Currently in the C-suite at Fortune 50 company and I can attest that it is quite common, especially of late.

Ascending to Chief Officer as a woman, especially a woman of color, is extremely rare and should be applauded. At that level, she was likely poached by other companies offering increasingly competitive compensation packages. Good on her for following the money. How is Erika paying for this interior designer to the stars? Didn’t she balk at the price of a knickknack in the first episode when she and Dorit met up because Dorit was going to help her design her home? I guess Dorit is too caught up in her vendettas to dust off her Buca De Peppo (or whatever it is) look book. But, fear not, Kim Kardashian’s designer is here with a coffee table book…and maybe he’s doing some pro bono work so the masses will flock to Amazon to purchase it.

4 hours in couples therapy?!? Dear Lord! I love my husband, and we have a great marriage. But even I would be threatening divorce and heading for the door if we had to spend 4 hours straight talking about our problems. Yikes! Somehow this came to a great shock to Dorit, even though Pk moved out and gave her the don’t call me, I (won’t) call you. But I guess since she’s still trying to berate Kyle into being a friend…and now Sutton too… I guess she’ll just screech at Pk until he loves her again. I mean, it seems like a foolproof plan to me. I don’t know why any of these people wouldn’t want to be around Dorit yelling and swearing and wagging her finger in their faces.

I’m kind of surprised to see so much anti-Boz sentiment here. I like her! Yeah, the poor woman somehow is only relegated to being Dorit’s friend, but I’m a big fan of her talking heads—how these women pick words out of the air and throw it back in each other’s faces. Yes, they do!

I agree-& I want THAT Boz to show herself.  The one who said these women Never say exactly why they're mad. Its many layers, and under that rock another rock and a toad and a rock under the toad, but she's not scared.  Someone duct tape Dorit's mouth shut so the woman can get in the mix.

To clarify, the other women in the image is Morgan's manager, Mary. She and her friend/colleague were the other two people on the safari with Morgan and Kyle. Kesha WAS, however, on a vacation in September at Lake Tahoe with Kyle, Farrah, Morgan, plus Kyle's two close friends Jenn and Jana. They're definitely friends and have been out and about places. Kesha also was featured on a track of Morgan's album that came out last year.

Kim also lives in one of Kyle's houses for some time. It's where the police went more than once because the neighbors complained, and the media reported it. I think that Kyle cares about her sister, and the first season incident in the van was an unfortunate one. She also asked the producers to include her in the show in order to have a source of income, and possibly get other acting offers because of the exposure.

To be clear, I have compassion for everything Kyle has and does go through with Kim, and I do believe her about the house, as well as Kyle and Mauricio being supportive of Kim. It's her double standards I can't stand. 

It's Kyle being all indignant about what you do and do not talk about on the show that I don't care for. She has one set of rules for herself, and another set for everyone else. Kim's troubles were not glaring in season one, but they were the following seasons. It wasn't fair for the women to have to pretend otherwise imo. Kyle shows the same double standards many years later when it comes to the relationship gossip. She pushed the Brandi and Denise story and for Denise to "be honest," but then flips out about how wrong it is for people to ask her about her and Morgan. It was clear Denise was very uncomfortable and wanted the women to drop it. On the other hand, Kyle's storylines were literally her troubled marriage and whatever kind of relationship she had with Morgan.

This took me a minute because I was thinking, "fashion designer,"???  Oh I guess those long ago swimsuits for Dorito's defunct vanity line might count as fashion. 

Why does Dorito think her kids don't know what's going on?  They aren't toddlers.  Surely they notice their father (and his stuff) are no longer there and they see him alone at his new apartment where none of their mother's stuff is around.  Dumb Dumb Dorito.
