With Clayton's mum living in his closet, he worries about his fiancée's arrival. Sophie and Rob question each other's loyalty. Nikki gives Justin an ultimatum. Devin and Nick reunite in Korea. Jasmine blames a rash breakout on Gino's dirty apartment.

I know Panama and Brazil are not the same but I know someone in Brazil and he said peanut butter isn’t commonly eaten there so it’s interesting that it’s a thing in Panama.  I wonder if all the Americans who came to build the canal introduced it.

Peanut butter is hard to find in Latin America. They just don't have a taste for it I guess. And when you do find it in a store, it is ridiculously expensive because it is an imported brand from the US. The one and only time I ate peanut butter since I've been traveling was in Panama City.

Her dermatitis is probably due to Gino's laundry detergent, yet I am wondering when he last changed them.  Given the condition of the house, somehow I don't think it is weekly.

I say again, if you have to browbeat and throw a fit to get a man to be intimate-heck, even warm and friendly-he's not for you.  I could go  the rest of my life without seeing Nikki's pink lips flapping and taking up half the screen.

Somehow I think there's something "off" with Searcy (I can't remember her name so she's Searcy).  She has a kind of flat affect that I thought might be due to exhaustion and the trip, but it's still there.  And I've always wondered why a family would expect an American to "measure up" regarding all the intricate etiquette of their country?  Yes, it's nice to fit in and make an effort, but none of these families seem to take the "just be yourself" approach.

She said she has always talked slowly and especially so in her interviews because they were recorded “in the middle of the night” and she was exhausted.  The link is in the couple thread.

Skin conditions can be tricky.  I’m no Jasmine fan, however, I can empathize with an itchy skin rash.  I have psoriasis and allergies that cause me to breakout.  My skin is just so sensitive.  I can barely handle a tag in my clothes.  I have to have a certain type sheets (no microfiber or polyester)……if not, I can’t handle it.  Must have hypoallergenic detergent and dryer sheets, fragrance free soap, etc.  Mold and mildew are also allergens……Jasmine probably has a lot of things she could be reacting to. For me, the biggest culprit is anxiety!

Yeah- also she’s in a new place with new germs. She might have been allergic to the detergent he used on his linen/clothing.

The way I see it, being able to follow social rules is highly important. “Being yourself” is not the goal, the goal is to perform your social role well, and that includes knowing etiquette etc of the culture you’re marrying into. A lot of it is about not wanting the cultural story to be erased by the relationship with the USC. So showing you’ve put forth the effort to adapt yourself is demonstrating you respect the culture of your future spouse. TLDR: it’s a sign of respect, humans are social animals, aka I want to be a part of your pack.

I've already forgotten his name, the guy with all the guinea pigs and the fiance from Peru.  Boy, does she look and act differently than Mahogany of "Ben and Mahogany".  I personally hope she walks into that apartment that surely reeks of guinea pig, meets Mom in the closet, and splits!  He's weird, but she's keeping the entire relationship (and her moving to America) a gigantic secret.  

All I could think of was Norman Bates' mother in the attic in Psycho.  Mom even reminded me of Carrie's mom, played by the late, great Piper Laurie.

At this point, Nikki is just void of pride in herself.  She begs for sex, gets hidden, and stays for more of the above.  Stevie Wonder could see that Igor (I refuse to call him Justin) is not into her.

Love how Gino makes even a rash Jasmine's fault because she ate too many almonds or too much damn peanut butter.  No, it's 1) a reaction to Gino's laundry soap,, or 2) a reaction to Gino's lack of laundry soap.  For once, I'm with (gasp) Jasmine.  That place is filthy, spoken by a recovering slob.  Come to think of it, would keeping the silly hats on 100% of the time cause dandruff or a skin rash on his head?

I'm with Nick; I don't want to go to Searcy either :D.  I'm joking; Searcy is actually a nice town with a revitalized downtown that hasn't been attacked by the Walmart Godzilla.  With that said, it can't remotely compete with the lights and action of Seoul.  I found the same culture shock when I went from the capitol (Little Rock, a fairly hopping place) to Tokyo.  Devin has to pull it together for this big meeting. 

My daughter dated a very nice Japanese man she met over there.  They really liked one another, but he was the only son in his family and the pressure was on to marry a Japanese woman, not this pink-haired American from Arkansas.  They're still good friends today, with no hard feelings!  So I kind of understand the stakes for both Devin and Nick.

We now know that Rob and Sophie didn't have the kids discussion, nor the sexuality preferences discussion (I told Mr. Traveler I was bi when we got serious.  Didn't bat an eye).  What in the world have they talked about?  We also know that they pout and do the silent treatment like in eighth grade.  Sophie shouldn't rent a place there; pack up, go home, chalk it up to a dodged bullet.

I don”t understand what Rob and Sophie have for each other.  It doesn’t seen like even a marginally good relationship.  Despite his faults, Sophie seems obsessed with past misdeeds. Checking someone’s phone will not make them stay faithful.  She is well aware of what he is like now. Why continue on?  If he had all that stuff on his phone, why would he allow her the chance to snoop?  Seems odd to me.

