I remember the free cheese giveaway back in the 80s. My mother in law showed up at my d[or with a 5 pound block of Velveeta like cheese substance and thought she scored big

She did!! I used to beg my mother to commit fraud and offer my aunt money for her cheese brick.

I had to settle for Velveeta in a much less impressive 2lb block.

And fat free cheese? God that's gross.

He seems not to have caught on that its a lifestyle change. Substituting fat free cheese for the real thing is counterproductive. He has to learn to have real cheese in much smaller quantities or as an occasional treat. He'll never succeed if he still tries to eat pizza and wings and smother everything in cheese. Even if its fat free.

Not a nutritionist but I feel like it is healthier to eat the full fat version but in smaller quantities. A little butter….cheese on occasion. No margarine or fat free stuff. I find I feel fuller fast when I eat the real deal.

Full fat and shred yourself. The crap they douse shred cheese in is salty chemicals

I completely agree. I make one exception for low-fat yogurt, not nonfat yogurt. Whole milk yogurt is too rich for my blood.

My grandma got some of the government cheese. Also some crackers that were weirdly sweet. You'd think the government would do a little better on food quality.

Real butter is so good! Especially on good quality bread. A nice slice of fresh sourdough with salty butter....mmmmmmmm.

I have to avoid getting that Kerry Gold butter, it tastes like butter used to.

Juan is such a liar.   As umgoblue said, Juan lost that with a decent sized dump.     I was only surprised that he didn't gain.

This season and last season were all old, filmed at least two years ago.   I think Dr. Now knew his contract was ending, and he could move on to 6,000 Diaries.

Do any of these people make a menu and meal schedule? Make a list of each food category you're allowed and what a serving is, pick one from each column, and eat at the proper intervals and boom, you're following da diet.

Dr Nows diet is on the web. It says what to have for 3 meals a day. It's not a mystery

But...but.....da diet does not include tacos and plastic cheese! He's only flesh and blood!

"Grilled chicken, fish, things like that. Well, kind of like that. I might have fried the chicken once or twice."

He has not embraced portion control, has he? He thinks if he has low carb cereal he can eat the whole box in one sitting.

Fish Fry Fridays at the church!  Grilling? We talkinbout Grilling?!

I do 2 percent milk and Greek yogurt ..I think it is 2 percent as well. I can’t do whole milk

I do 2% milk also. Greek yogurt I usually go for full fat (I get the big tub and make my own fruit mix-in with frozen fruit) but I have 2% in the fridge right now because that's all they had at the store.

When I worked at the bookstore I would get the standard recipe hot chocolate from the Starbucks next door on my break, which at the time was whole milk and whipped cream (I think they default to 2% now). One night I didn't finish it quick enough and it sat for a bit and got cold. I took the lid off to warm it in the microwave and it looked so gross. After that I started getting skim milk.
