Finally watched the first episode of this new season. I know this show is very scripted, but this first episode felt even more scripted than usual. I'm here for it regardless.  I loved watching Chloe and her new boyfriend spout self-help quotes back and forth at each other. It was hilarious!

Yep. He's chock full of crystally manifestations. Also, they're married now.

Why do they keep continually showing me Sam's happy trail of peach fuzz? He's so dull and his jewelry looks so stupid. His required sounding board (is it Mike?) is like a paid sycophant. Julliette is far from perfect but I'm glad she left him, Hope she'll stay single for a minute.

They'd have to get the casting approval from MTV first.

Sam and Juliette's scenes were weird.  They're suppose to have been in love and lived together.

Seemed like strangers and Sam was given the direction to pout and Juliette is like "I think I might want to move.  Oh I already leased an apartment.  Want to come to LA with me now?"

So no Maddison or Garrett so far this season.  Not that they were so charismatic.

Now you have Cara and Kelsey with their boring guys.

This show needs Alex and Pauly Paul back.

What a mess, they draw out this Sam and Juliette drama out.

I understand why most of the cast is on this show, good looking young women who have no other means of making money.

But Sam is suppose to be this rich scion so why is he on this show rolling his eyes repeatedly and playing this desperate guy?

Juliette is attractive but does she really stand out versus other pretty young things who throw themselves at rich men?

Must be all scripted right!

He might be a dick, but he's right about Juliette. She's more concerned about people thinking she didn't learn her lesson from her last relationship about going back to her shit boyfriends. And that she's a hypocrite.

So what if she doesn't want to world to know she & Sam reconnected after their split? Most couples backslide during a breakup.  Why does any of it concern Mike?

His accusing Juliette of using Sam was the epitome of hypocrisy, Mike wants Sam single so that he will be out trolling for chicks and Mike can post all the exploits on social media to gain followers. So who is the user?

Speaking of Sam, dull is an understatement.  The less I see of him, his tiny t-shirts & necklaces, the better.

Jordana's hair looks ridiculous.

Finally, Chloe needs to shut up and stay in her lane. I was embarrassed watching her again.

I plan to catch up soon but MTV has announced they have renewed the show for another season and their blurb has me confused:

These relationships aren't believable.

They cast beautiful women, who look great in bikinis, though they don't use the bikini ass and torso shots as much as they used to in season 1 and 2.

Lexi is suppose to be Juliette's friend but her "friend" just started filming this season or last season?  They hardly seem to know each other.

With them becoming supposedly more involved with their careers, they have less reason to dress like girls trying to attract attention.  So less reason for them to be in bikinis or dressing like teens with clothing which emphasize body parts.

Nah, they're never going to stop doing that.

But at least in the early seasons, there was so much snark-worthy content.  Now it's not even worth bothering.

I guess that's why they had Juliette's mentor talking to her about moving to a "bigger market" and also why they keep pushing Sam's new hookup (who's name I can't remember). Is that also where Sam is supposed to be "moving" to? I don't know why they just won't get a new cast if they want to film in Miami, instead of moving these boring ass people. That being said, I can't wait to see Juliette get chewed up and spit out by some for real Miami girls, cause they won't put up with the shit she's been throwing down on whats-her-face.

Just watched the finale. WOW. Really feel for Madisson. Can't imagine what that's like, particularly when their wedding photos are while she is pregnant. Damn.

It's really surprising.  They must have filmed a coda like weeks or months afterwards?

But really I wouldn't put it past these producers to have faked the pregnancy all this time either.

Madisson was barely in this season.  They're cycling the cast around, like Kelsey seems about to leave and she newer girls have been introduced in the last season or two.

Maybe MTV wouldn't have been interested in filming a lot of baby scenes.  They already do that for Brandon, which meant he didn't have the usual (fake) relationship drama.

Anyone else see this mess of a premiere?

Juliette and her business partner's interactions with the PR company were so cringe worthy. They hadn't done anything to set themselves up for success. And I'm wondering what advice her "mentor" gave her with regards to the event. Not a good luck at all.

And Juliette was also protesting too much about how happy she is to not be with Sam anymore. Except for the fact that she now has to pay all her own bills and she couldn't get Sam to actually invest in her business like he did with Jordana.

Speaking of, why is Sam buying her a BBL and why is she accepting it. I get that dropping $25k on a friend is like on of us poor folk offering to pay for a nice dinner to treat our friend, but holy shit. I think voluntary cosmetic surgery is where the line should be drawn. 

And oh look, Chloe is starting up another feud with someone else. What happened to zen, centered, "I'm a changed person" Chloe??? Oh right, that was just to build her social media subscription business. 

It's very interesting how some folks as explicitely discussion being on the show and the impacts of that (like with Clark not wanting to film - how dare he date Juliette then!) vs the new girl avoiding the fact that she's on the show getting exposure when her dad asked why she wants to work with Brandon. It was super weird.

It's Jordana. The Siesta people call her Jordan because adding on the last syllable is just too difficult...

If I hear "our best friend's ex-boyfriend's t-shirt" one more time I'm going to bang my head into the wall. Shut up Chloe! She's so damn judgmental. And she can say whatever she wants, but no one can ever say anything to her. She's beyond toxic.

And Juliette constantly talking about other women breaking "girl code"....Chile please! It's as if she thinks the audience forgot about her behavior in the earlier seasons. Every time she mentions girl code I immediately think back to that Nashville trip where she intentionally slept with Alex so that she could throw it in his girlfriend's face the next time they were all together. But other girls hanging out with her EX-boyfriend is a problem.

This says she was 25 in 2017, so she’s going to be 31 this year? I thought she was 25-26.

This show, man. Whether or not Jordan(a) resents the random women who show up to the house or if she has repressed feelings for Sam is irrelevant; she is well with her rights to be mad at him for allowing those random women to wear her clothes! In fact, that is one of THE MOST VALID reasons I have ever heard for someone on a reality show to be mad at someone else.

So many questions/thoughts about these people. 

Sam....What is this guys deal?  He can't string 2 sentences together when speaking.  He can't look at people when he speaks.  Besides having a big bank account, what's the attraction to him about? What's up with the white tshirts? What's up with the ridiculous kindergartner beaded chokers and bracelets?  Like someone else said why is he even on this show - the guy is rich!

Mike - this guy is an asshat.  He is another one that can hardly speak without sounding like an idiot and quite frankly a pot stirer. 

Jordana - stage 1 clinger.  It must be nice to have a rich friend buy you a new butt. 

Chloe - just plain annoying, always in everyones business.  What happen to being a changed person and all the zen feelings?

Juliette - pathetic.  Girl get your life in order and concentrate on your swimsuit line - that seems like it has potential to be a good thing. Who cares if the boyfriend doesn't want to film. I wouldn't want to look like an idiot either with all these petty fights going on.