I think Sophie’s distress is genuine and Rob is an idiot. She doesn’t trust him- she said she didn’t want him messaging other people requesting sexually explicit videos (which seems perfectly reasonable to me) and Rob did it again. Rob also seems like the type from the “I don’t want to be with anyone but you”, that if he doesn’t get emotionally attached to the woman it doesn’t matter what he does sexually because Sophie is who he loves (in person or online). 
 

Sophie should just go home.

I don’t think he was just watching pornography- he was communicating with women and asking them directly for explicit videos/pictures (and sending them back of himself). To me that’s different than pornography that’s out there for public consumption- there’s a lot more personal interaction, emotional betrayal and a significant chance to spiral into meeting up with someone else in real life.
 

A poor analogy- someone in a committed relationship going to a professional massage therapist for a massage, compared to asking their friend whom they hooked up with when they were single for a massage. It’s not the “massage” itself it’s the circumstances around it. Especially since Sophie said she didn’t like it, I think he should cut it out.

Doesn't he have OF?  I read he had a couple of accounts.  I really felt bad for her.  She is so young and I am normally not moved by someone crying, but I was this time.

Her story has changed a few times but I thought women were sending him unsolicited nudes and he would send comments back about them.  These could have been as basic as “hot pic” for all we know.  It wasn’t clear to me whether she was saying he sent nudes back between the blubbering and the accent.  But if he sent the same pics he posts on OF that is the same as Rishi sending a pic from his IG to Jen’s friend.  A lot of hullabaloo over nothing.

Sounds like Jasmine needs an allergy test so she can figure out what she might be reacting to. If you've never had one, it's a simple outpatient procedure: They lay you down on your stomach (topless) and prick your back and upper arms with needles containing a bunch of different known allergens. You lay there for 15-20 minutes when they're done, then they come back and see which tiny holes have developed into big red welts. The ones with the welts are the substances you're allergic to. In my case, it came back Negative on everything except dust and grass, the latter being problematic because I lived in Eugene, which is widely considered the unofficial grass capital of the world.

But Jasmine could figure out real fast exactly what she is and is not allergic to, then make the necessary adjustments to her and Gino's lifestyles.

That aside, this season has been really boring. There's not one single couple to root for. They're all varying degrees of trainwrecks.

Nikki continues to be insufferable and I keep waiting for Igor (how f*)ked up is it she changed his name?) to walk out on her deranged ass. 

Clayton's story seems to be a repeat of Coltee and Larissa, except Clayton doesn't APPEAR to be a slimy douchebag. Very sheltered and I think he realizes his mom is going to be an issue, that she does have a problem. But, he doesn't know how to get ahead of it, I am curious if he is an only child or if the rest of the family has cut her off due to the hoarding. His fiancee is looking for a green card and will bolt quickly. Not sure if that will be before or after she deep fries his guinea pigs---they are a delicacy in Peru, very true. 

Piggy and Nick----it was refreshing to see someone on this show not made up with 20 lbs of makeup and dripping in logos, but Piggy please, chew with your mouth closed.

I really hope we get more details about the videos Sophia found on Rob's phone. She specifically said she checked his instagram and nothing there. Then "i opened this other app"----ok, what app? If it was tinder or bumble or a dating app just say i saw a dating app on there, I opened it. I wonder if it was Only Fans and she didn't realize what OF is (I only heard of it through this show, not sure how huge it is in the UK and in her circles). And he is subscribing to content? Or, did she find his account and find videos he recorded for his customers?? 

She seemed really, really shook and kept saying they were disgusting and so many......If he was reaching out to women and asking for videos and sending videos, that to me rises to the level of cheating and is different than a guy just looking at porn, or havign random women send him shit he ignores. Seems like it was mutual and interactive. Had to be bad for her haul ass out of there and rent a place (air bnb? hotel?). 

Gino's house is revolting. That bathroom alone, just seeing the filth made me throw up a little in my mouth. I can't imagine how it smells and actually having to use it. Money may be tight (maybe dont' quit your job dumbass) but those would be a few hundred well spent to get a professional deep clean done to start fresh.

The creators kind of have to flirt with the customers to get them to spend more.  They sell both prerecorded and custom videos directly and all the negotiations are done by direct messaging.  I don’t know how many women would pay to see nude males though.  It seems to be more a guy thing to pay for porn.

Yes---I believe they met via the app during a previous visit to LA to visit Rob the knob. I admit a little jealousy in that when I was on bumble, I tried the friends side to meet new people since I had moved and had zero luck in connecting with anyone. Most just wanted chat buddies. I wanted other single women to go out to happy hour with or for a run or coffee.

I was so grossed out by the both of them, chewing while talking, sauce on their mouth, chewing with the mouths open.  Seem to be made for each other, no?

Cleo is hot. I’m jut not that attracted to  Nikki. She’s not hot. She looks to hard. She has too much plastic surgery. Cleo the complete opposite very nice just so chill.
