My gas company has a budget plan to average out my payment equally over twelve months so I may pay more in the summer but I have no compunction about cranking up the heat in the winter. I just turned it up yesterday guilt free!

I am sorry that is so frustrating.My apt is always cold and when I complain they claim it is at the legal temperature. It isn’t. Luckily I am grandfathered and don’t pay hydro so I just run all of my heaters.

Where I used to work they had radiators, they had to drain the air out every fall.  Unless they've had a pro look at them, they might need attention.

Maybe her new cosmetics line?  Jones Road?  When I can find a product, I go to Ulta, they usually have a makeup person who knows about all of the lines.

I have heard those are good. I have only tried Laura Mercier and Victoria Beckham, both pricy. BUT BB is having 25 percent off now …

Thrive Eye brighteners (not their shadow sticks) are good but I don’t know if they’re any cheaper these days.

I like Laura Mercier as well, inflation is real. A shadow stick is now 45 bucks CAD. I like Bobbi Brown because they have a nice cool toned neutral shade I love, many nude shades look orange or too pink on me.

My super inspected them, had even changed the vents or the valves recently. Historically, the radiators have worked but the board, which controls the computer settings, is stingy with the heat. I don’t know why the living room radiator is completely cold now, and neither does the super. Just another problem in my depressing life.

Jones Road is not cheap. It’s also marmite. Love it or hate it usually. I have a couple things. Meh. No shadow sticks.
