She sounds nice and well spoken.  Pretty honest about her eating.  And seems to genuinely love her kids.  I am really rooting for her at this stage.  But I don't know how to tackle her weight vs. her mental health, which one should she focus on first.  Hope between her and Dr. Now they figure it out.

She will be too anxious to get on a scale.  She needs a mental health team now. Don't pass go.  Don't think about surgery with Dr. Now.  She won't be successful with surgery or weight loss otherwise.

My gyno said no to the exercise bike, so I sold it. She also doesn't like that I wear leggings but I promise her they come right off as soon as I get home

Already she's hedging: I'll take it easy today, I'll open the curtains a little bit, I do some of the exercises a couple of times, she is NOT willing to do anything or everything to lose weight. Her anxiety needs to be treated with medication and she needs someone there with her to keep her accountable. Daughter is resistant, son is too malleable.
