Some non-spoilery MG responses at http://marcguggenheim.tumblr.com/

katysueworld asked:
I love the show! I think it's great that you take the time to answer questions from the fans! I have to confess I am an Olicity fan! My question is: When you brought Emily Rickards on board the show, did you ever imagine how popular her character Felicity would become with the fans?

No.  No idea.

happyindependent asked:
Really hope felicity won't say ily to Oliver. At this point I would call it bullshit thank u

Can’t please anybody…

dorkyrelly asked:
Do you realize how beautiful/handsome the entire Arrow cast is?

Yes.  When we were casting the show I often commented that I didn’t know if we were casting a show or a eugenics program…

ohmyships91 asked:
Hey Marc, I was curious about when Oliver left Felicity in 3x09, she was doing the nervous tick Oliver does with his hands, was that planned by y'all, the writers, or was that Stephen and Emily? Very excited for the rest of the season by the way, looking forward to it! Thanks!

That was all the actors.

juneipaaris asked:
can we get a scene with oliver queen cooing over a baby? ( JUST A FEW SECONDS BUT PLS )

Do you think Oliver Queen actually “coos”?

We've cut together two reels (one for each show) with LOTS of sneaks of upcoming episodes plus our brilliant  casts on hand. So be there!

Natalie Abrams (Senior Writer for Entertainment Weekly) is also taking questions, I assume, for the PaleyFest media interviews...

No more #OUAT questions being accepted—just talked to the guys! But, #Arrow & #Flash fans can send qs as I’ll be at #PaleyFest this weekend!

I'm seeing some fun stuff from the cast of Outlander at Paleyfest, and I'm getting jealous :/ Arrow's panel is going to be joint with Flash's, isn'it? How long does a panel usually last?

The last Paleyfest I went to was several years ago, but at that time, they'd show an episode of the series then have about an hour of talk with the cast followed by a brief Q&A with the audience. I suspect they'll just show clips or whatever GB is saying they've created for Paleyfest instead of an episode.

Thank you! Hopefully something good will come out of it :)

The Outlander Panel played "I Never" with whiskey and a Newlywedish Game. But they can have fun like that because that couple is actually together and only brought the three main cast members.

Arrow/Flash has a full rooster from both shows, hopefully they have enough time for everyone to get a decent question.

Are they together? Don't they say they're not? They seem like they'd make a lovely couple.

The Arrow mod should bring some of SA's wine, wait until they've had a few, and ask them how they feel about this season. In vino veritas and all.

I meant their characters are together and married so they can have fun playing the newlywed game. Arrow/Flash can't do that because those writers are so hellbent on keeping their characters apart that it takes all the fun away.

The Outlander moderator apparently provided some good Scottish whisky to the panel. Genius move.

The Outlander moderator is Kristin Dos Santos who is the worst at everything.

Pretty sure Flash and Arrow are separate. Similar to TVD and the Originals last year.

I can confirm that my ticket to the panel says "Arrow and the Flash" for what it's worth.

I wonder if they intend to dedicate half of the panel to each show so it's not really a joint panel? Although that would kind of negate the point of selling it as a joint panel, haha.

Well, the app is wrong. It's on the Paley website as a joint event, and the tickets are being sold on Ticketmaster as a joint event.

Yea, that's how they did it last year too (and in 2011). It was one event with two panels.

Well, it's supposed to start at 4 and the next panel isn't until 8. Even giving them 1 hour to clear the room, that's 3 hours for them to fill. How long do panels typically last? Would it make sense for to have 1.5 hours for each show?

I think the panels are usually about that long individually, so if they're doing them one after the other then maybe?

The other day someone mentioned that when they attended Paleyfest the set up was an episode (42 min, 22 for comedy), followed by an hour discussion with the cast and a 30 minute Q&A. That brings an hour long drama panel to 2 Hr and 12 minutes. leaves 45 minutes to clear out the room and bring in the new audience.

Based on what Berlanti tweeted, sounds like they're going with a clip show vs and actual episode, which will buy them more time during cast discussion and Q&A for a larger panel while still keeping them in the 2hr 15 min timeframe. Every indication (so far) has been a joint panel, i dont think that's changed. Basically it's going to be the DCTV panel all over again.

Facebook. We're going to help a family. Big time. Prayers for Warrior Princess Kiara was brought to my attention through my best buddy Drew's sister Sarrah. Kiara has been battling brain cancer since early November and her family has made tremendous sacrifices to ensure she has had the best care. We're going to run a raffle (details in the video) where the winner gets an Arrow statue that isn't even available to the public yet. $5 gets you a ticket. 2 for $10 and so on... Just mention my name in the comments. Raffle will run until this Wednesday evening, when we're back with all new episodes. -- lets take care of a family, Facebook. Lets allow them to focus on what's important. xo

This is interesting - The Flash is going to have a presence at WonderCon 2015, April 3-5, 2015,  in Anaheim, but not Arrow...

On Sunday, April 5th, The CW’s The Flash will host a special video presentation and Q&A with stars Danielle Panabaker, Candice Patton, Carlos Valdes, and executive producers Greg Berlanti and Andrew Kreisberg.

I am really confused why Arrow and the Flash has different starting times for PaleyFest. According to the tweets Arrow starts at 4:15 & Flash starts at 5:10 PM. I thought they have a joined panel?

I guess they're back to back panels after all. I'm not thrilled that it looks like the Arrow panel is less than an hour long.

I'd guess most of it will be devoted to talking about how awesome Laurel is, and how Ray's spinoff will be amazing. They might mention Oliver towards the end.

It's all about the Flash these days.  Makes me sad.

Oliver and Stephen will be mentioned in the "How does it feel to be the mothership that started it all?" I, of course, would rudely shout out, "WHY ARE YOU IDIOTS SINKING THAT MOTHERSHIP" ?
