Wow. I thought it would be closer.

Talking about 4 time challenge winners who ultimately lost the game seems like foreshadowing.

Sam actually has a shot if the Op Italy people vote for him. Plus Kyle who definitely will. I’d like to think Genevieve would respect a formidable opponent tho.

He said Kim Spradlin, right? She has a show on HGTV. Wow, that fire making sequence was intense.
-
Aww, all he needed was a pep talk from dad.
-
I’m guessing that despite appearances, he’s gonna kill it making fire.

Alyssa’s name came up on Nicolle’s show today. They were talking about the charge that Liz Cheney talked to Cass Hutchinson without a lawyer and the guest noted that Liz didn’t contact Cass directly, she used a an intermediary, “Farah something.” He couldn’t remember her name.

And she rehearses what she’s going to say so she sounds smarter.

I love this story most of all. It’s perhaps the most fairy tale-like story he wrote, with a stalwart hero, beautiful (but certainly not helpless) princess and their epic quest.

I loved that clip of Justice Jackson on stage. She was so good! Could be another career if this SCOTUS gig doesn’t work out. 😄

One more comment about cataract surgery. I had this done when I was 55. (The nurse kept telling me I was too young. Ha! Easy peasy. If you ever need to do this it’s a piece of cake.). It did correct my nearsightedness for the most part. I don’t ~have~ to wear glasses for distance but have a pair that I wear for driving, concerts, sporting events, etc where a little tweaking helps. I do need to wear readers for close up work. I’m just happy to not have to deal with contacts anymore!

And I’ll continue the irrelevant superficiality and note Sara’s eyebrows looked weird. Too big, too arched, or too dark? Not sure but they didn’t match.

Commercials That Annoy, Irritate or Outright Enrage

And does the woman really want to smell like Old Spice? -
I don’t think it would matter a bit if Claire or John explained that they were married or why. It was the sex that freaked Jamie out.
-
Yeah, Sunny and Ana were so transparent about trying to top the other. It was funny.
-
I’m shocked shocked Kamala invited Sunny to her Christmas party after the disastrous interview question!

I’ve always maintained that the Johnny Depp one was a parody. Someone’s punking us. Well that makes sense with Julie Garner there. -
Since I haven’t read the book I still have no idea what’s going on. This show wasn’t what I thought it was going to be.

No one was concerned about John because both he (and Jamie) considered himself a civilian, as such he’d be questioned and released. The problem was the letter he carried that reinstated his commission. An officer could be held for a prisoner exchange. Even worse he was not in uniform so was assumed to be a spy. That’s why Major André was hanged; he was a British officer caught in civilian clothing.

I think she believes her premiums go into a lock box or something. Surely she has an accountant paying her bills who could explain it. Besides, her premiums probably just about cover the Mounjaro she’s been using. Nothing left to send back to her.

I think this epi was written to show how similar Jamie and William are- they could both be massive jerks when their feelings got hurt. Instead of waiting for an explanation they both storm off and break things. Like chandeliers and John’s face. Good epi for David Berry.

There was an interview on the news last night with Dick van Dyke about how his neighbors helped evacuate him from the fires near his home. He held the hand of the reporter while talking to her. It was adorable.

I just checked, Annie is running from 12/4-1/5. The View will be on break starting maybe after next week? (Or is this the last week?). But yeah, I’m surprised she didn’t take a leave for this whole month while she’s on Broadway.

I’m guessing Disney/ABC has a pretty good medical plan. None of them need to worry about medical bills.
