  1. It seems obvious to me, by Denise's own words and actions, that Brandi's story is true. When Garcelle asked Denise if she wanted to know what was being said, Denise replied "If it is a dangerous area, not on camera." Teddi then said that it was already on camera, and that there was going to be more. Denise replied that "there is no truth to that". How did she know what "that" was, since at that point Teddi had not revealed what was being said about Denise? Now if someone came to me and said there was some horrible rumour about me, I would say "let's hear it" because I have nothing to hide. I wouldn't worry that it could be a dangerous area, because I don't have any. From what I saw on this episode I have no problem believing Brandi. I don't care one way or the other, it's not my problem. But I do believe Denise is the one lying.
  2. Lol. As the saying goes, you learn something every day. Though now that I think about it, it makes sense that Ramona used a correct term in her TH. I think pretty much all of her malapropisms have been off the cuff in conversation, not in a TH where she can prepare her comments ahead of time.
  3. The best part of this episode was Ramona's description of her life, and why she could not date online. I am pretty sure (unless I misheard) that she referred to having an "entourage" as having an "entree". Unfortunately that was the highlight of the show for me. These women are boring AF.
  4. Half way through this episode, I looked at my watch as I thought it must be almost over. No such luck. I didn't like Camille's house at all. I know Malibu is pricey, but honestly I could not stand having neighbours so close to me. She could reach out and hand a cup of sugar to either neighbour without leaving her home. No thanks. Loved seeing Eileen again - I miss her on the show. I wasn't a fan of her hair colour though. I like that Rinna pointed out that Denise is a different Denise than the one we saw last year. I totally agree, and like last year's version much more than this year's. I am not one to give PK compliments, but it is obvious from the flashbacks that he has lost weight. Good for him.
  5. Oh I totally agree that you have to drive in traffic at some point. But if you still mix up the gas and brake pedals, you should be driving in an empty parking lot. You are not only putting yourself at risk, but every other driver around you.
  6. I grew up in Ontario, but haven't lived there since the late 70s. Of course in those days there was no such thing as graduated licensing, or L decals. I wasn't sure about the L now, but do like that Ontario as well has graduated licensing. I agree that the L is a good idea, for the exact reason you have stated. I forgot to add to my previous post that I thought it was hilarious that Denise was saying in her TH that she didn't know that Phoenix was there when she was dropping the f bombs, and Aaron behind her says "Who's Phoenix?"
  7. It's too bad that Dorinda's taste hasn't improved with age. Bluestone Manor looks as tacky redecorated as it did before the flood. I believe it was Lu who said it was Blue Stone Manor on steriods? Perfect description. I did chuckle at Leah drinking from a mug with Blue Stone Manor stenciled on it. I wonder if Dorinda hawks those mugs on her website? I always laugh when Ramona brags about having 50 girlfriends. (Whatever did happen to the other 10?). I read once that extroverts have a lot of friends. but their relationships are very shallow. Introverts have a much smaller number of friends, but their friendships are close and on a much deeper level. Of the people I know who are extroverts and introverts, this is often true.
  8. Interesting. I live in Canada, and I know requirements vary from province to province. Where I live (B.C.) anyone learning to drive must have an L decal displayed on the back of the vehicle anytime they are driving. After they obtain their license they must display a N decal (for novice) for a minimum two year period (which carries restrictions) before graduating to a full license. I like our system.
  9. Most of the show was a snore (and I ff'd past Kyle and Kim - do not care about Kim one iota) but the look of panic on Aaron's face when Denise went to the washroom at Sutton's party was worth sitting through the parts of the episode that I did watch. I thought Erika did a great job of pointing out the condescending comments that Arron made to the women at Kyle's party. I laughed when Erika referenced Arron asking if the women could look at themselves in the mirror and Aaron said "Can you?" to which Erika replied "Yes." Aaron came back with "Then great, you've solved that problem". He is apparently unaware that it was only a problem to him. He really should not go into a battle of wits as he is totally unarmed. I also was totally unimpressed with Aaron's driving lesson. While i give him props for his calm demeanor, no one learning to drive who is still not aware of which is the gas pedal and which is the brake should be driving on a busy road. And why are there others in the car? Ridiculous. And as others have asked, is there no requirement in California to display a decal on the back of a vehicle when a learner is behind the wheel? Or did Aaron just decide that rules don't apply to him? I wonder why he and Denise weren't freaked out that they may have been followed (by papps or the mysterious people that follow them) while an inexperienced driver is behind the wheel? I guess their paranoia is situational and a matter of convenience. Loved that blue dress on Rinna - stunning.
