could this be a long-lost grandchild of Doug or Julie? Long-lost Horton?

Maybe not directly but she was in the womb with Johnny and at one point they thought Johnny was Lucas’s. 
 

What made the Lucky/Luke story effective on GH was other characters who were around being able to react to it when he did.

On screen they didn’t interact Carrie/Will but it seemed that Austin/Carrie had Sami’s kids when she was trying to find EJ

I wish Sydney were around for this reason. Sydney was conceived in love, and I think after Sami forgave EJ for the rape. It could be narratively interesting to see their different reactions to their parents and to each other. I could see Johnny being jealous of Sydney and/or Sydney being angry at Johnny for tarnishing - in her mind - their parents' love.

Allie could also add to the story as there is so much the show refused to explain to us regarding their time growing up with Sami and a mostly comatose EJ in Europe. Allie seemed to have a lot of rage at EJ, and I think the former Allie actress would be able to deliver more to the storyline.

If Johnny and Belle had any relationship at all, it would be interesting how it would impact their dynamic. However, I can't remember much of a dynamic between the two.

I can't remember if the two had scenes together; however, I do remember Kirsten's Belle discussing whatever feud Carrie and Sami were having at the time. Belle was firmly team Sami. This was at the outdoor mall - Salem Place I think the name was - that was a prominent set during that time. I assumed the two had scenes I just didn't remember.

I looked at the Wiki for their appearances. Christie left in 1999 and Kirsten was introduced in 1999. Kirsten left in 2004, and Christie returned in 2005. It seems like a pretty small window for the two to share scenes. However, I do strongly remember that scene of Belle defending Sami to whomever she was talking to regarding Carrie.

Johnny and Belle have interacted but it was more of a passing thing. This show dropped the ball on a lot of relationships. I think this is also anothe reason why I can't get into this on GH you saw Lucky idolize Luke but on Days Johnny never idolized EJ in fact he seemed disappointed in him most of the time to begin with. So him being shattered by what EJ did to Sami doesn't really ring true to me in comparison. 

This has parallels to Mike/Jennifer although neither of them had a great relationship with their father for different reasons. Mike for being lied to for most of his life and Jennifer well Bill wasn't around after Laura went to the looney bin and she was sent to boarding school. They were both closer to Mickey/Maggie. Mike was the product of Bill raping Laura and Jennifer was the child that was conceived in love.

I do hope if this does happen I get a Johnny/JJ scene out of this if there's anyone that can relate to this situation it's him.

Someone with better searching skills than me may be able to find it, but their scene involved some sort of pool party or something that Belle, Carrie, Austin, Sami, baby Will, etc. were all  attending.  Carrie arrived and saw Austin interacting with Sami and Will and Belle came up and was typical teen snotty with her about Sami.  I distinctly remember Belle referring to Carrie as “sis” but I don’t think she was being very sincere, instead just acknowledging that John and Marlena always, rightfully so, viewed Carrie as their daughter in every way.

I'm pretty sure it's Peyton Meyer, a child star best known for playing Lucas in Girl Meets World. He usually plays the preppie jock type so this would be kind of a departure for them going by the edgier look they put him in, if I'm right that it's him. Could he be the Austin/Carrie son?

I notice these previews omit Body and Soul almost completely. Does this mean our suffering is almost over...or are they aware we hate it and are just pretending like it isn't still happening for the next few months?

I really like Johnny finding out about the rape. Even Holly would agree that's a bigger secret than the Eric thing.

How will they show Sami admitting to her son that she adored EJ even after what he did to her? The show really skipped over explaining that.

Bonnie taking a tumble down the elevator shaft is probably "Body and Soul" related, or at least related to the curse which Hattie hurled onto the production.

The mystery man with Julie could be JT Reiber, although I am pulling for it to be Doug's grandson via "Little Dougie LeClair".  Doug fathered "little Dougie" but let his BFF Robert LeClair raise him in France.

I like that Ciara opened the metal box. Actually am glad it hasn't been forgotten.  After all, her mother Hope is the one who opened Tom Horton's mystery puzzle box.  Like Mother, Like Daughter.

I just hope the contents lead to some interesting stories/mysteries.

Although many think Brady should have cut all ties with Kristen a long, long time ago, he winds up presenting her with an ultimatum. How will this impact their path forward?

Philip is determined to run Titan, but Xander is counting on Kate convincing him to back the heck off! Meanwhile, Philip is clearly stirring up trouble with his rival by sharing a bit of troubling “news” with Sarah.

We’ll find out just how generous EJ is feeling when Chad comes to him for a favor.

There is a point in many people's cancer journeys where it becomes evident weeks or months before they finally pass away. Not every cancer patient will recognize it, but for those who do then they have the ability to start to plan. Slightly off topic, but I know that date for my dad and will always remember it because it was my 31st birthday.

Glad they left the door open for John to return, that surely helped Drake's morale during his battle a bit...I just hope it isnt a half-death or hokey in some way because of it. And now I'm annoyed at the thought of "I came back from heaven" Bo Brady being there. Invalidating death was such a boneheaded move, creatively.

This is Days they could've brought him back had Drake beat it I think that was the plan but just in case.. 

I think they learned after Bill and John's deaths to have a back up plan not to mention a lot of their cast is up there in age so they have to prepare for this sort of thing.
