I really thought they were going to kill the little girl.  That would have earned the warning about violent content before the episode.  So far nothing on the show has.

Her dealer. She didn't pay for her last fix.  Honestly, would a drug dealer kill their customer over ONE as of yet unpaid transaction when he'd want to keep her as a repeat customer?  It's bad when I'm thinking they are writing drug dealers out of character.
