Substituting fat free cheese for the real thing is counterproductive. He has to learn to have real cheese in much smaller quantities or as an occasional treat. He'll never succeed if he still tries to eat pizza and wings and smother everything in cheese. Even if its fat free. 2 2 Link to comment https://forums.primetimer.com/topic/151275-season-13-live-chat/page/60/#findComment-8579338

Greek yogurt I usually go for full fat (I get the big tub and make my own fruit mix-in with frozen fruit) but I have 2% in the fridge right now because that's all they had at the store. When I worked at the bookstore I would get the standard recipe hot chocolate from the Starbucks next door on my break, which at the time was whole milk and whipped cream (I think they default to 2% now). One night I didn't finish it quick enough and it sat for a bit and got cold. I took the lid off to warm it in the microwave and it looked so gross. After that I started getting skim milk. 2 Link to comment https://forums.primetimer.com/topic/151275-season-13-live-chat/page/60/#findComment-8579397
