I had a touch of social anxiety when I was a young housewife.  I was so sure allllll the neighbors were staring at me out of their windows when I went out to get the mail. It was excruciating.   If I went ANYWHERE, I had to take the kids so I could get my mind off of the anxiety.

It seems so weird now!

I found myself having bad anxiety lately. Getting back into my exercise routine has been helping

She needs a mindfulness routine. Headphones, a mantra, a song, something to take her mind off the anxiety. There are techniques she can practice to stop the anxiety when she feels it coming on. She needs to work with a therapist who can help her create a routine that works
