Thinking of private conversations that are foolishly had in public, five times recently I have been near someone telling someone either on the phone or loudly in person about an issue with their scrotum or testicles.  I actually told the guy talking outside my window to go see a doctor rather than telling his coworker about the lump on his balls. Then there was the 50-ish guy in the orthopedist's waiting room on the phone with his mother, explaining that he has some kind of fungal growth on his scrotum. Note he was not seeing a doctor for that issue.  Things you should not share in public.
