Did everyone get the same title as I did on my DVR: "God's Gift to Women on the Hot Seat?"

Delvon, who is such a prize that he has to sleep on the floor or in one bedroom with his "roommate" and a bunch of kids for a year because he can't afford to pay even half for a place with two bedrooms. Anyway, Delvon dumps his ex-roommate and gets himself a new squeeze. Old girlfriend (roommate, whatever) is jealous, and what woman wouldn't be, I ask you? Anyway, she charges  him in a parking lot '"like a loose rhino." Excuse me Delvon, you prince among men, but your new  ladylove (who couldn't wait to let you knock her up)with the dopey grin is definitely part of that rhino herd. He then made more gallant cracks about the size of his ex, stating he now has a woman of "regular size" and that he had to use two arms to reach around the ex to get his keys back "because of the distance." I have no trouble understanding why women might lose their heads over this fine specimen of a man.

What made the snarking girlfriends (both of whom spoke like silly Valley girls even though def. was a 32 year old woman) such exceptions that they - unlike all others thrown out for their inability to STFU and control themselves and their constant shout outs and "bickerments"- were allowed back in after getting the boot? I don't recall this ever happening before.

I don't either. I think the case was fake and they were both horrible actresses.

About the Caterpillar-eyebrowed chick's posture: at first she was leaning into the microphone (which we know is a no-no) and when corrected, she leaned into it with her neck instead of her whole body.

The case, fake as it was, was totally annoying. It should've ended with them getting kicked out and the announcer saying, "And in our next case..."

I will never understand how very tall women feel compelled to stoop to hide their height.  I would give ANYTHING to be taller!

Me, too!

So was the Delightful Delvon also the one who mentioned that he and she were NOT in an "intimate relationship" except that one time in his brother's truck?  Or is that another fine upstanding yutz?  I did appreciate that the woman in question, had the appropriate reaction of looking away and muttering, "Niiiiiiiiice."  Slime.   Of course, if it wasn't this guy, it isn't surprising I can't tell.  Substitute in any one of the babydaddies we see here.

The sofa burning/fire dancer case.  Wow. I too, was supremely disappointed that they were allowed back in. Great that JJ didn't even really need to tell Byrd - he knew what was a-comin'.

And I too, will always remember to never date a fire dancer.  Should I ever be in the market again.  (Does this include the guys from Hawaii?  'Cause we should maybe be allowed to keep THOSE dancers in.  Just sayin.')

I have a question - how big could a one bedroom apartment even be? I haven't rented in ages, but I get claustrophobic just thinking about two adults and three (or was it four) kids crammed together in one apartment, particularly if they're all sleeping in one room like something out of a tenement in the '50s.

Yes, one bedroom and two beds for five people. Cozy.

Delvon mentioned a step-child when he was talking about the school open house.  He was married before?

I could be wrong but I think he calls the new girlfriend's kid his step-child.

I believe he also said she had bigger hands than he did.  By my count, that was 4 or 5 times that he called her fat without actually using the word.

Hey, we're in November sweeps.  Both eps yesterday were new.

Whoa, what was up with that nutty defendant in the dog case? Only reason  I watched was I was reading and too lazy to get up and get the remote. Good grief, this defendant not only routinely let's her 4 dogs run loose, she seems proud of the fact she ignores the fines from Animal Control. When JJ tells her the City will end up putting a lien on her house, she responds, yes they are already threatening that. JJ tells her she abused the system when she tried to get a restraining order placed on plaintiff to force plaintiff to stop walking her leased dog in public, defendant laughs and says the restraining order was denied. In fact she's smirking and about to bust out laughing the whole case as JJ is trying to lecture her. The dog bite part was thrown out because JJ wasn't convinced with the evidence, but JJ awarded $1500 for the false restraining order.

He seemed a little special, but harmless and self-supporting, so good on him. The women in that case made me feel like a beauty queen, must save to rewatch when I'm having a bad hair day and don't want to leave the house.

Geez, poor Billy seems to be a lifelong victim of bullying from these defendants. As soon as I saw hubby defendant bust out laughing when Billy is telling JJ he didn't bring a copy of the protective order I was ready to throw the book at the three bullys. And what's with the one defendant, his cousin. Plaintiff spoke up for her and helped her get a job, and she can't help but interrupt and claim he was fired when he tells JJ he quit. I put bullies in the same category as any other abuser who delight in causing someone - or something in the case of animal abuse - distress for their own perverse amusement. I totally buy Billy's story that these two women made it so uncomfortable at his previous job that he quit and went to work at McDonalds, then continued to harrassment him since he still lived and worked in the neighborhood. Heck, just if I ignore the testimony and just watch these defendants I'd think they were guilty.

