They would have been installed by whoever flipped the property because otherwise a fifth floor walkup - or really any walkup would have to be sold for far less. The whole moving thing was staged because anyone buying furniture or other large items in New York needs to make specific arrangement with the delivery service unless it is delivery to a place with a large freight elevator or a single family home with normal stairs. Even then there could be issues as I live in a high rise with a large elevator and my neighbor bought a couch that couldn't fit through her front door. There are special services in New York City which divide a couch in half for delivery and then put it back together. Certain furniture pieces didn't fit through the garage (to the house door), or the front door of my house, but the house has French doors, so they could be brought inside. It can be a real issue in apartment buildings. 19 hours ago, hoodooznoodooz said: She is very tall. If you’re very tall, are you automatically hot? Did Erin and her husband let their kids race around willy nilly in Serendipity because their eldest, Levi, was with them?!? They probably go there a lot and city children can be quite independent. Also, I looked it up and there's a shop with lots of gifts and toys for them to explore. 7 Link to comment

The constant coquettishness is annoying enough but underneath it appears to be a deep insecurity that drives her need to be the center of attention at all times. She reminds me of Sonja Morgan, when people aren't paying attention to her, she'll do or say something outrageous including making up stories. Brynn needs to take the tee-hee-ness down several notches. As she herself said, they're grown women. All that said, this season opening was pretty good and the newbies seem interesting as well. I like that for the most part, they have actual jobs instead of just being Real Housewives. 7 Link to comment

And not even a "regular" ice cream parlor. It is a "fantasy" type of destination that caters to children. Lots of birthday parties. Gift area with expensive items to come home with. No one including the staff is going to care about unsupervised children in what is probably the gift area. The better to increase profits by giving the kids something to get their parents to buy for them. No one would go there with the expectation of quiet. 2 1 2 Link to comment

They film for only three months (at most), and for a few hours here and there. I don't understand why there is a problem. We only see a tiny portion of their lives. They don't live together, and they are not sequestered. Things happen when they don't film. They shouldn't discuss it? It's their lives. 15 hours ago, EtheltoTillie said: Tutorial? Pi237 October 7 Share October 7 If it doesn’t happen on the show, even with other media outlets filling in the blanks, it makes for a confusing watch of she said/she said. It’s annoying. Not everyone wants to comb the net and hunt down information on what Actually happened. I realize they can’t film them 24/7/365 but making a main storyline something that happened off the show isn’t fair to the viewers. (No, I don’t have examples, not doing homework) 6 2 2 1 Link to comment
Natalie68 October 7 Share October 7 Finally watched. My thoughts: LOVE Racquel so far and her fiance. I am straight but can see what she sees in Mel. I like Jessel ok. She seems pretty harmless. The husband said something I greatly disagree with but 🤷♂️. Brynn bugs a bit. I don't like the coquettish way she acts. Grown women need to act like grown women. Do not like Erin at all. Did she have a lot of work done between seasons? Looks different. HATED how she snapped at her husband at the ice cream place. His eyebrows need their own twitter account. Do not like Ubah. She doesn't seem very nice. I appreciate Sai trying to change how she speaks to people. A mea culpa on past behavior can do a lot of good. Let's see if she can keep it up. Still LOVE Jenna. Not sure about Rebecca. Let's see. 4 4 Link to comment

The thing with Erin is she has just a monotone voice, and her dull and boring attitude does not help. She needs to loosen up a little. Plus her constant, "I'm a New York, I'm from New York, and I'm from New York, I don't bullshit, I tell it like it is, blah blah blah" is actual bullshit. If you have to say it over and over, sorry, I ain't buying it. I have a love/hate relationship with Sai. I think she can be fun, but other times she just seems so mean. I suspect both Sai and Erin are insecure and so they come across as immature and harsh at times (Erin more especially). 4 Link to comment