  10. I was wondering if Hanna has changed her mind after seeing (I would assume) episodes 1-11. Is she really that unaware of what a bitch (drunken or sober) her mother actually is? Not a role model in my books. So is this the first time we have heard that Leah was asked to leave the family home at 19, not 17? Leah really brings nothing to the show. She constantly talks about how she and Rob co-parent, as if it is something out of the ordinary. All I see is Rob parenting Leah and Kier, Kier to a lesser degree. I did love how Leah made it sound like they were regulars at that restaurant, and Kier picked up the menu and made a comment that would lead one to believe she had never been there before. This episode was a total snore. I actually ff'd past some of it as it was just a rehash of a rehash. Ugh. I did think the ladies, particularly Sonja and Ramona, looked really good in their THs. Their make up was toned down, and they looked younger than they usually do in their THs.
  11. I was thinking as well that this may be my all time favourite episode. While I am not a fan of mid century modern, compared to today's modern glass and concrete boxes, they at least have an abundance of character. I also loved that this episode high lighted the personal touches of the realtors. The Brits' idea to have renderings made of what the Pasadena property could look like. Josh Flagg's hilarious (and so true) comments on getting to know a new clients (who was hilarious in her own right). And finally the Altman Bros jamming with the roof top band. I am not looking forward to the peeing contests with Fredrick. I have enjoyed the realtors getting along so far this season.
  12. When I read your post the first time, I just read that the show was now on Netflix and was quite excited to watch it again. I missed the part about "the country where I am stranded". I was hoping it was showing in Canada, but no such luck. Hubby and I went to St John's back in 2014, because of falling in love with the city due to the show. We stayed pretty much in that area, and absolutely loved it. And yes, pictures and film do not do it justice.
  13. Carole was terrible to Tinsley towards the end. At the reunion Carole insisted that they weren't close friends, and Tinsley, very hurt, said she thought they were. Carole carried on on SM, saying that she only became friends with Tinsley because the producers wanted her to as a storyline. This despite the fact that Carole introduced Tinsley to Scott, and the two couples often vacationed together outside of the show. Carole only ever seemed happy to me when she was with Adam. And despite her insistence that she had all kinds of projects in the works post RH, as far as I know she had faded into the woodwork, other than hawking products like vibrator necklaces.
  14. I love every word of your post. I might add that I love that while Tinsley is now happily living in Chicago with the love of her life, Carole R. is still as far as I know (I don't follow her) single, and hawking her crap online. Carole treated Tinsley like feces on the bottom of her shoe, so I am glad karma has bitten Carole in her too skinny ass.
  15. That outfit was near the end I think and ugly as well. Some weirdly cut white fabric as a top with a short grey sweater over it. It's like she dresses in the dark. I also forgot the strange details of the leather/pleather skirt. It had an oddly gathered waist, and a long belt that I thought for sure Tracy was going to trip on.
  16. Love seeing Josh and Josh work together - so much more enjoyable than their bickering. Though I wonder how much either scenario is producer driven - it would be a bit much for them to be at each other's throats as usual, and then throw Fredrick into the fray. Whatever the reason that the 2 Joshes are now getting along, I hope it continues through the season. As usual, I love the views from some of these houses but hate the houses themselves. Sterile glass and concrete boxes are so boring. I hope we see at least a few of the old Hollywood type mansions that Josh F has shown in the past. Has Tracy always dressed this badly, or did I just never notice before? Those two long skirts that sat just below her bust line were horrendous. And the first one - the leather/pleather skirt paired with the ill fitting yellow turtle neck? Either she has a stylist that hates her, or she doesn't have a stylist or a mirror.