ADDED: oh, and I totally think Billy takes special care of his car, his pride and joy, that he says he worked hard to get, and don't buy for a minute he sprayed mustard on it and broke his own windows. I don't buy for a minute that he posted on Facebook that he damaged his own car... far more likely to me that, if those posts exist on that account he started to say he doesn't use, that the bullies manufactured that evidence like they manufactured whatever it was that JJ threw out that supported the claim they were in Chicago.

I know, right? Because the guy's telling his story, and these two piggy moo-cows are standing there smirking and snickering like they're just having the time of their lives. Clearly they haven't left middle school behind, because that's when shit like that is excusable.

This woman's sunburn is unnerving. Like, her neck and some of her chest is all red, but the tops of her boobs are pale. How the hell does that happen?

At first I thought the white part was a fabric insert, to make the dress more appropriate for court.  Did you notice her arms?  Good muscle there, walking those dogs must be good exercise.  I wanted to take a brush to her hair though.

Giggly defendant, laughing about the unpaid fines -- where does one even buy a blouse like the one she was wearing?

I'm glad JJ gave plaintiff some money for the false restraining order but agree that she didn't have good evidence for the dog bite.  It looked more like the dog had an abscessed tooth, and that doesn't happen in just a couple of days.  If there was a puncture, she should have been able to get a photo.

I felt bad for Billy, but wonder what his job was at the wireless company.

I actually felt sorry for a litigant today. Billy Dye seems to have some limitations and on top of that he had to deal with his brutish, vile Gargantua of a cousin and her equally vile, disgusting friends. Cute that the two big, vicious, beastly ladies were dressed so matchy-matchy. Must have been a sale somewhere. I hope they leave him alone. I can picture them in the parking lot. Delvon would call them "loose rhinos."

Ms. Morris needed a punch in the face. I wonder if she thinks she's cute, because she is SO not with that Wicked  Witch of the West profile. Plaintiff is just a ditz, with her pop-eyes,  inappropriate outfit and weird/histrionic affect, but def is a wise-ass. I can see why plaintiff is unemployed. I feel the same way JJ does: When my dog got attacked by another dog - even though there really was no blood - he went instantly to the vet, not two days later. With puncture wounds, the damage is all under the skin and that's probably why her dog got the abcess from infection due to the untreated wound. Her mommy could have just as easily paid for the visit on Saturday.

Someone needs to tell the walking blimp that "karma" may catch up with HER faster than she thinks.  I'm sure those two bitches couldn't resist telling people to tune in for their TV debut.  Wonder how many calls that Metro PCS store is going to get.  And I imagine the manager of the store had NO idea there was a protective order.

And I'll bet my next paycheck that they made up those Facebook posts and it wouldn't surprise me if they created a Facebook page for him.

The third defendant wasn't a bitch even though he behaved like one.

Thanks for reminding me of Mr McDonald and his delusional fiancee.  How in the world do you think it will be any different for you, dear?  He is a cheater, big time, and he will do it again/is doing it now.  Please, girls, don't get pregnant by a doofus like this!  Aren't birth control pills pretty much free these days?

Going to answer this in Small Talk.

Anyway, Delvon(?) was disgusting. Where do these guys learn that this behavior is acceptable? And why do these women put up with it? Is there a name for people who sleep around/enter 'relationships just for a roof to sleep under?

Hey! Hatchet-Face was actually nice!

I know! I almost felt bad for posting because I loves me some Hatchet Face (RIP Kim McGuire!), but that one gorgon's teeth (all three of them on the top row) reminded me of hers. Speaking of her teeth, it's amazing that she had like six of them in her whole face but YET! managed to have whitened all of them. I guess take care of what you got?

Poor Billy Dye. I hope things get better for him.

I wish I could help, GussieK, but I was so appalled, so horrifed at the thought of seeing those 3 charging at me that I lost track of where the $4,400 came in.  I was glad Billy had a witness there.

I think he would have won even without the witness. The fact that he had the 911 call that clearly shows the event as its happening suggests this wasn't something he did himself to harass those bozos or some lie he made up after the fact. The witness was gravy. Honestly Billy did everything right. JJ always tells people in confrontations to get away, call 911 and do what they say, stay in your car. From the 911 call it was clear he did nothing to provoke or aggravate the situation.

