Reaching the 100th episode is still a major production milestone, even if it's not absolutely required for Syndication. Yet Arrow's achievement will be totally overshadowed by the crossover bonanza. What's worse, the odds of making 200 are virtually non-existent. They'll most definitely hit 150 but that's not as big as the 100th and 200th episodes. ETA: I might have to reconsider.
