Seriously! i hope all the blondes left make it lol  Mandy, Maggie and Kelli are hopefully all shoo-ins since they made SG. I personally also like Sheridan and Tasha but I know I'm alone in my principles on Tasha at least LOL Which one is Brennan in that photo?

Honestly that is really impressive that they keep having such high ratings! Considering NO one else in my 'real life' (lol) even knows what the DCC are, I just always find it amazing that it has such a huge fanbase. But i'm really glad it does!!

I hope there are no mentor sessions with Melissa and the single mother with a six year old because, in my opinion, it would be too painful to watch. Morgan's story was bad enough.

Agreed.  And I think playing Tasha as the single mother angle is just weird since she is married and has been for awhile now, right??

YES - honestly I know she is DCC Royalty, but Whitney OTT's struggling single mom backstory annoyed me in 2005 and Morgan annoyed me 10 years later. You both live with very comfortable parents and have the finances, freedom and time to not have any sort of job, plus built in child care. Cry me a river. Just say you have the support system to keep being a cheerleader, so you are. You're doing this for yourself, not your toddler, who doesn't have a clue what DCC are or what real sacrifice is. 

Unleas you're another Sasha who actually had a full time job and a daughter, I don't want to hear the sob story.

Wait that's a good point .. I never thought about Morgan and how she supported herself and her daughter

Little known fact- Sasha was married to a man named Brandon (Sienna's dad) when she auditioned and during her first year.  He moved to Dallas from California with them.  They broke up at some point during her second summer- she's seen wearing her rings when the vets are taught the combo for auditions, but as of October, when Ally wrote an article on DCC stats, she was not listed as a married DCC.  She got engaged to Chase at the last game of the 2011 season, apparently on the field after the game.  Chase is the para-professional assigned to her special education classroom.  They are still married and still work together- sometimes they do a sports/cheerleading camp together for their school.  They have a little girl named Taytem who is about 2.

Years from now, Morgan likely will look back at her year as a DCC not for anything related to being a cheerleader but for the valuable networking she was able to do. In Dallas, a photography portfolio that includes DCC brides is likely to get her lots of other wedding and/or portrait jobs.

Interesting. I had no idea she was married when she came to Dallas.

No you aren't. I always liked Tasha. She's a little over the top, but she's cute and seems sweet. 

I love Kelli, Madeline, and I'm still rooting for Kelsey! Kelli is goals for me fitness wise. I also like she's not 18 and they're okay with that! 

Vet wise I've always loved Danielle (she's my fave-girl next door-genuine), I think Amy L is cute as a bug, and Erica. Some that are really growing on me have been Raylee(her little vid on Instagram was adorable!), Lacey, Holly, and Melissa. They always answer on Twitter!

RC candidates that it's hard for me to "read" yet obviously, but I've communicated with Kelsey and Mad which is why I like them so much! There's no one I blatantly dislike. I think once a person gets this far, it would be crushing to be cut. Sad reality, but it doesn't make it any easier. I don't like to drag them down, but I know there's some that will be cut for technique and kicks.

oh and the Emma thing. Emma and Deanna (my friend on DCRB) are good friends. Emma is so sweet and a beautiful girl. Her nose is pronounced, but NOT as bad as people think. I hope it's something else. She can't change her nose. Well, she can, but may not want to. I really love her because I know her somewhat. I hope she lands on a team

I don't think Emma has a bad nose either, honestly. I've seen girls who aren't that attractive make teams. I think Emma is really cute! Though I do think she needs a trim and layering through her hair. In dance videos (her Instagram) on her hairography she ends up a half count behind because of hair flips. I think she'd be more tight on the beat if it weren't as heavy? 

 

Shes a superb little dancer though! I heard she was at a stars prep class so I hope she makes that team!!

Heather Hamilton, I believe. 

Some people may think Madeline is still on shaky ground but NO WAY she'd get cut before some of the others still there.

I will be interested to see how it plays out too...I agree with you, she is the prettiest little thing and held her own next to Jennifer in finals on the field, but I'm not seeing the look yet.  That said...I haven't seen any great pics since makeovers though - maybe her cameo was a lot more grown up.  I really would hate to see her not make the team because she has a youthful face.

Thanks @LaurenBrook & @KellyAnn3!  She looks really young and has brown hair so I thought maybe she was Madeline, but (as proven!) everybody here is much better at picking out people from pictures than I am :)

I agree that she does look young, but I really think a makeover and learning different makeup can really change that! Also, not all of her pictures have her looking as young as she does in that one. I'm hoping she'll be considered more of a "ladies dcc" rather than the conventional "sexy" look of a "guys dcc." She's my favorite rookie candidate (she is an AMAZING dancer) so I'm really hoping she makes it!

I hope you are right because I truly do like her a lot!! She was one of my favorites to watch dance :)

IMHO, I thought Jenna had a youthful face when she first auditioned and the sweetest childlike voice. I like Heather and I hope she makes the team. Also, was there not a Heather listed on the show group roster...was that Heather O.?

If she has the entire package, including the right body for the uniform and great kicks, cutting Heather for having a young face sounds pretty stupid. It's not like she's unattractive. She's very pretty. But I don't look at her and think, omg she looks soooooo young. I'm not really sure what y'all are seeing.

I agree. I don't think there is anything wrong with having a youthful face at all. To me its a great thing to have. I actually have ppl tell me all the time that I look 30 and I'm 45.

I guess if they have to make cuts because they took sooooooo many girls into training camp for a squad of 36, I can see Kelli getting THAT nit picky. But I still don't think she looks that young.

When I think of young, I think of Jenna.  She looked all of the 18 years she was when she tried out but the dancing sold everyone and she has turned out to be a well grounded woman.  Some of us bloom a little later!

I completely agree! From the very beginning I've said that Heather has the Jenna appeal..I think it would be great to see Heather mature in looks while on the team just like Jenna did. Hopefully K&J agree!

i think it's good that they had Emily and Stephanie back to back as guest choreographers. Both have a very funky/sexy hip hop style. Emily is challenging because she doesn't teach with counts but more skats, mmm bops and here here here. Stephanie on the other hand teaches with counts, little phrases to help memory and you can easily put your own personality into her dances. She is challenging though because "last time" usually means 10 more times ? 

 

Both are definitely mentally challenging!

I can't believe I don't recognize Emily from anything...the only bad thing about this is we wont get to see anything Emily or Stephanie taught since CMT isn't there this week :(

I hate when they bring in guest choreographers on days when CMT isn't there. I also thought they wore regular work out type clothes for practices when Kelli and Judy weren't there.

I've seen Heather Hamilton in person. She looks like your average sweet sorority girl! Very pretty and cutesy. That being said, I will agree with some comments about her needing to "glam" her make up. But she doesn't look like a rugrat if that's what you're asking haha.
