Sucky childhood and definitely unlucky in terms of her genetics, but nothing too terrible (so far).  Just generic anxiety...

It’s fucking cold here, in case anyone is interested. I’m wearing sweat pants, a long sleeved t shirt, a hoodie sweatshirt, a knee-length down vest and a hat. And my wood stove is fired up. Fucking winter.

It was easy. I've done some of her videos before but it's been a while, and I've had a lot of shoulder/neck issues lately, so I decided to restart with a beginner workout and try to do that consistently for a bit (I've planned for that M-W-F this week and a beginner yoga video for Tu-Th).

She does a lot of standing moves without jumping (I don't like a lot of jumping and I also have a downstairs neighbor).

It's a balmy 24 degrees here but the wind has been KILLER. At least the sun finally came out. It's been so gloomy!

It’s a brutal 20 degrees here in NYC tonight.  We have had a steady cold spell all week and it’s supposed to continue.

Friday and Saturday, Atlanta is going to get freezing rain and snow.   Sounds like another bad storm for them, like that awful ice and snow storm that paralyzed Atlanta a few years ago.   

Northern ALabama may get up to 8 inches of snow.  Where I live in lower Alabama, we may get a little 'wintry mix' friday, but maybe not.    

I know a lot of people who wear cold shoulder tops, they let you have some skin showing, but hide the floppy underarms. 

I am so sick of the Baylen ads.
