I realize this was taped months ago and the D+ viewers probably know the answer, but I read that they're "on" again and got engaged again in November. Apparently they got back together after Ed emailed Liz about his dog, Teddy's passing away and they got re-engaged. He supposedly bought her a $ 13K diamond ring this time. They also got a new puppy together in December.

Well, thanks for giving me an internet quest for today. The show wasn't on that long ago and now it's going to drive me crazy until I go down the rabbit hole and find it. 

Update: I haven't found it, but came upon two very short-lived TLC shows I'd forgotten about: "Hot and Heavy" and "My Husband Isn't Gay."

Absolutely! Supposedly Jeniffer (still can't get over that spelling!) contacted HIM a year before he responded to her message. I think he got the idea of being in another spin-off and pitched the idea to her of posing as a couple. In turn, this got Darcey and Tim another season on PT, so it was win-win for everyone.

A bit off topic, but back in the mid 60s my brother was a Peace Corps Volunteer in Colombia. I remember him saying that being assigned to "Bucaramanga" was everyone's worst nightmare although I don't remember why.

Bucaramanga is about halfway between Barranquilla and Bogota Colombia by the Oro River. I have been in both of the places I named. Although it seems like the modern capital city it is now, it wasn’t when I was there (studying economics of underdeveloped countries decades ago). A lot of the drug trade happened on that side of the Andes and it was too dangerous for Americans to travel there.

I read an interview that she did…Jesse was there too. They giggled like school girls about Tim’s sexuality and not so subtly alluded to him being gay. It was disgusting. Tim is an odd duck and was a bit fame whorish but I think he is a nice guy. One of the nicest to appear on the show. I remember he was very nice to her daughter…I doubt Jesse gives a shit.

Tim’s response was classy. He said that everyone should have the freedom to be who they are without judgement and he supports that, but he is not gay.