  17. I agree that they care very much. I am also disgusted that Sonja, Lu and Ramona all bowed to Dorinda's wishes at the dinner and treated Tinsley like crap. At least Lu and Ramona tried to make amends of sorts, but honestly someone's true character is revealed in how they stand up to a bully, and Ramona and Lu failed miserably, That Sonja did as well is no surprise. You might be surprised to know that only one of them is over 60 - Ramona is 63. Lu and Dorinda are both 55, and Sonja is 56. But all are embarrassing and thirsty as hell.
  18. I can kind of see how Dorinda was confused. Tins and Scott have been on and off for three years. But even when they have not been in a relationship they have traveled together, and obviously love each other and had maintained a friendship. Dorinda on the other hand has been in a "relationship" with John for 7 years. During that time they have never lived together, John wasn't even allowed to stay over very often, Dorinda expected John to be at her beck and call, and not do anything on his own without her permission. That is Dorinda's idea of seeing someone, and being in a committed relationship. So really, according to how Dorinda treated her boyfriend John, Tins and Scott were in a relationship. The only difference is that Scott treated/treats Tinsley with much more respect and love than Dorinda ever treated John. Her supposed boyfriend of 7 years.
  19. Not to defend Sonja, who is an idiot, but she does say "and my co-star introduced you to Scott". But yes, Tins would never have met Scott without Sonja - lol. And Sonja would never have met old man Morgan without being a hostess, apparently. Did Sonja give credit to the restaurant where she was working for her marriage to Morgan? She really is a piece of work.
  20. I don't know why Leah and her sister went over to talk to the guy at the bar, as if he was the one keeping Sonja and Ramona from coming to the table. He barely paid attention to them, and some of the time that they were talking to him was he was actually looking at his phone. It seems as if Dorinda had her tea party just so she could corner Tinsley about the trip she took with Scott. Like others, I have no idea why Dorinda thinks it is her business what Tinsley does, or who she tells. As others have pointed out, may of the howives found out that Dorinda and John broke up via Page Six. And even when Dorinda was with John, she treated him worse than Scott has even treated Tinsley. Dorinda may have called John her boyfriend, but treated him like dog feces on the bottom of her shoe. So STFU Dorinda. I can't wait to see Dorinda's head explode in a few weeks. The best part of the episode (mind you it is a very low bar) was at the tea party when Ramona declared that they didn't need "potted" cream for the scones. Love Ramonaisms. BTW, is anyone else having problems "liking" a post? At least 75% of the time I am finding that the X is recorded but the number beside the chosen reaction does not increase.
  21. I never said she spoke to the whole table - in fact I specifically said in a previous post that she was speaking to the person beside her. What I said was that she did not lean into the person and speak in a lower tone. She used the same conversational tone as she was using when speaking to the table just before, and did not lean into the person beside her. She was not at all trying to keep the comment quiet.
  22. I am in Canada, and here the show is imported and shown on a network called Slice. On my TV the captioned lines weren't even the same size and font as the ones in the link posted by Legalbeagle421. On my screen the captioning was fairly large, with Denise's lines in yellow and Aaron's in white. Hmmmm..... However Aaron did say what he said. It is clear even without the captioning...
  23. So why is it on my TV? The three lines as quoted above "Don't tell me what to say. I am going to crush your fucking hand. Stop it." Also a few lines from Denise just before when she tells him to stop talking. I don't use CC - it was on my screen just as sometimes other lines are put on by production if they think they aren't clear to the viewer? Those are the only lines in the entire epi (without going back over it all to check) that show up on my screen - Denise and Aaron's convo as they are storming out of the back yard.
  24. I am only referring to the part where Aaron tells Denise "Don't tell me what to say. I am going to crush your fucking hand. Stop it." That seems to be the line in question, which was captioned by Bravo, and clear (though it sounded like Aaron was saying it through clenched teeth).
  25. I didn't see Denise and Aaron's comments as they were leaving though closed captioning as some others have said (I don't use CC). The comments were on my screen as they were saying them - Denise's comments in yellow and Aaron's in white. That had to have been added by production, and seen by everyone that watched the show. Or is there some other reason/way that some of us would have seen them, and others not? In any case what he said was clear, even without the captioning on the screen.
