Sneak Peak  for episode 7.

Seriously, Cas? You can`t bring Dean because your angelic contact would be iffy if a stranger comes along? Ahahahaha. I`m pretty sure at this point, Dean is no "stranger" to any angel. They might hate him but that is different from not knowing him. Or we`re talking the most sheltered angel ever, Guess she was too busy being an AI over on the 100 to learn about the Winchesters that everyone knows now.

Oh gods that's so stupid.  That makes no sense. Like I hope Dean plans on tracking Cas LOL.

Sigh. What are you doing this show?

Well, it`s Bucklemming. And honestly, I could even hear the "dun dun dun" - despite there not being the usual musical clue - when Cas walked out because we all know it ends with him making a deal with Lucifer.

"Don`t do anything stupid" in that context is like "I only have two months left to retirement" for gauging a character`s life expectancy.

And I`m especially looking forward to Michael hardcore cage-torturing Lucifer, in a literal body-sized cage, in an abandoned church setting with a gigantic Jesus figure on the wall. Like, I don`t know right now if this is hilariously awesome-bad or hilariously bad-bad.

I read something about there being twists revealed about why the AU verse is so bad. I thought that was covered with the "no Winchesers" thing in last Season`s Finale? But Michael or AU!Kevin are probably gonna shed more light on the details. I really don`t care for these writer`s "twists".

I'm still wrapping my head around Sam sending out the BOLO to all the hunters (that are still alive after Brainwashed!Mary's killing spree last season). Uhh, hey y'all, General Winchester here. So yeah, that spawn of Satan with unknown and uncontrollable powers we let be born into the world a few weeks back? We uh, kinda misplaced him. Keep an eye out, would ya?

LOLOLOL.  Honestly, if that's not how it happens I'll be disappointed.

Ugh, if this mystery contact is In fact Lucifer and we are back to Cas lying to the brothers within two episodes of his return then I think I may as well just quit. At this point Castiel under Dabb is becoming more and more a character I find hard to like. At least under Carver he seemed to be developed, but Dabb has just regressed him to liar that lies and moron who gets nothing right.

I haven't actually watched the preview, but I'm in agreement that I do not want them to go there.  There isn't anything I hate more than when they make them lie to one another (for their own good, of course).  As if that hasn't failed in spectacular fashion for 13 seasons.

If Michael is the new big bad, then it stands to reason that they'll need Lucifer as an ally to take him out.  I'm not sure I'm ready to see Lucifer as a semi good guy, but I know for a fact that I'm tired of seeing Cas portrayed as an ass.

Jack would be a far better candidate. AU!Michael already killed his Lucifer and bitchslapped this one in five seconds flat. It reminds me of how everyone thought Lucifer could be a viable ally against Amara when she was on a level with God and he was...not. And everyone knew that. Argh.

I thought that in our world, Michael and Lucifer were fairly evenly matched, so it will be interesting to see how this plays out in the AU.  If Michael is that much stronger in the AU, then they're going to need all able bodies to help.  Jack may be powerful, but unless he learns to fully utilize his powers in the next week, I don't think he'll be able to do it alone.

I’m not sure the existence of a female-heavy backdoor pilot is really a spoiler anymore, but just in case, I have an observation:

- there are more female demons and angels in S13 episodes.  I think that’s because they needed stunt women trained and secured for the backdoor pilot (which has 6 females who need stunt doubles).  I can spot a ‘Jodi’ and ‘Alex’ a ‘Patience’ for sure.  Less sure about a ‘Claire’, ‘Donna’, or new dimension hopper.

Note: it’s not that there aren’t trained stunt women a-plenty, but getting close body-doubles probably took some effort.

I just know I'm gonna feel stoopid when you tell me, but why terrified? Did I miss a meme???

Because I've always been afraid that when Dean actually eats pie from someone NOT his mother or a mother figure, that he will die.  LOL

ETA: I mean eat the pie on screen. Not like when it's remarked that he's getting some pie off screen.

Oooh!! And eek! That aligns with my prediction for Dean, so now I'll be hoping the waitress is mom-like :)

LOL. Yeah, I actually agree with your prediction about Dean.

I actually have been noodling on a theory that maybe Dean wasn't sent back by Billie. Like maybe he's asleep in the Empty and ep 6 was his Empty dream...to be back with Sam and getting along with him pretty easily, having Cas back with them, going to Dodge City, dressing up like a cowboy, playing Texas Ranger with Cas, having steak with the people he loves, having a shootout with one of his favorite gunslingers and saving the girl from the ghoul. Jack's leaving at the end though, throws off my theory.  And ep 7 was Dean's continued weird trip through the Empty. With Kevin and Ketch and Michael all being representative of things Dean is not resolved with.

I know that's wild and way out there and very likely NOT the case. It would help explain ep 7 though LOL

I wouldn't mind if they reverse-Bobby-Ewing'd him if it meant ep 7 didn't happen. I like the unresolved issues angle a lot. BUT, Empty!Cas and S11 Billie both said there was nothing but empty in the empty - so I don't think the sleepers get to dream.

That's a good question if the sleepers get to dream or not. I mean Cas had his memories...so how does the Empty turn off the brain if it still has memories. Hmmmm

So someone is going to get shot by a tranquilizer dart, someone is going to lose a love (I'm guessing a guest star) and Solomon is going to be revealed as a sexual predator.  Great....can't wait...sigh

I am not up on this kind of thing - but wasn't it King Solomon who made the two mothers choose over cutting a baby in half or giving him up?

New King of the Crossroads?

I looked up King Solomon.

Quote

Perhaps the best known story of his wisdom is the Judgment of Solomon; two women each lay claim to being the mother of the same child. Solomon easily resolved the dispute by commanding the child to be cut in half and shared between the two. One woman promptly renounced her claim, proving that she would rather give up the child than see it killed. Solomon declared the woman who showed compassion to be the true mother, entitled to the whole child.[19]

I'm guessing one of the Winchesters will have to make a choice.

I mean it's a little weird that Dean would get on Mary's case now,

I assume Jack is showing them the vision of Mary in that cage, thus "proving" she is still alive in the AU world. And in trouble. Hence, Dean`s "you were right" to Sam. So, why wouldn`t he be on the case when he knows it is an actual mission, not just hopes and dreams?

The visual of Mary - in a cage and with the "help me" - like a mixture of Sam and Dean`s hell time and it doesn`t even remotely make me more inclined to like the character. Quite the opposite. Michael so far is really blank but he could have scored with me if he had killed her.

Here's what I don't get. Why would Michael put Mary in the mini cage at all? She's no real threat to Michael. She's  human. She may or may not have the enochian brass knuckles. If she does maybe she tried to clock him with them so he put her in the mini cage to keep her from doing that again. Or he has nefarious plans to impregnate her and get her to birth his own nephilim which I won't put past the show at this point given the whole Kelly thing.

That said, I hope that Michael has such disdain for humanity that he wouldn't dare be soiled by engaging in sexy times with a a human.

He may have mind melded with her like he did Lucifer and saw all her memories of Jack being born and then knows about the boys, so he sends some kind of messages out to Jack to send to dean and Sam and they all fall for the trap.
