Now for me, Abigail is pretty in a girl-next-door kind of way, but Ashton Torres is my definition of gorgeous. I also love Katy Marie, Jordan Chanley, and back in the day, Bonnie-Jill Laflin was gorgeous. Guess I like different girls for different reasons. Of the current crop, I think Kinzie, Erica, Jenna, Mary, Simone, and Kashara are the prettiest (though I'm sure I'm forgetting someone). I can see people putting Jenna more in the cute category but I think she has a beautiful face. I also think Danielle, Jacie, and Megan have a real womanly appeal and presence that pulls your attention to them. I haven't always thought that about Danielle, but I did after seeing an actual game. Some of my favorites lookswise retired this past year...Emma, Katy and Jessica Allison (she was sooo underrated...going through her social media I could not find a bad picture of her!!). Mackenzie Lee was also stunning and currently I think Holly Arielle is the most gorgeous. She is another who never ever looks bad. But agreed on Abigail Klein...just gorgeous. The day that she stops doing all of those things will be the day that she will be a fraction as pretty as Abigail to me. I'd really like it to be Holly Arielle because I feel like she's such a humble leader and just total DCC package...plus I have a feeling she will retire this year (maybe not, I know she's only like 25 but she'd be the last from her class and five years is really respectable). My gut though is that it will be Jacie. She got a lot of popularity this year thru that beautiful women contest thing. Wouldn't be mad if it's her, love her too! NFLSweethearts October 6, 2015 Share October 6, 2015 This is an incredibly DUMB question and shows how little I know of the NFL...is it possible to go to pro bowl every year? I felt my IQ drop just asking that lol It's not impossible but hasn't happened, there's been a few girls on other teams who have gone multiple times but never in consecutive years. And Former DCC Jackie Bob went different years from different teams. But if they got nominated by the team or the director of the squad selects them (as different squads do it differently on choosing pro-bowl girl) then yes it can happen that a girl could go every year that they were on the squad. Just very unlikely something like that would happen. And as to which DCC will go pro-bowl this year I hope it will be Jacie. 1 Link to comment

All veterans (two and more years on the team) have a chance to be picked for Pro Bowl. The girls get to pick who they would like to go. I am sure Kelli, Judy and even Charlotte approved who is chosen before the announcement is made. I am thinking Holly, Jacie, or Jennifer have a shot at it. I would love to see Kinzie or Danielle get it, but I do not know if one of them will be chosen. Link to comment

TobyBelle October 7, 2015 Share October 7, 2015 Regarding Angela--I don't know anything about dancing so I don't know if this holds any water, especially because she has been a vet for awhile--Kitty blasted her during her rookie try out about her solo looking as if she was dancing unprepared or her routine looked thrown together last minute. When the judges were deliberating, they also were not impressed with her solo, but Jay stepped in and said something about her probably being better with choreographed dancing. I wonder if this played a factor in SG auditions. Maybe she would do well in SG, but she is bad with auditioning. 1 Link to comment

Group leader is definitely a plus, and Angela gets to be an assistant choreographer. But her wanting to be in SG doesn't mean she doesn't appreciate what she already has. I'm sure she's very appreciative for being a group leader. But Angela specifically wanted to be in SG, wanted the experience of going overseas with the SG gals, performing for the troops etc. I don't blame her at all for wanting to travel abroad with her team mates, for wanting to do all the extra performances the SG does through the year. Her dance skills aren't the best (to me) but she does have amazing power and projection. I only really feel bad that she didn't get the opportunity b/c of her tenure, not because of her dance skills. Show group really just performs random routines nowadays, so I'm not sure why it's such a huge deal for the girls to be "extra technical." Link to comment

For the record, I don't think turning down appearances (which is what they said on the show) is the same thing as cancelling on opportunities (which is what was written upthread.) To me, turning something down means she was asked if she was available and said no. Cancelling would be if she agreed to go and then backed out. There's a huge difference there. I just want to nip that in the bud before "Angela bails out on appearances" turns into one of the many "truths" that are born on this board based on speculation. As Kelli would say, it made a muffin out of nothin. Kaedee October 8, 2015 Share October 8, 2015 (edited) I agree with sleepyjean. If Angela was cancelling appearances willy-nilly, then she wouldn't still be a DCC. We know from watching MTT and from Angela's audition, that Angela isn't a terrific choreographer in her own right ... THEN. She has to have learned a lot in the years she's been a DCC. Mia wasn't any great shakes in her audition year either, as was noted by some of the judges. But Angela did do well with DCC choreography and Kelli said there were those who could dance well that couldn't choreograph well. Also, Kelli said she loved Angela's MC Hammer dance in S7 (I believe) and highlighted it as one of the best from the Vets. So we know Angela can put on the moves. Her lack of taking on spur-of-the-moment appearances could have been related to job constraints. With scheduled appearances she could make work arrangements - for unscheduled appearances she was asked to take on, that would be a different matter and depend on whether she could get off. I imagine if Angela made SG, she probably made arrangements to have the time off. Anyway, I'm sorry she didn't get the chance in what is most probably her final year with DCC. :( Edited October 8, 2015 by Kaedee Link to comment

If she wasn't available appearances, that would definitely affect her likelihood of getting picked for show group. After all show group does a lot of appearances.