The only place JJ lost me was when she was questioning why Billy was driving to work a few blocks from his home. He was going to work at 6pm which means he'd be leaving in the dark. I'd opt to drive too even if I wasn't being harassed by those awful people. It would just feel safer.

Totally agree. Sure, if the weather was nice I might opt for walking a few blocks, but I wouldn't question someone else driving, especially if his shift at MickyDs starts at 6pm. Heck, I doubt I'd want to want to walk home after working a shift at a fast food joint. She also questioned his route. Hey, as long as he wasn't going out of his way to drive by the bullies when he knew they'd be hanging out in front of the store on break, I figure he should be able to drive anywhere he pleases. Course, maybe her questions were just meant to eliminate the possibility he was driving by to harrass the bullies, as harrassment was part of their counterclaim.

Course this may just be another example of JJ having lost contact with us poor commoners. I wonder if she can ever remember walking to work, in fact in my mind I question whether she doesn't have a chauffeured limo deliver and pick her up at the airport when she hops her private jet to bring her cross-country to her "job."

She also started to question him on why, if there were multiple McDonald's in his town, why would he work at the one closest to home.  WHA??  She needs an intervention as to how normal people live.  She has no clue.

I can address this.

I read an article about JJ and she does in fact, have a driver (at least when she's in CA filming her show).  Here's another tidbit...she's a big fan of egg McMuffins and has her driver stop at mcD's for one along with a coffee every morning (she apparently loves the coffee there).

I agree SRTouch with you that she has lost touch with most of the real world.  I suppose if you have baskets of money all problems can be resolved easily.  Moving from apartment to apartment.  Working at a job for "fun" - not because you have to pay rent, groceries or day care.

My wishes for Mr. Dye are that he meets the sweetest, kindest most mother-cubbish woman on the planet.  Sweet enough to see what an old soul he is - and tough enough to wipe the floor with the Three Pigs.

I mentioned awhile back that I was losing my tenant. Well, he moved out, and I've been debating whether to rent out that bedroom again (no not to someone off Craigslist ?). JJ and MM both had horrible tenant/roommate cases today.

What was with that college student tenant renting from those two. It took me about 10 seconds to decide I wouldn't want to share an apartment with those two. Actually, the two were like a comedy routine, everything he said she tried to correct. Well, to be fair, she tried to correct everything anyone said - co-defendant, plaintiff, JJ, heck she even argued with Byrd as he was trying to escort her out. Glad college girl named both of them in filings, so we got to see them both. That defendant girl was a trip from the start, having to be told repeatedly to uncross her arms and to stop interrupting. Then when she says she doesn't feel well JJ let's her sit down, she STILL wants to shout out, and poor Byrd has a hard time getting to to leave when JJ tells her goodbye.

If that tenant case wasn't bad enough, the second case is another one. This time landlord is refusing to live up to the settlement agreement, so tenant wants back double the security (as allowed in their jurisdiction when wrongfully withheld). I sort of got what the landlord was saying. When they  reached the settlement he didn't know tenant hadn't paid water bill. He has two problems today with his position . First, he can't just renege on the settlement agreement. Second, and it's a biggy, the written lease he prepared states what the tenant pays for, and water is not listed. I'm not sure he gets it, even after being told by JJ several times, any agreement he had with the tenant to amend the written contract HAS TO BE IN WRITING AND SIGNED. Tenant is happy in hallterview, but I think she had a shot at getting double security had she gone through small claims instead of coming on JJ - that is assuming she is right about the rules in her jurisdiction. Course JJ didn't give her double.

Other thing about both these cases, both had already been through mediation or had a settlement agreement, yet both ended in small claims.

Sorry!  Hit the quote button and don't know how to get rid of it.

Any bets on what "Yay, I got my money!" mother-of-the-year does with that $1600?  We talk a lot about the losers that these women end up with, but what about the idiot men?  He shacks up with her in exchange for wi-fi and food stamps.

JJ couldn't really expect a woman who just got out of prison to put $20K in a college fund.  SMH.

She made me so angry. Back child support to the tune of 20K. I know we see lots of women here who live on child support, especially when they have 2, 3 or 4 baby daddies, but it's for the kid right? It's not called Spending Spree for Mommy support, right? Weren't we expecting that jailbird mom put it in trust for her child's future? OH, wait. No, she didn't. I bet she never even thinks of HER future. She blew it on stuff she wanted NOW - TVs, new furniture,  etc. But I'm sure if she ever gets another 20K lump sum she'll do the right and sensible thing, and want her child to be educated so she won't end up in the slammer.  I can't write that with a straight face. I tried.
