Didn’t know where to post or if it’s been posted but iTunes has season 13........the whole season for FREE, right now!

Loved reading that there are others who strongly dislike the new opening song.........I was ready to call CMT before the song finished.......not good! i thought there were too many candidate interviews, they tried to put in this first episode........they were really nice though.

The cheerleader poms in the cowboys store are not like the ones the cheerleaders use. They are small....short...not ‘fluffy’ and are definitely for kids.( they don’t cover an adult hand) I bought them.......also instead of the boots🙄😁 ( mine were 12.99 each when I bought them) they are very pretty but disappointing, even though I figured they wouldn’t be like what the cheerleaders use, I thought they might be somewhat close. I actually ended up returning them. A sad day for my inner DCC.....😂😂

I kind of thought that they should keep some sort of fan vote, but.......... maybe as a sort of tie-breaker vote. If the judges are on the fence about a particular candidate, they could look and see how they scored in the fan vote, and maybe that person had more fan votes than the other, and that would be the 'one' vote that got that person into training camp. Just a thought, from a long time lurker. ( long time lurker, with rare posts? I get intimidated by everyone's knowledge, (even though I've been a fan since the 1979 TV movie,) But it sure is fun reading......

I'm really glad I put my beverage down when I read these last three posts..... had to laugh out loud! i have seasons 1 and 2 on VHS, That I pull out once in a while and watch, as well as both made for TV movies, and I have seasons 3-11 on my iPad..... it makes me feel less stressed when I watch them. Plus it is great motivation for me. After I visited Dallas and AT&T stadium last year........ my vacation was at the time of tryouts this year ..... I voted for Dallas....... ( I wish I was young enough to tryout, and flexible enough.....a dream is still a dream) even though my husband is a huge cowboys fan.....we went to Chattanooga, TN (it was great.....but Dallas.....well.....)

Was hoping for a Super Bowl win to go with the amazing and wonderfully awesome, and unbelievable, recent World Series win........ always believe in 'next year'.......even if it takes 108 of them ( love my boys in blue.....Cubs and Cowboys) Dalgal214, you are so right about Phil! I met him on a stadium tour last year. I was so shocked and excited to meet him! An amazingly sweet man, just as nice and friendly as could be! He even posed for a picture with me and chatted for quite awhile! And I got a hug too! now for my unpopular opinion.....the hip hop dance was neat, but good grief, do they ever dance a show like that....NOT in a triangle?!?! Blah!!!! I get it, but I don't get it.

I went on a stadium tour this past February, during my dream trip to Dallas, and first time in my life, to Texas. That place is phenomenal! That jumbo screen....good grief, that thing is huge! Something like 4000 tv's throughout.....( i could be very wrong on the exact number, was too excited to listen much) The tourmaline tiles ( tourmaline is a type of gemstone which reflects Cowboys blue when light hits it) were $35.00 a piece..... And there's quite a few in that flooring. I couldn't afford to go to a game, wanted to but....$$$. Got to see them run motocross, on the field....so to speak. seeing the stadium...awesome meeting Phil....even better Cheerleaders locker room ........ I nearly cried! Couldn't believe I was in there! Off topic....sorry Just out of curiosity..... How did everyone do....guessing who would make the team, based on audition videos. I had 3 of my 'yes' candidates make the team, and 7 of my 'maybe's'

Amy's Instagram isn't private anymore. She's such a beautiful lady. really hoped she would have made it! She certainly deserved it, I thought. Lots of hard work there. Congratulations to all the ladies that made it!

I'm rooting for all the ladies, but.......hoping Amy does make it! Rockford, Illinois where she moved from isn't too terribly far away. I've driven by the auto plant where she worked, many times! No cheerleaders here in Bears, country either, not since 1985, when the won the super bowl. Funny, they haven't won since then either........

I did. I was on the stadium tour and we were getting on the elevator and I saw Phil.....and like did an OMG PHIL, moment....was so excited I could hardly stand it. After the tour, the folks upstairs told me he'd come up before I left, and he did. Gave me a big hug, we chatted, talked about his 'dance' with Jackie Bob, a few years ago. He asked me if I was going to try out for the team.......I laughed.... he walked me outside and gave me a hug again, before I left. He is just as awesome and enthusiastic as he appears on the show! I tried to attach the picture but the file is too big. I even went to halcyon salon and spa and had a makeover with Roger who did Madeline and Loren's hair. He was soooooo cool too! being from Illinois, it was my trip of a lifetime! When we got to the cheerleaders locker room, I almost cried......couldn't believe I was there! Finally made it a reality! if they hadn't been doing motocross at the stadium that day..... I do believe I'd have been down there trying my best impression of the field entrance.....minus any attempt at a jump split! if I could shrink the picture files.....id post them.

Hi all! I'm brand new to this forum, but have been following for awhile now! This is my first post, and I don't want to mess up. Tried to look for icon explanations, but not quite 'getting it'. Or setting up my account. How do you pm someone, or post a picture? bigskygirl......I saw your post about Phil to Txstar35..... I got to meet him this past February when I went to Dallas on a dream trip. He's just as amazing and nice as on tv. Went on a att stadium tour, locker rooms and all.....phil chatted with me for 15+ minutes, like i as a friend , even posed for pictures! Great great man! been a DCC Fan since I saw the 1979 TV movie. I have that movie on Vhs tape, plus the follow up TV movie, the 2 hour special and all 10 seasons. Im looking forward to posting elsewhere here, just trying to get the hang of it. if I mess up, please forgive!
