darn it. I wanted an epic freak out.

oh PLEASE let him lose to Spencer lol. Please.

I think the epicness of Frank being awkward af and Brydawg's meltdown combined is enough to go for Tequan Richmond. Plus, with that Showtime pilot and movies- you know dude is ready to bolt. He literally follows no one on twitter from GH. He's managed to create a fanbase entirely outside of it. I think it's going to be amazing because soap twitter will unite with black twitter and it shall be the greatest day of burns and memes. Plus,TRi literally will have won it with one or two scenes as opposed to the months of show eating BC and NB had to do.

The latest Serial Drama post notes that no network will be airing the Daytime Grammys, but a streaming option might still be in the works. Yikes.

I didn't know the Grammys had a daytime telecast after their usual ceremony in February. ;)

I don't think streaming again is a bad idea, honestly. That meant clips were shown for the nominees again last time.

Someone saw some of the Jane Elliot interview with Michael Logan:

The whole article isn't out that I saw just a few snippets but she said as much as she loves Tony, Tracy is getting stories cause he is gone cause Tracy was an addict and Luke was her drug and she kept getting sucked in to his drama

also they say she basically admits to sleeping with Elvis when she was filming a movie with him.

Nurses' Ball will air May 24-26.

http://www.soapoperadigest.com/content/ghs-nurses-ball-dates-released

This sentence: "The Nurses' Ball brings awareness to AIDS research..."

Should have ended like this: "....but pls ignore that we had the HIV+ woman in captivity for the last three events."

Lynn Herring smartly decided it wasn't worth her while to come back to work for three days only to be reduced to a fool in her underwear.

I think, in that statement about why she wasn't appearing on the show, she said she was open to coming back for the Nurses' Ball.

Hopefully they'll drop in an explanation that Lucy and Kevin are away on a romantic cruise. #showinmyhead

I think the Nurses Ball has always been cheesy as fuck. Remember Luke and Lucky rapping? The countless old-timey tunes? But it's also always been kind-hearted and coming from a great place - it allows the show to advance story for a lot of people while also having a benefit event that's fun and silly. I think it should always be around.

I think some of the revived Balls numbers have been tackier or sleazier than need be (Obrecht) but I think a PG-rated striptease from the men is generally in the realm of what the Ball could do. My only objection is when I think the strip show was sometimes Ron and Frank's primary motivation. They can't get enough of Dong Cheetworth!

That. Was. Amazing.

I mean, it's agonizing to watch the performance but the actual event looks great. The room looks so full.

It feels like there's a thousand people in the cast right now and every event is embarrassingly sparse. Plus, the NB has just been about the strippers and Sabrina performing 14 acts for the past few years

You do realize, The Not Ned Quartermaine will sing? You know, Tracy's son with the bad hair. Sigh. And probably Blahblah will sing that anthem to Michael because I don't know.

You arent stoked to see what pop-rap sensation Rook Polster Wiggins does, brah?!?

REPENT REPENT REPENT REPENT :throws lamp:
