I got one from our U.S. congresswoman for my friend's mother's 100th birthday when I worked on Capitol Hill. Staffers do that sort of thing for each other and friends all of the time. 9 seasons in seems a little late for Mr. Darby to be worrying about protecting his reputation. The shit's already out there.

Can't believe Wendy of all people (what's she got? 10 degrees?) knows nothing about her own mortgage. Just because you're leaving it to Eddie to arrange things and set up the payments doesn't mean you can't take five minutes to review the statement and see where things are at.

IMO what's not being said is Michael is probably threatening to take custody of the children away from Ashley if she doesn't do what he wants.  I don't know how else to explain Ashley goes from saying Michael gets the kids on the weekends to saying she's fearful she won't be able to see them for weeks at a time.

Mia is a friend to no one because Mia is in perpetual survival mode.

Gizelle actually isn't trying to come for Mia's relationships/children but because Gizelle WAS trying to come for Monique, Wendy and Candiace's relationships, Mia isn't going to cut Gizelle any slack.  However, Gizelle has her good eye on Mia now and Mia will be sitting at home watching RHOP with Robyn come next season.

Rayvin's hair color looks horrible but Grace's makeup looks tons better.

It was sad to see Wendy introducing her kids to Eddie’s sisters. 

Kearna is wearing a white dress in her confessional which is from the same stock (Bravo's borrowed wardrobe) like Angie K's from the RH of Salt Lake City hideous white confessional dress.

Wendy introducing  Eddie's  family, made me tear up, especially when his sister did. I hope they see more of one another.

Mia talking about fashion is rich, as she sits in her bed of roses dress, pfft! Wth was Karen wearing  in her TH,or maybe it was her hair. She doesn't  look well to me this season , feel better Karen.

I can't  believe  how many  of these women  don't  know about their  bills etc, I've  always  looked after the finances, because  we had a business, but even  if we didn't,  I'd make sure I knew. Stacy was obviously  shocked about what she didn't  know. Every time I see TJ, I want to pull Stacey  away from him, he's creepy.

Ashley can rappel down as many buildings as possible, it doesn’t make her a super hero. She is still dependent on Michael. Why are her sons constantly on the kitchen island? It’s gross.

Wendy is always building herself up. It’s annoying. None of her costars cared about her citation, although I don’t think they understood it either.

Mia is gross. She dresses no better than Jacqueline. Then she had her trying on the ugliest of clothes for her entertainment.  
Sure Jacqueline, Gizelle is jealous of Mia’s disgusting situation of having a mentally unstable husband while she bangs her long time on/off again boyfriend.

Custody doesn't work like that, especially in conservative Virginia. Ashley would have to have a pattern of extremely heinous behavior to not be able to see her kids. (Her "singing" doesn't count.) Ashley earns a decent living, but she is choosing to be tied to Michael's wallet.

Michael doesn't want custody of the kids. 

And an NDA/non-disparagement clause in a Divorce Settlement is fairly standard. 

I would imagine the only issue for mediation would be the amount of Child Support as well as financial issues for the boys. It would not be uncommon for people of wealth to include mandatory trust funds set up to insure that the kids get a fair amount of inheritance as well as mandates to pay for college/grad school since generally child support ends at 18 so college and grad school need to be agreed upon in the Settlement.

I would imagine that the PreNup and the probably non-existent Post Nup were confirmed. I wouldn't be surprised if Ashley had negotiated some form of payout for her "support" of Michael's sexual behavior over the years but that would have been done at the time to buy her "silence".

Michael is also a wealthy white man in conservative Virginia who is more financially able to take care of the children than Ashley. He could point to influences like her mother and Ashley's entertainment career as a reason why the boys should be more in his care than in Ashley's.

Now we know Michael* doesn't want any parts of raising those kids but he could definitely block them from being filmed (cutting off any storylines for Ashley) and he definitely will use those kids to keep Ashley in line.

There's a reason Ashley said on camera she couldn't imagine going weeks without seeing the boys, after saying she has the children during the week and Michael has them on the weekends. There is nothing to indicate Michael wants those kids full time...IMO Michael is using a threat custody of the boys to keep Ashley in line.

*I wonder if some of that vitriol Michael feels towards Candiace was actually anger towards Ashley...if he made an example out of Candiace, that would keep Ashley in check...

Ashley has been pretty well behaved the past two seasons. She’s not drinking and hasn’t dated on camera. I do think she loves her sons. Michael is too old for those boys and I don’t see him doing much parenting. Doesn’t he have adult kids?

Was TJ really ignoring Stacey?

I love her two boys, they are both a couple of cuties, I think  she loves them very much. The same with Wendy's  children,  her little  girl is so pretty. I don't  mind seeing  the young children  now and then.  TJ is so strange,  I can't  imagine  what Stacey finds attractive  about him, it's  not his winning  personality.

Exactly right. You can literally go on the Internet and go to the White House website and ask for one of those things. We got one for my MIL's 80th bday. We also got one from the governor for some other special occasion. This silly dingbat is acting like she received something that isn't available to literally everyone. What a sad con artist poseur. I don't understand why Wendy needs so much external validation. Her mother is a piece of work, but I know plenty of people with overbearing parents and they don't act like Wendy. 

Jacqueline can go. She's so damn low budget, and that's saying a lot given who her best friend is. At least Mia delivers a read here and there.

Mia admitted that the two fathers of her kids were not who she implied earlier. She does everything for shock value.

Michael is going to manipulate Ashley with the kids, and her appearance on the show which is her main source of income (nobody seriously thinks she has a future in the music industry) to achieve a more favorable divorce settlement.  He doesn't want the kids. I'm sure he has ten nannies when he has visitation. And yes, he has older kids.

So what even if Gizelle's daughters invited boys over? They were 17 years old. Mia better be careful because she angered Gizelle.

That is not even pearl clutching territory as it is pretty standard teenage behavior.

I had a friend who lived in a modern house on the side of the hill and so the kids' bedrooms were downstairs in what would be the equivalent of a walk out basement which had a separate entrance in the back. You can bet that all through high school we came and went through that entrance and people came and went as well.

It is about as shocking as learning that a teenager held a party when parents were out of town :-).

However I am with Gizelle in terms of finding Mia's bringing it up in the manner which she did as being really disgusting. Because her intent was to slut shame the daughters - it wasn't mentioned in the kind of funny way that people discuss normal teenage behavior.

Not to mention that there is really a line in the sand about bringing up someone else's children in any manner unless it is to say something uncontroversially complimentary about something they have achieved.

Shame Gizelle on her parenting because Gizelle knows she has sluts for daughters and was trying to hide it.

While I agree Gizelle should take action against Mia, I can't feel too sorry for Gizelle when she was trying to insinuate Monique's last baby wasn't by Chris and bring that on the show.
